I had scheduled an appointment for a hair cut, when I got their the lights were off and the doors were locked. Completely unprofessional. They could have called to let me know instead of having to drive and waste my time and gas.

Awesome customer service! Very friendly staff and work environment! Definitely will refer to a friend or family member! They all know how to do some hair!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! WILL BE RETURNING SOON!

The older colored woman working there completely and very badly messed up my friends hair so bad that it looked like person with an illness that causes him to lose hair in certain splotches through out his entire head therefore we left only to pay another person $25 to fix her mistake, maybe the problem was due to the smell of alcohol on her breath with her nasty attitude to begin with. We will never be back and we will let everyone we possibly can to never do business at this hair salon.

It deserves no starts at all. They act as if you are bothering them to make an appointment. They are unprofessional and inconsiderate of your time. I made an appointment with a gentleman arrived on time only to wait 20 minutes and when I tell him I am leaving he ask can I just wait a minute with an attitude. It is not my fault you cannot schedule appointment efficiently I had already waited 20 min and he had two other clients ahead of me. I would not spend my money here. They need to improve their customer service skills.

Horrible experience . Let an older lady cut my hair . Asked for. A bob where it should’ve been shorter in the back and longer in the front and she cut my hair way shorter than what I asked her to . Now I am stuck with it . If your unaware of how to do something let your customer know, instead of just trying to get the money . Or, if their hair is not strong enough to get the style that they are asking for let them know before cutting their hair .Was also stuck under the dryer after my hair was dried so that she could do someone else’s hair . When straightening my hair , she used so much grease in my hair leaving it stiff and oily looking . She also tried to bump my ends or curl them underneath which is also something I didn’t ask for , I guess to try to hide how short she had cut my hair .Don’t go . Or be prepared to get something you didn’t ask for .

The service is great and my girls and I love Natasha(forgive me if I spelled it wrong) but these prices are getting ridiculous. I used to bring them every two weeks. Now I can only afford to bring them on special occasions and even then the prices seem to go up every time. $57 if you get more then 12 braids on a child. Nope cant do it.

Nice service and the cut was nice. But they add $10 to the cut when your hair is past your shoulders which would of been okay if I was getting a cut above my shoulders I just got about 2 inches off and it was still below my shoulders

Im being generous with 2 stars. Both of my boys got a haircut and she wasnt doing anything I asked her to.
