This place wasn’t far from my hotel and I walked over here to buy a few edibles. They had great prices and carried most of the stuff I was looking for. They also - a first for me - took credit cards! As long as your card has the new chip, you can use it. Definitely go in and check them out.

I went today with my boyfriend and we absolutely had the best experienced. My boyfriend had gone the day before and also had such a great experience. While on our visit, we had a chance to talk to two wonderful people who helped us with a cart replacement and other goodies we were interested in. They are so welcoming to new customers as well as those who refer others to their wonderful dispensary. I told them they earned loyal customers :) we are here for the weekend from Chicago but we will be back in two weeks and this will be our first stop! Thank you for the best experience. Best buying experience in years! First of all, the online ordering was absolutely seamless... I kept waiting for a text telling me something had gone wrong, but nope; they had my fairly large order filled in less than three minutes. Then, when we arrived, we were shocked to find no line and a store that rivaled some of the boutiques we’re used to in Oregon. Front staff was super friendly, and our budtender was absolutely amazing. Add to that, the deals we didn’t even know we were getting with our purchase and the fact that they offer a veterans discount and welcome dogs? This is the only place I’m going from now on when I’m in Ann Arbor. From top to bottom, the easiest weed buying experience of my life and one of the most pleasant. Well done!

An amazing seamless experience. This location is a recreational store front so you do NOT need a medical card only to be 21+ and have a valid license. I walked in provided the gentleman up front my ID and waited very very briefly before I went into the actual recreational area, I was assigned a worker there by the name of Paul and he was super cool. They have an extremely large variety of flower for it to be a recreational spot which I love and I received a free preroll based off it being my first time.

This review is about a week overdue, since at times I can be a major procrastinator. But that said, last week I drove across the country from LA to my hometown of Ann Arbor. I havent been back to MI since I moved away in 2008. So after nearly a 4 day drive I was in need of supplies, my high school friend told me about Herbana, and I was more than happy to take him up on his recommendation. And Im so glad I did.Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by a gentleman at the front door who really loves cars ( I drive a super charged Camaro lol) and as I was in the lobby waiting to enter, we had a great conversation geeking out over muscle cars. Once I walked into through the actual door, I immediately received a warm welcome from Graham, a very knowledgeable bud tender who helped me out immensely.I only intended to spend $20, but Graham was so helpful and convincing (especially on which sativa is the best purchase ) I ended up spending over $100. I would never have spent the extra dough if it weren’t for Graham’s knowledge of the product & his friendly personality. He took a real interest interest in finding out what I was looking for, considering I had no idea at the time. As I was completing the sale, he included a gummy and house joint which was an unexpected and courteous gesture for a first time patron.As someone who has worked in high-end sales the majority of my life, its a real pleasure to receive help from someone who is genuine & adds no extra pressure in order to close the sale. Give this man a raise! Im going to be in the Ann Arbor area until December and I plan on making Herbana my Go-To dispensary.(p.s. The 25 cent charge for the ATM was a Major plus!)THANK YOU!

Passing through Ann Arbor this weekend, I wanted to find some “supplies” to stock up on but there was a seemingly endless array of dispensaries here. I am the type of person who likes to do a lot of research before making a purchasing decision, and so spent a good deal of time considering all of the recreational dispensaries before choosing Herbana. I made the right choice.To start, the assortment and variety of options across all the different types of products is unmatched by anywhere else. Especially for recreational purchasers, options can sometimes be limited to only a couple of strains for flower, but at Herbana I had dozens of strains to pick from.The service and people were also top notch. I had a couple of logistical/COVID safety questions on the phone; they were very patient and gave clear answers. The procedures in the store were also well thought out and safe. The gentleman who helped me and my girlfriend was extremely knowledgeable about everything on their menu and was able to give great recommendations for what we were looking for. I made a sizable purchase and they were generous enough to throw in a couple of freebies for us too.Next time I’m in town, I will be returning here. Highly recommended.

Exactly what youd want a recreational shop to be.After having my Id checked I was brought into the shop. Employee was very friendly, helpful, and behind a barrier. She directed me to exactly what I was looking for and was happy to give advice or answer questions. Products were reasonably priced and of high quality. I would definitely come back if I found myself in town.

This place is worth checking out. Nice that I can come in and see what the medicine looks like inside the bag. However the eighths are .2 short and the cure is pretty bad on the flower. I would go back but you need humidity packs cause the dryness of the flower is unacceptable and its to the point it has a bad burn and taste.

Herbana has a great staff! They were helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. Graham is one of the best bud tenders (? not sure what his title is, no disrespect), Ive ever had the privilege.The rating: Ill never understand purchasing top shelf flower and having to wait to enjoy. I need life in my flower and I dont smoke (and definitely not paying for) dust. So I have some Clout Face and Clout Dank sitting in a jar waiting for some moisture to be restored so I can enjoy. I also purchased some Super Lemon Haze (I should put that in a jar, came in a pouch), I made the mistake of leaving it in the brown bag with everything else and well I woke up to a nice amount of dust (I was going to use that for a tinicture anyway, but definitely planned on sampling it).

I drove all the way from Toledo to try this dispensary (I’m the test dummy for my friends to try and find a good dispo) and I am absolutely wowed by this place! My first impression was breathtaking, the style and decor were nice, clean, the place looked so cute!! Cassie helped me with my purchases and even included a free pre roll of my choice (and I got to choose the strain) and a free gummy. She was an absolute sweet heart. The packaging for everything is extremely nice as well. This will be my go to dispo from here on out.

I used to be a regular customer. There’s been a few times they’ve carried carts from not so reputable companies. The last few times I went the flower was extremely dry. Their prices are some of the worst in town. Stephanie is one of the rudest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of purchasing from. She’s extremely catty towards anyone who comes in contact with her and I’ve seen her be rude to the rest of the staff in front of a full room of customers. When I want to have fun and buy some weed I really don’t want to witness drama. I’d go anywhere else but here.

Easiest 5 star rating. My friend Jason went and got my order today from graham and I was so excited to see two freebies in the bag when I got them!! (Preroll & gummy). But that’s not even the best part of the experience! Their menu selection is amazing and they had so many high thc% products! Felt like Christmas going through their menu! Loved this place! Great prices compared to the Kalamazoo area. They gave me some free stuff for my first order. Staff was friendly, I was there making small talk longer than it took to get my order. A friend and I were driving to a different dispensary when we saw the billboard for Herbana off 23. Very effective advertising since we decided to head there, lol. The place is bright, clean and pretty. It wasnt busy and we were able to take our time to look through products. Im awful with names, but the man helping us was great. He was very patient and we didnt feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. They had some really great deals, and I noticed their prices were lower than the one Id been to before. Im not sure how that compares to others, but I was happy for what we spent and what we got.Definitely will be back!

Hands down the best dispensary in AA. Awesome product selection of flower, concentrates, edibles, and everything in between. The staff are all super friendly and helpful too, and a specific shout out to Graham who was the bud tender the last time I went and recommended some products which certainly didn’t disappoint.
