The folks at Bloom are always polite and informative. Have answered many of my questions about all aspects of cannabis license and products. The shop is easy to access with off street parking. Options are available for having the orders delivered to your car and home. Times have been changing and Bloom has kept up. ✨

The staff here was very professional, very friendly, and super informative about their product! I have been here twice now and both times I left very satisfied. Great quality, great deals, and great customer service. My bud-tender this time was Haley! I told her what I was there for and she began listing my options and telling me about all of the deals going on. There was a small issue with not having enough of one kind for what I wanted or something minor like that, which caused it to take a few minutes longer than usual. This was literally zero inconvenience to me, but while I waited Haley kindly answered all my questions and had a good conversation with me while showing me all the different selections. After a few short moments I was cashing out and about to be on my way but because it took a few minutes longer than usual the boss came out and apologized and said she would compensate me for the wait and any “inconveniences” (which there was none!) and generously gave me a t shirt with the store logo! Even though they didn’t have to they went above and beyond to ensure I left there a happy customer and I most certainly did. Will definitely be going back next time I’m in the area. If you are in the Ann Arbor area I highly recommend stopping by this homey, welcoming, place! =)

Hannah was amazing!! This was my first visit to Bloom and she was as friendly as she was helpful and knowledgeable. I will absolutely be back to see her. The place is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and not sterile like many of the other dispensaries I’ve visited.

I absolutely LOVE going to this dispensary! 😍 The staff are so professional, kind, and courteous when it comes to my anxiety. There’s also a lovely woman that works here who’s always back and forth between the front reception desk and the “bud tending” area. I can’t remember her name off the top of my head. But every single time I come in and see she’s working I get so overjoyed. Her electric personality and uniqueness literally brightens my entire day! 🤩 Kudos to Bloom and all the fantastic staff as well! 🙌

Gorgeous location and building!! It smelled amazing when I walked in and I was greeted with a warm welcome by the receptionist. It reminded me of going to a spa, such a relaxing atmosphere! Once we got to the back the owner explained everything to us and made sure our needs were met and went above and beyond to make us happy. We also talked about more than just marijuana, she was very friendly and made me feel super comfortable, like I was an old friend! This place has great specials and prices as well. They even had a fee free atm!! Overall, my experience was a 10/10. Definitely one of the nicest and most professional dispensaries I have EVER been to! I will be recommending Bloom to all my friends and family.

It was my first time visiting bloom, everyone there was very kind and when my card wasn’t working correctly, they were very patient and able to resolve the issue. Helped navigate a good cartridge for anxiety and sleep. Will be back again! After a bad experience elsewhere coming to you guys was a relief and I’m glad that I did.

Every time we come in we have such a great experience. everyone is always so nice and welcoming and will answer any questions you have. we just left after working with Karson and he was great. answered all our questions, grabbed everything we wanted, and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. highly recommend!!

This place is very expensive, but they sell quality products. I don’t have a whole lot of experience with dispensaries. I really enjoyed Blooms selection and the variety of products. The weed connoisseurs were very pleasurable to converse with. I will definitely recommend this dispensary to my fellow travelers!The only down side was that the prices were a little steep, but that didn’t stop me from dropping $400. 😅The caramels didn’t have much of a noticeable affect.The dark chocolate mint cookies were amazing.The cartridges have a very powerful and smooth taste, doesn’t appear to be overly sticky and isn’t clogging up.I went ahead and picked up some shatter as well since I was so pleased with the first products I tried. I’m sure it’ll be just as good as the other wonderful items I sampled earlier. If not, I’ll update this review. 🤷🏼‍♀️Thank you Bloom City Club for making my stay in Michigan memorable with the help of how exquisitely your shop is laid out. 😻 Will definitely have to come back to the area. ☮️

Very warm and friendly environment. I was greeted at the door and after my ID was checked in a professional and personal manner I was walked inside the closed off sales room. Product selection is diverse but missing the things I went for. I use to live in Oregon so the selection out there is unrivaled. Excited to watch the scene grow in Michigan. The prices are a bit high here currently but that is expected. Despite the prices I was met with knowledgeable salesmen(and women) and after a large purchase I got a few free extras. Will stop back for a treat next time I’m in the area. Give them support as they were the right fix and helpful as hell for me.

Product=5, Experience=1 so I averaged at a 3.I was very frustrated with this one. The woman at the desk said she was legally required to have my ID information. I am over 50 years old (and I dont pass for 21)~ she is not legally required as age is the only limit. She lied. I dont know why she lied but it is inexcusable. If there is another reason, she should have explained it...the law aint the reason. I was with someone who left at this point as they were just irritated with the lady and the situation.I was then told to sit down. I had no idea what was going on as I was planning to go shop. The lady smiled primly at me from her cute computer but gave no further information. When I asked Why am I sitting? she then deigned to explain there was a wait to get into the inner sanctum to actually purchase any product. (my words not hers).Once I got into the inner sanctum, the counter dude meant well but he didnt start at the beginning (and I told him I know nothing): Why gummies? Why not CBD Oil? Why not plant? What is THC? What is CBD? Etc. To be fair, he could answer the questions when asked but he really just wanted to skip to the end...and after having to wait to get into the inner sanctum I felt Bloom had set my expectations to be a personal experience.Hell, if Bloom just wants to sell the product, then put it in aisles and let me have it. But to require ID (wrongly), make people wait, then to finally get in and be dealt with by polite rushing really seemed jarring. Pick a lane Bloom! What are you? Are you a boutique or a convenience shop?I gave a 3-star rather than 1-star because the recommended product, has worked well for my mom which is good.From now on, I will just be doing the walk-up moving forward~ those people inside are waaaaay too pretentious for the average person (it was like being back in high school with the mean girls).

This may very be the greatest store ever. I love this place and everyone who takes care of us are the happiest people in the world.
