Okay so this place is the best medical dispensary I’ve ever been to. Staff are incredibly nice and product is fantastic. Jessie and Gage are the best budtenders out there. Just went in and bought a live resin cartridge. I’ve used live resin cartridges for many years medically. I’ve been a member here since they opened but this is the first time buying their live resin carts ... normally everything is semi descent... not A grade... but there’s no way theirs are actual live resin cartridges.they tasted like I was smoking pine sol and it was supposed to be a skittles strain. I’ve never had a live resin taste that bad it tasted like a really bad extract process.

I have been a member to this dispensary since I was 16 under the minor patient law for seizures I am now 23 so almost 7 yrs of loyalty to an establishment , just know they do not care what so ever if your order was messed up or if they miss labeled a product in my 7 yrs I have never walked out of a dispo I did today and Iv been in every single one in Ann Arbor highly recommend the 25 other dispo in a2 who offer the same product at least they would fixs there mistake and show you positive. Lots of wax product have been under weight. Was even sold and empty container. They did fix the mistake but still.And now with new management wax prices have doubled.

I drove almost 3 hours from Columbus Ohio not knowing what to expect. Inside the waiting room were nice leather couches and a friendly receptionist. The vibes were very calm and relaxed in the area where you purchase product.The quality of the bud was exactly what I would expect out of a Michigan dispensary. They also have one of the most extensive menus I’ve encountered for edibles.If you are in the area, do yourself a favor and avoid Exclusive Ann Arbor!! Those guys are a joke compared to ArborSide.

This dispensary is the only one that me and my boyfriend have been to that will not let him be seen because his license is expired and not renewed yet due to COVID. We showed them he has an appointment to get his license renewed and that was not good enough. We made the appointment in July and cant be see at the SOS till November 24. This is a form of discrimination due to conditions from COVID-19. So if your license or state ID is not valid dont bother going here.

This is truly my favorite dispensary. The product is great quality, the prices are very reasonable, but truly their staff is the reason why I come. Christie, Mallory, Lyla, and Scott are just fantastic. I wouldnt recommend any other shop over this one.

I discovered Arborside several years ago and have had great experiences with them. They did go through a rough spot last year with all the new regulations, but since getting that under their belt I have been super pleased with products and services. The bud tenders are very knowledgeable and super friendly. I enjoy going there. Parking can be a bit of a pain sometimes, but other than that I highly recommend going there.

I can appreciate the Personal Touch. The fact of having had sinsemilia, Maui Wowie, and Northern Lights before any of this stuff was legal. I just got to say this place lives up to what its supposed to do. Who would have thought that was a surprise. But you guys have all been out there. Its hard to get good quality even when you spend a lot of money but at this place you dont have to spend so much to get great quality!!!

The people that work here are awesome and very friendly and I look forward to talking to them each time I go. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because two times Ive been here I bought a container that said 1 gram of wax was in it and I brought it back home and weighed it and it was only a half gram instead of a gram, the only reason I never brought it up to them is because last time I asked to return an unopened cartridge they said all concentrate sales final I really dont think they meant to short me on the wax they probably just put the wrong sticker on it but just be careful, and overall arborside is okay in my opinion.

ArborsideBAtmosphere was okay, homey feel, seemed a bit disorganized. The entire dispensary seemed like it could use a good cleaning from top to bottom. Great 710 specials. Bud tender made sure we left happy. Huge selection of (lackluster) medicine.

This is the best place for meds. They allow flowers to be priced by the grower, more like a consignment store. You can get some great bud without breaking the bank.

I went there for the 1st time yesterday. Im sure I wont be back. When you walk in it is stuffy, also the way it is set up you feel like you are doing something against the law. My last and most important issue is the Gouging that is going on. You can get the same quality and quantity in Lansing and other places for 1/2 they are here. People it is worth the drive.

New management, nice sizes, receptionist is always nice, pleasant atmosphere. Keeping it patient not recreational keeps nice. Definitely my favorite, things have grown and it’s nice. They have been more than good to me!

Disappointed. Buds dont seem to be cured. Is not crumbly, causes smears in grinder instead of grinding up because its not dry enough it seems like. Doesnt taste good because its not cured well if at all. Tasted like dog food. (not messin around) Rolled it up in an organic raw single wide. Sweat your buds and make sure theyre dry. We dont want to loose weight either and taste funky stuff.

The wax here is GREAT. I grab only from their value shelf cuz since it’s so fire 🔥 their house wax is better quality then most of the waxes you can get at other dispos for their mid or high shelf products.
