The 5 stars ARENT for the facility or staff. Its for the people that live there. They are such amazing people. My wife and I have bonded with so many people and they have so much life and love give. Not all but most of the staff treat them horribly, as if they werent human beings. Just another job for them. The residence deserve so much more.

They intentionally threw away everything my Mom owned including her false teeth, prescription glasses, the only photos of her children as babies and deceased relatives, birth certificates, her clothing and jewelry...everything but a change of clothing!!! The person in charge admitted it and yet they haven’t replaced anything...so sad that one person has the power to remove a seniors dignity with no remorse. I welcome the owners input.Update: We never did get Moms belongings back..when she was being released from the hospital where she was treated for malnutrition!!! She was sent to a different home. She was not treated with dignity, neither was I when the nurse called me a c#%t. They still have Moms social security checks and personal money and will NOT turn them over either. Basically they took, kept or threw away everything Mom had. Mom died devastated and broken shortly after.I never did hear from Mary Kay representatives nor have they changed.

It could needs to be cleaner inside and out!!
