Today was my first time here at Pure Roots. I found the staff to be very friendly and quite informative on the cannabis types that were offered. The facility was clean, classy and the setup was arranged in an orderly fashion. Loved it! Ill be back plus they déliver to my area!

Pure roots is hands down the purest you can find ...chemical free and the service at this place is amazing... Maddy helped me on day one and she was great...Im back for more and Justice is super helpful with helping me decided....clean environment and very knowledgeable about their products...this is definitely my new weed spot!!!!

Unacceptably long wait time. Waited almost 40 minutes before seeing a budtender. Placed an order on the waiting room kiosk only to be informed it wasnt there when I was finally let in.This place tries to look sophisticated, but its a shallow cosmetic front for a poorly managed operation.

We drove from Ohio to try this store. Malia helped us and was extremely knowledgeable, patient and super friendly.

I stopped by for the first time today and have nothing but good things to say. The staff is friendly + knowledgable, the facility is extremely clean and well organized, the displays are intuitive and easy to navigate, and if youre a rec user they have a good selection of product. They also take health & safety seriously: all the staff are in masks and they disinfect surfaces between customers. I was on the sales floor for about 15 minutes and saw surfaces being wiped down multiple times during my quick stop.Katie helped me out today and since it was my first visit she gave me a very thorough overview of the company ethos, product selection, personal recommendations and answered all my questions.If you plan on stopping by its helpful to have cash prepared as theyre cash only, but rest assured that they have an ATM (and complimentary bottled water) in the waiting area!

Where to begin.. I live in a small town with small town dispensaries. So walking into Pure Roots, I was in dispensary-shock. It was pretty high-tech. Then I met Kat. The wonderful young lady that took me shopping for my provisions. As excited as I was to experience a more tech-advanced dispensary, Kat was just as excited that she had the honor of popping my Ann Arbor area dispensary cherry. This chick was knowledgeable on every product and how it affects you. She helped me find absolutely everything I needed and even introduced me to some new things. She was so easy to talk to and made me feel like she was actually listening me and cared. She totally low key became my therapist while I was there. Kat went above and beyong to make sure my first A2 dispensary experience was beyond exceptional. I will definitely make the drive in the future to come shop at Pure Roots with my fave tender Kat.Management, this woman deserves a frickin raise!

I just started using this wonderful company’s deliver service about two weeks ago now and I love it! Cool people, great prices, and always on time.🤩 I’m grateful to you guys, keep up the great work!🤩Update: On this day, September 1, 2020; I was told that I was 7 miles over the limit for the $100 delivery. And that I had to spend $200 in order to receive deliver but if I could spend $150 they could deliver. However, I only wanted to spend the $100, so the young lady proceeds to tell me they can do the delivery but not until tomorrow. What? I’m trying to smoke today, now, and tomorrow 😱😔🤬. I was spending straight cash with this company all because they delivered but I am going to drive my own whip and that’s that. Lost a customer. Customer service can make or break you.Update: the manager has reached out and I am now again satisfied with the outcome. If I am spending goo hard earned money with you then I expect good service. The guys who drive to my home are awesome 😎 thank you guys for understanding.

Hands down the best dispensary you’ll ever go to, extremely helpful staff, very clean on the inside, nice and bright so you can see everything. Due to Covid they are constantly wiping everything down in the store also. Great selection of flower edibles and wax, highly recommend giving this location a try!

A fantastic experience today!We ( my wife and I), had our first experience at a dispensary today, we picked PURE ROOTS based on reviews on weedmaps.com, the location, and available specials.. first impression was great,, enjoyed the layout,, the displays were colorful, and product was easy to identify. We didnt feel the need to have go to another store. We were able to get our vast needs met, along with a hands on experience. Mike was our shopper assistant. Thank you mike! Although Im quicker and know more we still had lots of questions, and my wife wanted a little more explanation for some of the available products. Being our first time Mike allowed us the time we needed to take it all in, and make informed decisions.Our checkout process was kind of smooth, delayed only due to the app timing out because we were taking out time. Overall. A pretty amazing first time. Happy for this to become my go to store.* check with sales assistant as to the avaiable specials to maximize your buying power, and get variety 😀

I have visited dispensaries in 8 different states, many of which have been open a lot longer than Pure Roots Ann Arbor. PRAA has completey raised the bar on any other dispensaries I visit...(if) I visit any others.Their staff has been pleasant and attentive during all of my visits (5 of them this week) The environment is so centered and comfy, despite the clean, surgical appearance.
