Went to Midwest Dental for the first time today. The woman at the front desk was extremely friendly, as was all the rest of the staff.Im on a very tight budget, they were understanding of my need to be informed of all costs, offered me a few options to meet my needs and did not make me feel unpleasant about my financial or dental situation.The hygienist was very quick and efficient during my cleaning, which I really appreciated as I have a back problems and the chair isnt comfortable for me.Im happy with the choice of this dentist and will be returning.

The dentist, the staff, along with every individual I have had the pleasure of interacting with while visiting Midwest Dental has been an absolute joy. Courteous, affable and gregarious. I was apprehensive towards dental practices for more than a decade, but after my initial experience with Midwest Dental, I now look forward to my visits and I will never go anywhere else for any and all dental procedures. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. There is an atmosphere of no pressure in regards to their consultation process also. I am extremely happy that my wife talked me in to attending my first appointment.

I love coming to this location! Everyone is so nice and happy. The doctor is cool and laid back. I went from not so pretty teeth to healthy white teeth. The staff is precise and knowledgeable about oral hygiene.

I have nothing, but a positive review to give on Dr. Andrew Mettman and his staff. I love the environment at this practice. The doctor actually cares about his patients. Unlike many physicians, I was actually glad this doc called me to follow up on how I was doing post teeth extraction, and how the new set of partial dentures fit. I was glad when I tried them on, and had difficulty getting them on, I was able to call their office, and was seen on the same day. 🙂 In general, excellent dental practice. Id recommend this practice to my friends n family.

Midwest Wichita has been my dentist for a couple years now. I am not one to stay at any doctor or dentisrd office who arent personable. The wonderful ladies at the front desk are so friendly. They always seem happy to see me and remember who I am. The hygienists and the dentist are all friendly and down to earth! A specific lady named Dawn was so gracious last time I was there and took my 4 year old son to the kitchen for a snack and she played toys with him and conversed so well with my boy so that I could get my teeth cleaned in peace. It was an amazing experience and really is every time I go! This place feels like family and Ill probably never switch. I even drive a longer distance than most would probably care to drive, just to go to this place. Thank you Midwest.

Staff very friendly! Sounds like a typical response but its real! They dont rush your cleaning, they take their time and do a amazing job! I mean above and beyond! The Dentist a real good dude💪🏾 very relatable! Cares for his staff and customers.

Proud to say that all has changed and I look forward to my visits now.I recently visited Midwest Dental Wichita, I had nothing but great experiences from the scheduling process, X rays, cleaning, dental exam. Everyone was very professional, welcoming, friendly and did a great job explaining everything to me. I am a cancer survivor, I was beyond impressed with how much they cared and how serious they took it. They took time to ask about my health history and wanted to make sure they get all my information and every detail correct. My hygienist was AWESOME! She was super sweet and kept me calm during my entire visit. After seeing many different dentists in California, Missouri, Florida, Kansas I can say that Dr. Andrew Mettman and his team are the absolute best I have ever seen and I will continue to go there and would highly recommend them to anyone!

The entire office staff are so sweet and welcoming. I was able to request an appointment online, they got me in within 1 day and did my cleaning the same day (most places make you come back for several appointments). They have a family feel to their office and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful!

I had an AMAZING experience! They were able to see me for a same day appointment. They were very friendly, accommodating, and quick! The entire process (including new patient paperwork and a filling) took a total of 35 minutes. The doctor who did my filling was so kind and made the process so easy. I felt relaxed and confident that I was getting the best care. I would definitely recommend Midwest Dental to anyone looking for quick, friendly and focused service dental care.

This is the most comfortable I’ve ever felt at a dentist office. From the receptionist, to the hygienist, everyone was super friendly.

Great staff but for me it was about the how how clean things were and i wont be going back just because of yellow stains and not knowing if you changed your gloves when cleaning and someone was a little funky ...im sorry but that was the story of my experience. I couldnt even get teeth whitening due to my blood pressure or somthing like that.

Cant recommend this place enough! The Dentist and entire staff were just great people and I look forward to going back! Had to go in without my insurance active unfortunately but the pain in my jaw and head had just been bothering me too much, and even without coverage they still gave me an extremely reasonable rate for a much needed tooth filling. Very professional, efficient, and super clean environment! I was there on Monday and within 24-48 hours all my pain disappeared. My focus is back and I feel great, thanks so much!

Dr. Mettman and the entire Midwest Dental staff are always so professional and welcoming. I’ve always been seen within minutes of arriving, and are always great when I’ve had an emergency come up. Dr. Mettman himself is incredibly gentle and quick with his work, and actually takes the time to explain everything and instead of just rushing you into procedures. My family and I will never go anywhere else!

I have been going to Midwest Dental about 20 years. Before it was Midwest Dental but Diana Quillen was there. I love her and all of the girls there. They are all very professional and very friendly. They are like family. When my dad passed I was very surprised when I received a sympathy card signed by each girl. I have always been happy with any work they have done on me. I highly recommend Midwest Dental.

Dr. Mettman was friendly, professional, and from my experience highly skilled at his work. I have a chipped front tooth which Ive had repaired with composite every 3-4 years (by different dentists as I have moved around). Each time it has looked or felt a little unnatural, but Dr. Mettman spent the time to make it look and feel perfect despite having a busy clinic. Front desk staff and hygienists have been great the couple of times Ive been here. Overall great experience.

Since Dr. Quillin left and some of her staff retired or left the services are NOT the same. Dr. Quillin was passionate and genuine about the care she provided in her business, since it has been taken over by Midwest dental is all about money and stacking patients and rushing with the work... not impressed anymore and would not recommend anymore either. I can see it’s the way Midwest wants to run the business but what business will it be if you do not gain the loyalty of your clients... I stayed when Dr. Quillin was the doctor and ran that office with decency and care for her clients ...I gave the new clinic a chance but it just didn’t work out for me and my family...so the two stars were for the old clinic!

Midwest Dental is a very good dental clinic. I have been going there for almost 20 years. Dr. Quillin has not been there the entire time, but she has been my dentist for the last 10-12 years. She and her staff are very caring and professional.

I walked out. Had an emergency appointment and 2 1/2 hrs later they kept on about future dental work (as Im in pain) then telling me I owe money! Ive had my insurance 12 years! I KNOW WHAT MY INSURANCE COVERS! ended up spending all that time for SQUAT! 😠😠

Dr. Andrew Mettman is the new dentist at Midwest Dental and he is fabulous! Yesterday I had two older fillings removed and replaced because they were causing issues with my gums and food getting trapped between my teeth. I have to say that I hate needles. He used numbing agents on my gums before the actual injections were done so I barely felt the first needle and didnt feel the other two at all. He and the dental assistant made my experience amazing! I felt relaxed and knew I was in great hands and didnt need to worry about anything. I would highly recommend Dr. Mettman at Midwest Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist. The dental staff are very friendly and professional.

Dr. Quillin and her staff go above and beyond to provide great care and customer service. My son needed after hours care due to an accident and Dr.Quillin was immediately on the phone with the ER doctor working with them. Met us at her office for emergency work..extremely happy with Dr.Quillin and team.
