Excellent experience I felt very comfortable and had a great experience. The nurses were great and Mrs. Amy gave me some new pins for my crocs. She needs a promotion ASAP

Doctor Harris was very professional and knowledgeable and spot on and getting the work done And friendliness. Millie the surgical nurse was just spot on best bedside, best bedside manners have included me in on everything so that I felt on everything so that I felt extremely comfortable with every procedure that was going on every procedure that was going on great team thank you

Dr. Blanchaerd and Necee are the best. Necee is the nicest, most efficient and caring tech. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Very nice and helpful nurses. They helped me with my crying, they would wipe my tears and my nose. Tried very hard to calm me down. The doctor was nice as well. (The patient was my granddaughter, Jovanna McDaniel, these are her words)

After what I heard from my daughter how the Dr talked to her, Im not very happy. I tried telling them at the other office that she has special needs and that she really hates needles. All they would tell me is that I or dad could not go back there w here until she has her iv in.. HE told her that the way she was acting was Ridiculous. UNHAPPY PARENT WITH THAT ORAL SERGEON

I was amazed at how fast Dr. Lichty was able to extract my wisdom tooth. I should have had it done years ago!

The staff was sweet and nice answered all my questions made everything easy I highly recommended them!

I saw Dr. Blanchaert. It was a quick, easy process. No problems. I had seen him several years ago and chose him again because I was pleased with his work.

I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed my experience was great from the consultation to the actual procedure. The staff was very caring even bringing me a blanket to make sure I stayed warm. My doctor was Dr. Harris and my nurse was Necee she was so kind and funny making sure I stayed calm before and after the procedure. However,When I called the after hours phone number to ask about wether I could use nicotine patches or not Dr. BLANCHAERT would not answer the question and instead kept telling me to stop smoking altogether, this continued for a couple minutes. Even after telling him I just needed his medical advice he still would not tell me what I should do. Later on I had to call him again because my medicine had not been sent to Walgreens. When I told him this he stated that Walgreens was lying and that he would contact them about the medication as long as I stopped calling him over the weekend. After me telling him that I just needed my medicine he immediately hung up on me. It’s astounding that someone like Dr. Harris works with someone like Dr. Blancheart.I will not recommend this place until Dr. Blancheart is fired.

Dr. Harris was awesome and I wasnt in as much pain as I was at the last oral surgeon. I would recommend anyone to go to him.

Everyone was very kind and professional at their East location. I am paranoid of needles but they made me feel very comfortable and inserted the needle quickly (on the first try) and painlessly. They were very through in following the safety precautions for COVID 19 and location was very clean. After the wisdom teeth operation I was VERY impressed with their services that I told them they get 5 stars from me while still recovering from anesthesia lol so here I am.

I can’t speak to the quality of the medical care that this place provides because I’ve been sitting in the waiting room for over an hour past the time my appointment was supposed to be. My dentist referred me to this oral surgeon, or I would have canceled my appointment and left by now.Update: I waited over an hour for a 5 minute consultation, and both the assistant/nurse and the oral surgeon I saw seemed truly bored by their job.

The customer experience is horrible!!! Jeremy the manager is so rude he hung up on me after I asked about sending X-Rays and correct my verbiage when i mispronounced a word while I was still talking. They wanted me to pay without even telling me date which is a no because I have to have someone take since I am being put to sleep and I have to schedule time off. I wouldnt recommend them to my enemy.

My daughters have been here for several procedures. Dr. Blanchaert and his team are fantastic. They are great with children and teens, and explain the procedures and what to expect beforehand. The office has great coffee and easy wifi while Ive waited on them to call me back afterwards.Very kind group - I highly recommend them.

I have had 2 extractions and 2 implants done over the past 2 years. I requested a general anesthetic for all 4 procedures, because I simply cannot tolerate dental work. EVERY time after the procedures, there was either no bleeding, or very little that lasted less than 1 hour. Not once have I needed to take any pain medications and experienced zero trauma.My experiences went something like this. Walk into the lobby and wait time was less than 2 minutes. Taken into the back for either x-ray, consult, or procedure. Sit and get EKG and BP wired up by the assistants. 1 assistant monitoring EKG, 1 assistant passing instruments, and a 3rd assistant using suction. Dr. Blanchaert walks in less than 5 minutes of me sitting in the chair, says hello, asks how my day is going, if I have any questions or concerns, then says Are you ready?. I say yes. He inserts an IV and jokingly says Say Goodnight, and then I wake up in recovery. Felt like I never went out, but it was actually closer to about 15 minutes I think. A little dizzy for a few minutes in the recovery room, then I am wheel chaired out to my ride who is waiting for me.Dr. Blanchaert is kind and pleasant to talk to, and genuinely listens and cares about my questions and concerns. He follows up to ensure that I am ok and everything is going as planned. The staff both in front and back offices are very nice, professional, and efficient.The entire group of people at OMS are OMG good! I have recommended them to all my co-workers, friends and family here locally and from out of state. Go here first. You will not be disappointed in anyway. Thanks OMS!

I had a wisdom tooth extraction, two teeth extractions, and a jaw bone reduction surgery done by dr cole. Hes an excellent surgeon and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr cole came up to the hospital to check on me when i had complications after the surgery and the staff was very helpful when i called up to the office to get advice on dealing with the pain. Although the procedure wasnt the most pleasant experience i was in great hands :)

Rude staff and they do not take time with patients. When calling to ask questions told just to wait and see... my daughter was having complications and they didnt seem to care.
