If you care at all about your family members you will not send them to this place. My father in law was here and has missing clothes and shoes, wasn’t showered or had his face shaven. When sent home they didn’t adequately transport him into his vehicle. They sent us home with another patient’s medical information (HIPAA violation). They set him up for a medical procedure at the hospital without telling us which we were fortunately able to cancel. Awful place that needs to be investigated by the state.

Horrible people!! Act like they are doing you a favor for getting paid to be uncaring staff!! My sister (in-law) is there EVIL uncaring souls!! Im not the one to shut my mouth all !! All thecway!!

The staff are hardworking and go above and beyond, they truly care for the residents.

Terrible experience getting in touch with a resident. They schedule appointments and don’t keep them and it seems they only do the minimum to keep being able to bill the insurance companies. Hard enough to contact familyDuring this pandemic- never mind missing multiple facetimes and call back appointments.

My grandmother is currently here and hasn’t been there long but the experience is terrible. It’s very gross inside. She’s already caught the nurses trying to get into her computer she has there. They only shower her once a week, every Wednesday but for the past two Wednesday’s they’ve told her she can’t get a shower because they have no hot water. TWO WEEKS without a shower. Most of the nurses have a nasty attitude. I will forever wish i could bring her somewhere else or to live with me because this place is horrid.

Absolutely disgusting facility for your loved one. Had to report ROACHES in my fathers room on different occasions, the facility smells appalling, poorly maintained, and care for your loved one is overall horrid. The administrator Katie is despicable. GO ELSE WHERE PLEASE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR FAMILY!

The staff was caring and pleasant to help me with my fathers needs.Gina, Joanne, Santa, were awesome.It was one of the best experience i had.My dad was in good hands.

My grandfather was put here to recover from surgery and he was not fed or properly taken care of! He lost so much weight this place is disgusting and should be closed

The staff from 2 floor morning nursing and the CNAs like to talk more than pay attention to the work and they are not very caring!!!!!
