Training at Apex is truly amazing. How many gyms do you walk through the front door, and every trainer knows your name and greets you. I have been working with Pat for a long time now. He is incredibly knowledgeable.If you have an injury or discomfort doing certain exercises, he will find an alternate exercise. If you are looking for a family atmosphere with the most knowledgeable trainers, this is your place.

Great gym where you feel like family! Everyone who works there is extremely knowledgeable. I love the one on one experience and the fact that It is a smaller gym and never feels crowded.
