Vinca is amazing! She is very flexible with my schedule, always does a great job at a fair price, will schedule my next appointment the same day she cuts my hair and she is so sweet. I wont let anyone else in Albany cut my hair. I always look forward to seeing her.

The nail lady Michelle cut me pretty deep the last time she was doing my nails, my blood was getting all over the table and tools I asked her if we could wait a second for my finger to stop bleeding and she continued to put product on and file my bloody nails. I had to point out to her that she was making a mess with my blood all over her table, tools and everything I asked to wash the blood off my hands she refused to let me wash them , than she proceeded to put Super glue into my open cut. Never prepped my cuticles or used a drill to file or use a light to dry. When leaving I was clearly upset about my experience and she was very disrespectful on my way out than someone came in right after me after my blood had gotten everywhere

Michelle Clark the nail tech said she had 23 years experience and rushed both of my nieces through their respective appointments. Did not fill my older nieces nails, Buff, lines in the paint job, and left old glitter from previous set on, and paint on skin, sent her outside with wet nails that immediately started denting, was rude, and lines were not straight. My younger niece (blue nails) was cut by Michelle using a buffing block on her cuticles as opposed to a cuticle tool, and her cuticle was swollen for 2 hours after. Charged $55 for the blue set, and settled on $40 for the black that was affixed thumb and thinner than previous with NO fill.**Edit to reply.My nieces were sent WEEKS ago to shelter in place with me from Arizona, and were wearing masks and went in one at a time. So thanks for the snark, hurt feelings on the behalf of my first niece being called a liar by the tech. Left out of original response as it had no bearing on the professional service my nieces were there to receive as a treat for things reopening. Support small businesses am I right? The first set (black nails) were uneven, lines poorly drawn, and brush strokes, and started denting immediately. Second set (blue) were done on an admitted nail biter, but they were not straight, lines poorly drawn again, and she left with dust on her hands. I am not expecting perfection, but to be rude to teenagers and rush them through an appointment when TWO full sets were required. A broken nail, and full set on (black nails) on older were clearly conveyed with geometric designs were specified. Cell number was lost, but simplistic designs were shown in pictures when my nieces arrived. I was not allowed in salon with them, and tech never spoke to me til I went to pay for my first niece. I stated the first set was brutal, which undeniably they are bad. And the second set were the same.

First off, Michelle is very professional. The reason I’m giving two stars is because of the quality of work and lack of tools. This is the first salon I’ve been to where there are no drill/cuticle tools used or a UV/LED light to dry nails. Due to the lack of resources, I feel the quality of nails are poor. I asked for an ombré on acrylic nails. I asked Michelle if this was something she could perform. I also showed her a photo as well prior to our appointment. She agreed that she could do the ombré requested. My nails came out with an extremely harsh line unlike a fade, we’re unevenly shaped, and nothing like the photo I provided.I paid $55 for this:

Michelle is a blessing! She has done my nails now for several years. We have done both acrylic and shellac. I have a deformed nail that has always bothered me. Michelle always goes out of her way to make it look normal and beautiful. She has always been on time, professional and very friendly. I have and will continue to recommend Michelle anytime someone wants their nails done. 👍

TERRIBLE DESERVES -5 stars!!!!! The lady on the phone cut me off multiple times and refused to give me a price of a normal trim. I asked if she had any openings today and she just said no and tried to end the conversation. I would still like my hair cut if not today THANK YOU

Darcy cut my hair. She did an amazing job went out of her way to help me with some problem hair that loves to stick straight up on my head. And always asked for my input as I was trying a new haircut. She gave me her card and she is now my go to for hair cuts.

Krissy was wonderful! I received nothing but wonderful comments about my hair. She also has magnificent customer service; I came in with a basic idea and she met all my needs and more. She also double checked with me before every change! Will be returning! Will recommend!
