This is by far the best dentist office ever! Everybody is super sweet and fun! They remember who you are and details about you. It’s like visiting with friends when you go. Every person I’ve ever dealt with there has been great! They try to help you out in any way they can. And what you pay for that visit is usually it. At another office I tried, every single time I went they said I owed more than what I was told previously.Dr. Sims is amazing! He takes pics of all of his work and explains everything he’s doing and why. He takes his time to give details about every little thing and answers any question you have. He takes pride in his work! I tried a different dentist for a short while when we moved and they couldn’t even tell what teeth had been worked on because he does such good work! He has almost created new teeth out of stubs when the cavity has been so bad! They are also very careful to make sure you’re ok and not feeling anything at all! And it’s fast! He does a great job and you can usually be in and out in 30 minutes to an hour.I will never go to another dentist again!!Thank you for all that you do guys!!!

I had an excellent dental experience at the Sim Family Dental office. Dr. Sung Hoon Sim placed some fillings for me. Dr. Sim and his hygienist worked carefully to ensure that I did not feel any pain during the procedure. He expertly repaired my teeth. My teeth looked much better when he was finished!

DO NOT VISIT THIS DENTIST.Over the weekend my mother broke a tooth and went to this office. She was treated terribly! She disclosed her fear of the dentist early in her appointment and from then on was treated with complete disrespect. The dentist was arrogant, impatient, and told my mother that her anxiety was all in her head and that she was making him and his staff uncomfortable. At the end of the appointment he even told her that no dentist would be able to work on her! This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable - my mother left the dental office in pain and in tears! I advised her never to visit this office again, and I will tell every single person I know to avoid it in the future! Take yourself dental nerds elsewhere - this office has no empathy or compassion for its patients! A business that treats people so poorly should not be in business!

Dr. Sim and his staff are amazing!! I’m terrified of the dentist, and Dr. Sim made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and explained everything he was doing, while asking me if I was okay. He is the only dentist I will go to for now on. I’m very impressed. I was anxious, and nervous at first, but once he started the exam, that all went away.

I walked in without an appt. With a bad tooth ache. In 20mins or less i was getting an x-ray and soin after that, dr. Sim was seeing me. Was out of there in less than 1.5hrs. This is a great place to. Staff super friendly and top quality care.

From a very detailed cleaning to examining every aspect of the teeth. I mostly appreciated that she explained what she was doing and educated me on things. Awesome personality and person too! Everyone was wonderful!!...it was my first time there, my previous dentist had passed away a few years back, so I needed a new one...the receptionist when I called the day before was soooooooo understanding, as was the assistant, and Dr Sim. They showed me the xray, let me make up my mind on what I really wanted, didnt try to make me spend a lot of money, was able to take care of my 2 teeth without sending me to an oral surgeon, I didnt know most dentists sent you to someone else, my previous one didnt... Ill be going back when I decide what I want to do about the rest of my dental needs

My first experience with Dr. Sim was a potentially scary one. My tooth broke off and I found out that it couldnt be saved. Dr. Sim calmed me down and explained my options giving me full details of what all it entails with no pressure on which to choose. He answered all my questions. I was able to come back in the next day to implement my choice! Once he had me peeled off the ceiling, he made sure I knew what to expect and talked me through the process. I know its hard to believe me, but Dr. Sim is a rare dentist that doesnt hurt you. I didnt even feel the needle!He had a great sense of humor and was intuitive enough to see that I was scared and able to calm my fears.The staff is unbelievable! The receptionist talked with me as if I was the only patient! She calmly explained what was being charged and how she talked with my instance. She answered my questions with humor and knowledge.The dental assistant will treat you like youre family. Not family that make you grind your teeth (which is bad!) and suffer through dinner and pray for an excuse to leave. She treats you as if shes your favorite cousin. She makes you comfortable. Shes extremely knowledgeable in procedures and has a sharp wit.Im keeping this dentist!

I came to Dr Sim because I broke my front teeth and my dentist is out of town. His staff was so nice and they got me in SO fast. Dr Sim does superb work and you can’t even tell that I had anything done. I really enjoyed the genuine pleasentness of everyone from the receptionist to Dr Sim. I have been going to this dental office for years now. Dr. Sim is awesome! I went in for one filling today and he did this procedure where I only needed numbing for one tooth, so my whole face wasnt numb. He then identified a second tooth that needed a filling and did it on the spot, after showing me the cavity on his camera/screen. He carefully shaped the filling so that it looked like a natural tooth and wasnt just a smooth overlay. Dr. Sim considers himself an artist of sorts in dentistry and it was refreshing to hear how passionate he is about his work. He is such a caring person as well. The dental hygienists are all such wonderful people. I feel like they are family. They ask about our lives and keep track of our whole family and what we are up to. Thanks for being a place I look forward to going to!

Everything from all of the great employees to the comfortable setting makes Sim Family Dental above the rest. I drive 40 minutes and have probably 20 other dental offices closer to home but still choose to go here.
