Made my first visit here today after I was treated rudely at another dispensary. The customer service was excellent, we were greeted upon entry, checked in quickly and all of our questions were answered. We left with what we were looking for and will definitely be back to support this location.

In a league of their own with their in house grow. Organic grown but amazing resin production. If everything else you see in shops blends together for you, you’ll be really happy you found this place. Each genetic reaches its full potential.

I live CD on the west side of Detroit and pass by a dozen places to visit. Best grass in the state period. Every provision center in Michigan should be this good.

Flower is outstanding. Organic and really tasty bud. Finally are packing in bulk. Yeah. The 1/8th plastic containers I don’t like. A little disorganized but a wonderful location and great cannabis. Every time I go to Ann Arbor I always stop here.

Let me just say that their flowers are some of the best. My boyfriend and I live in Oak Park but don’t mind driving here. The prices seem high but for the quality of weed it’s a must. The staff seems courteous, they’re quick and knowledgeable. The manager is pretty cool, too. I went through Weedmaps and purchased the incorrect item and she quickly resolved my issue, thanks.

I havent been able to go into the store yet because of the whole pandemic and all, but this store is AMAZING. The people who work here are fantastic and just so incredibly nice. They have a really nice selection of strains and typically carry several sativa dominant ones (which are my preference). Ann Arbor has a lot of dispensaries opening up, but honestly, this is my go-to in regards to quality and overall experience. Next time I am hoping to schedule a 1-on-1 so I can start finding strains faster that fit more along the lines of what I prefer. Seriously, check this place out, it will not disappoint.

Yo real talk this place reminds me of my home back in the San Francisco Bay Area. Soon as I walk in, super clean atmosphere, smells good, and Im greeted by hella staff in a manner which aint overwhelming - Only welcoming. N then the service is great, shoutout to one of the budtenders, forgot her name but she helped me out a lot with the menu and was patient with my decision making, she remembered my name, like, service on point. The product quality is there, the Sundae Driver sheeeeeeeeesh. Reminiscent of the scene back home, this place takes me down memory lane. Favorite spot in Ann Arbor.

Very nice and friendly atmosphere.

Used to be a fan of them but no longer after their new changes to how they do business. Before their reward system used to be quite generous considering the price of recreational marijuana is very high at most dispensaries in the area. They offered a system 1 pt for every dollar spent, save up 1000 points by spending $1000 and you could redeem for a free half oz. No longer, you can only get up to a quarter of an oz now for 1500 points. Really disappointed they drew me in as a customer with this system only to change it when I get so close to saving up for their best reward.

I have not yet been able to go inside the store ,so I cant comment on that. Ive done curbside a few times and all the staff I have dealt with were incredibly nice and helpful. They have a great selection of good quality. Highly recommended!

Way too expensive. Charging an arm and a leg like people I know from this town. How about you punks call Arbor wellness and ask them for some tips. Every time I walk in the store you treat me like an outsider. You are wrongfully doing business in my city of upbringing. Your doctor gave me a prescription to your products, now what happens to me is on you. the way you are treating things, I do still have a love for your dr Lisa. and she has a special place in my heart ❤️, she believed me and connected with me on my pain. Your store reps are copying a California aesthetic and bringing it to Ann Arbor likes a new thing lol. Your products are not any better than sticky Ypsi and at least they are kind there and don’t sit behind a desk like bureau of learning.

I am from KY and make the drive every few weeks to AA just to go to Apothecare. They have the best flower by far and a nice selection of concentrates to choose from. Heather is my go-to bud tender, she always makes sure to keep me up to snuff with my points and what I need to spend to get the best deal/ FREE 1/8...and Merch! Totally worth the 5 hour drive one way for me, I just got back from AA Sunday and I’m already planning my next road trip the first weekend in November! Thanks Apothecare!

Heather is the best budtender by far in my opinion she literally takes time to talk, educate and share her Jason as I am a new customer which can be overwhelming coming into something not familiar. She remembers to treat people like people and hope a transaction. Go Heather all the way. Great product, downside run out of product and product and product change frequently. Advice buy bulk or look at other locations when your product is out.

Been shopping here for close to a year now. The staff is always super friendly, and the product is always top quality and fresh. I come across other decent dispensaries but Apothecare is the most consistent in its quality and service. Theyre always my go-to

Im taking my 5 stars back because you guys was great when I 1st started coming there but after 2 or 3 times there the customer service was very poor and the deals became less attractive. You took my 4.20 discount away. I was a regular but you guys lost me. you guys even took away my loyalty rewards points that I had saved up from long ago. Okay so heres the update! I honestly appreciate all of the nice things this dispensary does for rec customers. The prices are great, with good percentage of THC. Their website is easy to use and their customer service goes beyond what I expected. If I could give it more stars I would.

Waiting 35 minutes for an order that was supposedly ready for pick up. I can only afford to shop here when they have their deals on their branded items, even then, not really a great deal for what you get. $68 for 1/8 of organic gg4, that tests lower than the REC/AU product. This place does not care about their patients like they claim. Loyalty is a joke now, make money off your rec users, cut a break for the people that need this medicine to survive. Just like many others recently, I have removed this place from a go to of any kind.Update: The response from this place was copied and pasted from another review, they definitely do NOT care at all.

This was my first recreational smoking experience because I am from Florida. The gorilla glue was the most fire bud I’ve ever smoked. The staff was super nice and told me everything I needed to know about what I was buying. Highly recommend this place.

I am new but all I can say is they are fantastic so far. The products have been spot on. Quality of the flower is by far the best between A2 and Jackson. At least everywhere I have tried. ( Im a hard to treat patient so I have tried most if not all between Ypsilanti A2 and Jackson). If you havent tried Apothecare you really should. It is worth my 40 minute drive to get my meds. It will be worth your drive too. They are very professional.
