Every time I’m in town visiting , I go to this dispensary and it’s truly my favorite. Ordering online and picking up is very simple and easy. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Sometimes they have my favorite strain but when they don’t I love being able to try new things and getting help from knowledgeable staff I love. Good quality products. Love that my dog gets a treat as well (don’t worry it’s a regular dog treat)

I’ve been coming here for a year and a half and I’ve never had a bad experience. I’ve never even had a mediocre or average experience. The staff is super quick and extremely helpful. Love the selection and the quality of the products is top-notch across-the-board. Also, if you bring your canine companion with you; they will give them a giant treat. (Don’t worry, they’re “normal” treats.)

I had mistakenly ordered from Kalamazoo when I only shop at Ann Arbor. Sajah took the time to call Kalamazoo and get everything ordered so I can purchase with Ann Arbor. To me this was beyond the call of duty, she could have said, oh you have to do a reorder. She was so polite and cheerful which I liked. Sajah definitely deserves a raise, lunch bought for her, a gift card that is picked for her personality that she will use or a paid day or 1/2 day. Been there twice. Very professional the staff is polite and very informed about products that they sell. I shop recreational for pains I suffer from daily work. Exclusive has the best variety of products I’ve seen. They run a tight ship and their store is very nice and very clean. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing what they have if you’re in the area. I happen to live in Shelby Township which is about an hour and 15 minutes away. But I’m doing a job for now couple miles down the road so it is very convenient for me to stop in there and purchase what I need.

I do not feel safe with a bunch of faceless, armed military wanna-bes playing Rambo. I thought we decided last year that faceless armed police forces are bad. I know they will hide behind COVID safety but how come their security guards are the only that are masked? To make the situation worse they don’t even allow honorable law-abiding citizens to carry their guns in concealed. Clearly they don’t care if their customers feel safe. I’ll never support this place again. I see why prices are so high, we are supportingBlackwater 2.0.

Staff is very helpful in explaining everything there is about cannabis if it is your first time. I recommend ordering online, because you could be waiting up to half an hour in line just to get into the store. Only downside is their selection runs out very quickly, some items sell out the day they become available. Make sure to buy your stuff quick, or stock up if you find something you like!

I love Exclusive Ann Arbor. Literally ALL of the staff were so nice to me and my Dad. My Dad was looking forward to seeing a cannabis dispensary for the first time (hes never smoked before but he was interested), and he was not disappointed!! The store itself is arranged so nicely and has TONS of all different types of products. I have my medical card and I love how accommodating they are to BOTH recreational customers as well as medical card-holders. The employees were enthusiastic about the products and will answer any questions you have . I would recommend this dispensary over all others that I have visited in the area. Even if its a little out-of-the-way location-wise (like it is for me), you should definitely stop by!!

Everyone who works here is super helpful and friendly! This can be an intimidating environment for those who are unsure what to expect, but both the security guard at the entrance (didn’t catch his name — sorry!) and Gage, who helped me with my purchase — instantly put me at ease. Their selection of products is also excellent! I highly recommend Exclusive and will definitely be back.

I always have the best experiences with all of the people working here, but Gage helped me this last time and they were absolutely amazing!! Exclusive is my number 1 go-to! They’re always extremely friendly and helpful and make the process so easy. I love the curbside pick up because you’re in and out in no time, but the delivery option is even better! I live a good distance away and they will still deliver out to me, which is extremely helpful when I’m low and need a restock but don’t want to make the drive. Always tip your drivers ;) 5/5 absolutely recommend!

Valid security, easy parking. Staff was wholesome and friendly. The girl at the front-desk was courteous, helpful, and able to answer the questions I had. This also applies to the cashier, whose product expertise and advice was sound. The store was neatly organized, and conducive to a shopping experience. The doorman was nice to me on my way out. All in all a very professional environment, would highly recommend to Cannatourists in the area.

Their staff is always so helpful and take the time to answer any questions I have. Well worth the drive. Wouldnt think of going anywhere else.

Exclusive is the best! They have a huge selection and are very knowledgeable. They personally call when there is an issue with and order or if something is out of stock. They even deliver to me out in the country! I own a small business and it is really hard to get to the store before they close. Delivery seriously has saved me! Im am so grateful. I typically get the same delivery driver who, now, knows me and provides great customer service. They mis packaged an order once and came back out the same day to fix it!

I bought two dark chocolate bars, but one was mint. The chocolates are different colors and stampings along with the distinctly different tastes. The packages are the same but that is where it ends. This mispackaging makes me nervous to buy again.
