This place is extremely unprofessional in EVERY way. I went in to get my hair cut and it was very uneven so I had to fix it myself at home. Then me and my boyfriend recently went back to get his hair cut because it was actually good last time when they did his. But this time was VERY different, they messed up his hair horribly and so we went back to get it fixed, and they just made it worse. When we called for a refund the owner was very rude and unprofessional and making us feel guilty for even asking. we are short on money in the first place and we just wanted it to get a different place to cut it the way he wants.

Toni is amazing! She not only does an amazing job but she also helped my munchkin express exactly what he wanted. She was patient with him and made his “Mohawk” dreams come true and kept mommy happy because it’s not a true Mohawk and styles well done up or relaxed :) She tinted my eyebrows and waxed then as well and let me tell you I can’t go back to doing them myself. I have never felt better!

The salon had a relaxed atmosphere. Ive never been a repeat customer or had a Hairstylist until now. Ive been going to Toni for almost 2 years and she does an amazing job! The other gals also do amazing work.

I made the the happy choice of finding Haley and her salon right after I moved into a new home here in Albany. I’m a former Colorado resident and was apprehensive about finding a new beautician! I was pleased & delighted with the great job she did! I have very difficult hair & it had been long neglected.She & her team are cheerful, professional & fun to be with. I know I can always count on her to make me look my best. I would recommend her to anyone. My husband is also a big fan and that’s saying a lot. 😎

I’m not good at expressing my ideas, but Lauren is a great communicator and the end result is exactly what I wanted. My bangs are perfect too! Lauren is fun to work with. The prices are fantastic.

I had my hair done by the owner Haley, she listened to all of my concerns and needs. I had my roots done, purple put on my ends, a hair cut AND a Brazilian blowout all in one visit. While in the chair Haley made me feel very comfortable and conversation was great. I witnessed all of the hairstylist being very professional with all of the new covid requirements in place. I highly recommend this salon to everyone!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!

I am editing my post because I want to make it more short and simple so The last time I’ve been here was a long time ago like a year or so I don’t have any pictures for proof because it literally looks exactly the same from how my hair was when I walked into the salon, all you guys did was re-touch up my roots but I want it to be a lighter like blonde and you guys weren’t able to make that for me and you guys overcharged me all you guys really did was do a touchup that should only be under $100 and you guys charged me for over $200 for this and now you guys are saying that I didn’t use your service

Haley is awesome and I would reccomend her to anyone and I have sent many people to her. The people below that are giving bad reviews seem that they are all the same person and leaving a review under someone elses fb page or name. Dont let those 3 get to you Haley YOU ROCK AND THATS WHAT MATTERS

Loren is awesome, I love how she does my hair. She does lip and eye brow waxing. She is adhering to all the new cleaning, mask wearing protocol. I highly recommend her and any of the other hairstylist. I have multiple cowlicks and thick hair, she able to tame all of that.

This salon is amazing! I would highly recommend! They are very caring, professional and have been very careful about screening people and wiping everything down during Covid.

The ladies here are amazing. They listen to what you want, ask questions to make sure they are doing the things you want and have a great attitude.My daughter and I wanted to get a haircut and they were able to get us in on short notice. Haley did a fantastic job trimming my hair. Ive had so many bad experiences that I havent had my hair cut in years. Haley listened to exactly what I wanted and I couldnt be happier with the results!

Staff is really nice and funny, they also do great haircuts and Color.

My sister-in-law and I walked in today for eyebrows, the two gals working were very nice and friendly. They were able to get us in pretty quickly and did great work. She was gentle and the waxing hardly stung. Definitely would recommend them and will return whenever I’m in town!

If I could give this salon ten stars I would. I wanted a slight trim just to even out my ends a little more. I didnt want to lose much length since Im growing my hair long. Haley did an amazing job! She did exactly what I wanted, and I enjoyed talking to her as well. Im visiting Oregon with my husband for a month, and Im typically skeptical about going somewhere different to get my hair done, but Haley made me feel right at home. ☺️

Lyons Den is the place to go. North Albany Salom may advertise and shows swatches of quality haircolor but beware, she actually uses a cheap off brand. Ask to see proof of product.I have a non-contagious skin condition and Hailey has taken it upon herself to take/accept money from my friend as a birthday gift for me. Then not tell me. Then not complete the service due to my skin condition. Then Haley takes a window of opportunity to play both me and my friend against eachother by saying my friend used remainder of my b day credit....false! Hailey was given money for serviced not rendered. It was a gift to me. How am I in the wrong if Hailey accepted money to do my cut/color (approx $190.00 +), then apply remainder as credit and then says to me, my friend used the credit. My friend did not use the credit. Hailey insisted on making things right and doing a cut/color. I begged her to give me the credit back and she insisted on doing my hair. Beginning of 2020, I spoke to Hailey to discuss upcoming appointment, then Covid-19 happened. it disgust me that Hailey speaks as shes the victim. Her husband called me this morning to belittle me, yell at me, not to resolve this. Im glad he recorded the call as he mentioned. I called Hailey back and was told I was trying to extort money from her. Then I could hear her husband saying the samething in the background. Hailey is more then welcome to send my friend a refund check for services not-rendered. Hailey has made every excuse in the book not to refund the money to either me or my friend who paid for my cut/color. She has chosen now to throw my friend under the bus by saying she used the credit, not true! Im also being told theres a discrepancy in amount given. This is all a game. Im tired of playing. Im not out to extort or hurt anyone. I honestly had no idea Hailey would stoop so low. Alyssa was there and she knows the truth. I was proud of Hailey for opening up her new business. She is not the same person. I really enjoyed her doing my hair at SmartStyle. I never knew shed become so cutthroat!My friend gifted me a cut/color for my birthday last year. I wasnt aware my friend paid in advance (day of my appointment). Hailey never mentioned I had a free birthday cut/color or I would have got the color that day. When leaving salon, Hailey said my cut was paid for and never mentioned the extra money for my color. My friend never received the money/credit/virtual giftcard either. My friend did not use the credit for herself or anyone else but Hailey insist that my friend did and has refused to give me the balance of my birthday credit and said the giver used the money on herself, not true. My friend and I temporarily parted ways for a short period of time and Hailey took it upon herself to use that small window of opportunity to lie to us both. I dont feel comfortable having her do my hair, which Hailey has insisted on doing and claims she wants to make thing right but, as of today, she has now taken on a strong arm approach by having her husband call me and belittle me, talk over me and yell at me. My friend did a kind thing for me and Hailey has chosen to play us against eachother. A gift is a gift and nobody can use a gift purchased for me or anybody else and Hailey knows the giver would not have used or take back a gift so now shes lost another good customer. You say youve been trying to get ahold of my friend (giver of birthday money) but she was deceived by you as well. The money was a gift for me, from her and the balance owed to me is at least $135.00. I can and will prove this in court.Hipaa Law is a law for a reason Hailey.Hailey is threatening me with extortion due to giving her a poor review. As a consumer Im entitled to speak freely about my terrible experience. I will be taking her to small claims for damages and money owed to me. I went to Hailey quite often when she worked at SmartStyle. I had no idea, till now, on how shady and untrustworthy she is. Dont pay in advance and dont tell her private stuff unless you want others to know your business.

When I came in to get my hair done, Haley the owner worked with me and my concerns. She was very professional with suggestions to help me figure out what I should do with my hair. I will definitely be back to see Haley White the owner of the salon. I also got my eyebrows done by Allysa, she had a wonderful gentle touch.
