I love the vibe, the workers, even the customers that come in. Its a great place to go especially people who have never been to a dispensary. You will feel safe and comfortable. The manager should be really proud honestly. My only complaint is that you guys arent on Leafly 🤷🏽‍♀️ but its not a crazy problem.

I always have a nice and easy experience coming here. They never over or under explain product and always make me laugh. Today they even slipped some extra surprises in my bag and didnt even brag it up or tell me. Really kind. On top of that, the product itself is always good, Ive never had a problem with it. Really enjoy going back.

I was rather nice. Wasnt busy, tender was knowledgeable, and I was able to ask questions about products that I feel rushed to ask in other similar places. A bit far for us to go yo on a regular, but will stop in when out thar way west. Great job!!!

This place is great I was driving past it every day to go somewhere else. Highly recommend this place and Andy was super helpful and informative. Plus I guess I earned $10 worth of loyalty points because it was double points day. Will be back to buy more carts and try out the other stuff they have.10/10 because they have vegan edibles 🔥🔥

Was there couple days ago and had a great in-store experience. The staff was absolutely polite. Storm I guess was the name of one the employees there who helped me with my purchase. He was super helpful and very honest about his opinions which I always appreciate when I go to a store/restaurants and ask the employees about their.

This place sucks. Quality of product is marginal at best. Good luck getting an of their pre-rolls to burn properly. Takes longer to get in and out than anywhere else. Prices seem to run higher than other shops in town, and the staff has been rude and unhelpful every time I’ve been in.I think you’ll have a better experience at skymint, exclusive, sticky ypsi, patient station, arbors wellness.

Shopped both curbside and in-store. Khaley and the guy with long hair (forgot name, sorry) were very helpful. Love the atmosphere, especially the terpene chart with food pairing recommendations. I was told this review would count for 2 loyalty rewards, 1 from each visit. Only dispensary Ive felt inclined to be a return customer.

Extremely disappointed with the product I received. Today was my first time visiting this location since it was formally tree city. I LOVED the product from tree city. Never had any issues. Today, I bought a 1/4oz of Purple Ghost OG.....never again will I come back to Herbology. Popcorn buds, full of nothing but stems. I could care less about the size of the buds, but when theres literally bare stems, bigger and thicker than the bud itself, all through out the order I placed.....what a shame. If I could smoke stems, I wouldnt be paying $60 a 1/4. That is all.

Great selection, easy online and in-person ordering. The prices are slightly high but competitive. My last visit was in person and I was helped by a bud tender named Morgan. She was excellent. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. But honestly everyone was great. I’ll definitely visit again and I recommend them 100%.

This is a great place. People are friendly. Picking up my order from my car after purchasing it online are the best option. I went inside once and it was clean. It is a little bit pricey but, worth it! I have been here more than 8 times. I would recommend Herbology!

The store was clean, the staff were friendly, and they have great products. They have great prices and deals; knowing that you have a safe product and where your product comes from is invaluable in my opinion. I absolutely adore everyone that works here!! They work so incredibly hard & are always incredibly thorough & wanting me to get the best deal!! One con I don’t like is the fact I can’t tip them. The donating is nice, but I do that on my own time. I would much rather be able to give that money to my Budtenders. Maybe dedicate a day where proceeds of sales go to the place you donate to. Please allow the staff to accept tips. I really truly love your dispensary. I live in Garden City & pass numerous ones just to go to yours bc I feel safe & comfortable at your establishment. I have been getting my cartridges from here and they’re the best deal around Ann Arbor. You can use point system and they have sales and deals each week. Great place. Fast! I like that.

The workers here are phenomenal especially Drew, the staff is well knowledge and has great customer service. The one downfall is their flowers keep switching out daily so they prices change a lot, also not so many sativa strands. I do recommend this place though!!

I bought this 7g, they gimme one free preroll but its only 5.5g in jar make sure yll weight before left the store, they let me buy medical weed behalf my friend card, I paid grab bag walkout, but when I call em complain about its less thn I paid for they said we cant do anything because its not your account, but they was know I have no card but still sold me Medical strains but Ill figure it out sum wait & watch

This is my 2nd location visited and both have been great experiences! I was helped by Kodiak this time and he was super knowledgeable and friendly, ultimately helping me get exactly what i needed. His coworker buddies were also able to help me identify a certain flavor to avoid (burnt popcorn) that had haunted me in the past. Thanks Herbology !!

Ive been coming here exclusively for a few months. The location is convenient for me, the selection is good and the discounts and loyalty points are a plus; also the folks working there are friendly. If I had to nitpick, the curbside spots are an adventure to get in and out of, but thats more of a result of having to adapt to the shape of the parking lot and not Herbologys fault. Ill continue patronizing them for the foreseeable future.

This place is awesome. Morgan is amazing there, and knows what she is doing!! The other staff is always friendly and helpful. They always have a great selection of vape carts and bud. They usually have sativas that I cant find anywhere else.

Our budtender was super and check-in experience was smooth. I was not purchasing. Just tagging along so I cant speak for the transaction process, but it seemed fine and I heard no complaints.As an autistic with hyperacusis the sound was disorienting in the sales room/bud room. With necessary and appreciated masks for Covid-19, plus the acoustics, it made it hard for me to understand everything being said. Thats not the fault of the budtender, though. She deserves 5 stars! The business, though, should put some baffles up for sound dampening. :)

Morgan helped me pick out some edibles and disposable vape pen after discussing what I was looking for. Very helpful, good price, and will definitely return. The only disappointment was that they didnt carry the MAXX cartridges, but the Sugar House pen was cheaper than the normal price I pay for MAXX cartridges, so it all turned out well.

Went in with my father for his first dispo visit. Walked in to a friendly greeter who took our names and put us in their system. They took pride in how clean the store was by the look of it. They even threw in a free hat pin for my collection. Will visit again.

This is the first dispensary I’ve visited in MI and I’m so glad I chose herbology. I went to other dispensaries in town and none compare. The coolest feature is their rewards points. You can pretty much save on all purchases. If you need a regular supply I highly recommend herbology because this place has a great spend to reward ratio.
