My #1 go to happy place 😊 Their quality is amazing and their prices are fairly decent. I go once a month and stock up. The only downside to this dispensary is they dont do points. The only thing they give out is a pre-roll if you spend over $150.00 Quality over Quantity has always been my motto and this place provides them both. Personally I do the curbside pick up and I absolutely love it. Now stop reading this and go. Youll seriously thank me

This is our new go to spot! We drive upwards of 3 hrs from Ohio for recreational so we like to make sure it’s worth it. The prices are really fair, there’s a selection of $35 1/8ths which from our experience have been really high quality. The staff is friendly and helpful and the facility is clean and actually Covid friendly. Highly recommend, it’s been totally worth the drive for us.

Is a really good dispensary and the help is friendly. Plus you get 10% discount if you have a medical card. Unlike other dispensaries in the area they take either credit card or cash.

This establishment is the embodiment of what I don’t like about this city. Smug children who think they can have their way by yelling at people. Perhaps if you would speak a little nicer and show other people respect, you could get it yourself. Thank you for screaming at me for pulling into your lot for half a second when you were already closed, telling me I had to move my car immediately so customers could get into your lot. Your frat bro security help didn’t do anything for you either.

I love this place. Its a great place to go for first time buyers since they have a screen at every window so you can visually see what youre purchasing. The staff is always friendly. Never had a bad experience here.

BUYER BEWARE: MED PATIENT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND TREATED POORLY.Not good for community. Went in to get some medicine, clerk said I could not check inside the package to see the medicine but instead showed me a picture on their phone to show the consistency, color , etc. I purchased the medicine and got home surprised to find out it was not nearly the same color, consistency, or medicine. I tried it and to my expectations it was not what I wanted. I called and the manager was willing to offer me 10% off my next order which equates to $5 on a roughly $55 product. I have been mistaken 3 out of my last 4 visits as a recreation client and not a mmmp. These people do not care about the medicinal aspect of our industry and are simply taking advantage of our community.

Arbors Wellness is great! Prices are at the market level, but the employees are super helpful and they often give out freebies (last time I visited I got a free patch and a free gummy). Nicole helped me out most recently and she answered any questions I had. It was a super efficient shopping experience!

This is THE most fantastic dispensary for several reasons, one-both medical and recreational customers are welcome and the prices are fair, two-the employees are friendly, ridiculously knowledgeable (which makes shopping during the pandemic much easier), and clearly enjoy what they do. And three—their in-house brand of gummies (Levitate) are the best tasting edibles I’ve ever had, and are available in thc/cbd hybrids. Shout out to Kate, she made my first experience at Arbors Wellness, a perfect one…I’ll be making the drive to AA from now on, for her expertise, more gummies, and maybe another “Kelly Kapowski”…iykyk….ask about it ;)

I’m so beyond thankful for this dispensary. After two brain surgeries in this last year I’ve been utilizing cannabis for pain and they make it so easy do pick up and offer curbside which helps me a ton. Used to be medical now recreational and I still love them for the prices and deals. Love them so much.

My go-to place for all things medicinal. The staff are great, friendly, and knowledgeable of their products. They remodeled the interior of their shop so there is plenty of space to move around and is sterilized per Covid protocols. If you order online ahead of time for pickup, transactions inside the shop are fairly quickly. 5 stars.

Staff is very friendly! I always find what I’m looking for, and I love the variety that this dispensary offers. Online pre-orders take about 2-5 mins to process and I’ve never had an issue.There are a lot of options in the Ann Arbor area, but I have no reason to try the others; Arbors Wellness is my go-to in MI. Plenty of off-street parking, and Jerusalem Garden is right across the street. Perfect!

I called Arbors Wellness first to check guidelines, because of COVID, and asked what to expect for my first ever dispensary visit.They were helpful on the phone and in the store. Cannabis was recommended by my doctor, but not prescribed. I let them know what issues I was having and they made helpful suggestions across the board for all budgets. I never felt awkward or unwelcome. We highly recommend them.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Some great deals this week for 4/20!! Sometimes the pre-rolls I buy from there aren’t rolled well like they’re too tight or they canoe real bad, but the flower is always good.

They could probably tell that it was my first time, but the person helping me was very nice and it was very easy to grab and go. They even gave me a freebie!

Went today to get a vape. I ended up getting denied because I have a washtenaw county id which they did take before all the time. Its not their fault but i didnt know they quit taking in the washtenaw id. All well they are still good people. I just always went there for my products and it just sucks i now have to go somewhere else for business till i get my state id straight.

I am extremely disappointed.... went here for the 4/20 deals, those were wack. Bought a $15 preroll that was supposed to be a gram... open up the container its a baby joint that didnt even burn when I sparked it... open it up, and its a bunch of keef... paid like $17 for a preroll of dust. The in store experience was just as bad... after waiting outside, you walk in just to see that everything sits behind a counter, as you place your order by looking at the entire selection on a tablet. the customer service was subpar at best and I couldnt even get a receipt... 0/10 wouldnt recommend... like at all 👎🏾

Ive been coming up here from Ohio for about 8 months. First off, the staff is always professional and always willing to work if there is a mistake or change to your order. Secondly, they are normally busier on Friday evenings and weekends so wait time is expected, but do not fret, the employees are always hustling in and out to cars and back to grab for the next. Always a decent selection for medical needs or if youre a rec user. Also....some great places to grab food right next to the dispensary :).

I git some Babbage from this place I hadnt heard from them either on customer service Ive called and called it was dry and very weak it def didnt register on my test kit nothing but homes grown very dissatisfied and out my money I wouldnt recommend this is the worst first experience and they couldnt even answer any of the questions or produce fact base annylisis on what to recommend for this or that get some fact and pay me back my money
