My mother started out at Eisenberg and transitioned to JHC when she was no longer able to remain in assisted living. I looked at many, many assisted living and long-term care facilities, and this one is head and shoulders above the rest. Of course, no one wants to be in a nursing home, but if it has to happen, this is the place to be.

The JHC is more to us than long term care. Its home. From the moment you enter you are warmly greeted by reception where they all know your name and your loved ones. Always asking about my family and how we are doing. The girls have become part of our family.Both my parents were on the third floor (my mom passed last March and no words could ever express the love and kindness that JHC expressed, Covid and all).My father is going on his fourth year at JHC. He resides on the third floor. He has received so much love , support and top notch health care that one could ever imagine. We know that when the lights are out and he is all tucked in for the evening, we too can rest knowing that Dad is in the BEST OF CARE! If you have any question regarding your loved one you can call and are put through and your concern is promptly addressed no matter no what time day or night.The third floor staff has also become family.The JHC has top notch administration, doctors, PAs, Social Workers, Nurses, CNAs, therapy, recreation, housekeeping , maintenance, food service and laundry staff that ALL know and learn what your loved one needs. They all are family.I cant say enough about the positive support we have received during this pandemic. JHC has gone to great lengths to promote HEALTH AND SAFETY!!! it has been a trying year but JHC has been there for us through it ALL!! We are thankful for all that have gone above and beyond and then some more.WE HAVE AN AWESOME JHC FAMILY!!! WE COULD NOT POSSIBLE MANAGE THIS THIS JOURNEY WITHOUT ALL OF YOU AT JHC!

My mother was there in the Short Term side, the nurses were very good to her. They took good care of her while she was there. They were very kind and caring people. Good place. Very professional staff...

I received excellent care while I was recovering from a serious accident. I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of health care. In particular, the nursing aids were exceptionally compassionate and helpful.

I love this place. We go once a month to give communion to Catholic residents and the people working with them seem to be great.

I cant say enough about JHC. I was a patient there for 11 days. Not only was my care EXCELLENT, I FELT genuinely cared for by the staff. All those with whom I had direct contact for my care and all the support staff were friendly and made me feel welcome.

Terrible experience from the start. Cried myself to sleep over the inconsiderate help. Checked out early. A lot of foreign help that were hard to communicate with. Nothing Jewish about this place except the name over the door.

Best healthcare center in Ma. They serve kosher food which is great for people who eat kosher.

The nurse service is good.The occupational therapist is the worst one I ever seen. I do not know her name. She worked with a young pregnant physical therapist as a group in April of this years. She is not professional, lack of basic knowledge, an is rude. She gave family wrong information. Very unpleasant had her working with my family member. I wish I knew her name.

Word of mouth recommendation from my elderly father is that its the best area rehab hospital that hes been in (and hes been in a lot of them over the past few years).

My mother stayed here after being released from the hospital with a life threatening uti. Jewish healthcare gave her the option to go home when she wasnt mentally capable of doing so. Her PCP said there wasnt a report of a urine lab test being done before she left. They assumed that antibiotics were done and all was good. Uti was never completely gone and mom almost ended back in the ER.
