Both friendly and professional! From the assistant who called about an order correction, to the driver who checked my weed maps receipt and discovered an extra $100 in savings. He went on to explain the benefits of using their business website for orders which offers rewards and even more savings. In the future I will definitely take advantage of their website and I love the convenience of using my debit card for orders. A great selection, featuring a bunch of Michigan product.Just an awesome experience!

This place is great! Ive tried several other dispensaries and this one beats them ALL in quality, prices/deals, and customer service! There employees are knowledgeable, friendly and answer all my questions! If they dont have an answer, they find out for me. This is my go to place and has been for several months now! Definitely recommend!The only downside is sometimes the website takes a while to load; however, they can help you place an order while you are there too. It would be nice if they had an app where you can see your points right away and maybe offer suggestions based on previous purchases 🤷🏻‍♀️

Come here regularly. This honestly is one of my favorite places, it’s quick, it’s friendly and convenient. Last time, I purchased 2 of these, one was given to me completely empty and they did not exchange it. I mean, to me that’s bad business and I won’t be coming back. When you go thru hundreds of these, you sometimes have a faulty one. They need to always exchange a bad product given. IMO

Went today for the first time. Just happen they had A 315 special which was A nice surprise. I do wish that there lobby was open. Its hard to buy medical flower over the computer. Easy access from 23 I will return

Except for one time when I came for a last minute order (which they took care of sooo quickly too) I order online and pick up. I’m never there for more than 10 minutes total and everyone is so incredibly friendly and nice. Prices are the best around too!!

Purchased three 1/8 oz strains that had no metric or poison control stickers, just simple hand written white lables on the outside. Those packages were handed to me in a white paper bag, no child proof bag like every other dispensary uses. In addition, I did not get a 5% senior discount ($6) even though I informed them when I placed the order and again when I picked it up.

I have never had a more disappointing visit to a dispensary in my life. The product I ordered was labeled wrong online, something I didn’t know of course when I placed the order. The blonde girl who works there had the worst attitude and was extremely rude. She tried to blame me for the website error and she acted as if she didn’t want to get me a manager to resolve my problem. Of course the manager handled my issue with ease and was very polite but I am done with 3fifteen. I will be placing a final order to redeem my rewards I have earned and I won’t be back. That blonde needs some training on how to interact with customers or maybe she should switch to warehouse work where she doesn’t have to work with customers directly.

Well, what can I say I absolutely love this place. Easy ordering online, quick order preparation and incredible staff all around. The business is easy to access and every time Im there its a pleasure dealing with their employees. Great bud and great buds! Definitely a gem and totally a great priced place all around.

Horrible service and poor product. 3 times I order i have found seed. Just yesterday the acted like real drug dealer order online and said price was $64 got there to pick up price went up to $78 supposedly got wrong discount and since I order online got stuck with order and price and couldnt make change and got 5 different stains but they all look like the same strain and always have the tiniest little buds ever and big steams smh what a joke of a dispensary waste of money ever going be advise they change cost at pick up and you will find seeds

My first 3 times here the concentrates have been absolutely disgusting. Paying over 50 dollars for only a GRAM. Each time - it gets worse every time I came here. Today is my boiling point. This wax looks like tar. Tastes like butane. Thanks so much. 😤

They lost my $20 and blamed me for it. My bill was $81.20 I went to the ATM before headed to them and withdrew $100. I handed them the wad of cash I just got from the ATM the guy then went and collected cash from 3 other cars before going inside. Come back out and says I am $1.20 short. I ask how as my total was $81.20 and I gave him $100. Goes back inside come out with 3 guys now and some “security” guy saying camera footage shows I only gave him $80. I asked how camera footage could guarantee that considering the guy got cash from 3 cars before going inside? They tried to say my bank ATM probably didn’t give me the right amount and I should call my bank... yea I’m sure the ATM screwed up and not your staff or one of the other people you collected cash from before heading inside. I gave them another $1.20 and explained that they just lost a customer over the $20 they just stole from me. They didn’t seem to care too much about it so here I am writing a review. Kind of disappointed, the product has always been good and normally they are all pretty cool people. Luckily they have plenty of competition I can start going to instead.

Great place good dispensary great people

I am in walking distance so I normally walk. Regardless of how busy it is Im always helped last and it takes so long to get my order. Probably will go somewhere else where they care about people who walk just as much as people who drive. This has happened a few times not just once. Hope they can fix this problem for others in the Future.

I was a little overwhelmed by all the different strains so I called and was lucky enough to get Mariah on the line. Her suggestions had me so deep in thought and free of anxiety that I deleted my gaming accounts, requested my absentee ballot, and applied for college. My delivery was timely and the driver was just as courteous.

They started strong , but this location has Ludacris prices... used to have much more variety but not anymore. Other 3fifteen location and in general if you go buy from Detroit or battle creek a gram cartridge will cost you 15$ while on ann arbor location has 35$ for .5 ... please dont waste your hard earn money ... stop paying for Ludacris prices, instead do some research youll surprise yourself... update i started to go to exclusive ann arbor way better price and product, more importantly so much variety to choose from and deals are way better then this store. Same state same city i dont understand how they think about gatting rich over night.

What a great experience I had at Ann Arbor Healing! From when I walked in the door too when I walked out. The gentleman at the front counter in the waiting room very professional and nice. Once inside the store Joe was great. He was so knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I got there shortly after they opened and my wait was approximately 45 minutes.

Im always pleasantly surprised by how efficient and caring the entire staff at 315 is.. from security to the product room they are one of my favorite spots in Ann Arbor. Keep up the good work guys!

And i hate to rate it a 2 but i love the 3fifteen stores and look for them because of how they treat me. Lets face it most places offer same medicine and same brands its the goodie bag, pack of papers. I still wear my 3 fifteen hat!!! This one is not our first choice anymore. Never in ann arbor the good thing they are all-over because i have specifically look for medical affordable meds. Disappointed 😞

I ordered arrived let them know that I was here the type of vehicle I was in sat there for 15 minutes and watch the lady sir for other customers and walk around me this is the second time this is happened with the same lady maybe she just doesn’t like serving black people so I can go somewhere else and spend my moneyThis is the second time this has happened the first time I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes before someone asked me what was I doing

Great place and super helpful staff! Very kind and patient. Only downside is they never have carts and doesnt seem as if they restock much or that often because its been weeks at a time theyve been without. Wish they had like a in stock at store area on the website rather than calling in. But overall great place to purchase from and wouldnt cut out entirely based on those few experiences...the whole process is quick as well so really that one beats everything or place with a zero line wait all times Ive went.

Their prices on cartridges for vape pens are insane. They should be ashamed of themselves. Recreational customers shouldnt have to pay $50 more for a one gram cartridge just because they dont have their card. Dont buy from here. Find somewhere cheaper around Ann Arbor.
