My 4 yr old son loved the dental assistants and he also liked Dr. Brown.. We had a great experience cause normally he doesnt do so well but he was very comfortable and left with a smile... we would definitely recommend this facility!

I’ve been taking my kids here for a while now and I love this office so much! I had taken them to a few different places prior to finding this office and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good pediatric dentist.Of of my kids struggles with anything medical related and feeling comfortable and although she may have her moments still, anytime she sees her dentist he works so well with her that she relaxes and corporates much easier.From the front desk staff, to the dental assistants, and the dr, it’s a 10/10 in all aspects (care, friendliness, ease of appointment, etc.)

My girls feel so comfortable whenever they are seen at ICTeeth. Morgan was super attentive, kind and patient with my 10year old. It’s out first time seeing her and she made the experience very comfortable. Dr. Brown is great with my girls as well and willing to listen to any concerns we may have. I have never had a bad experience as the whole staff is exceptional.

We have been seeing Dr. Brown for 14 years now, almost since my grandson got teeth! He is proficient and compassionate dentist and his higienists are wonderful with the patients. I would recommend him for all kids, especially those who are developmentally delayed.

Weve been going there for years now and my daughter is terrified of everything specially doctors but they have always worked so well with us and never pushed my daughter to far. They always so such kindness and patience I wouldnt go anywhere else! Because of this she can get thru an appointment without crying.

They are awesome with my special needs grandson! Highly recommend them!

My children love coming here. They aren’t scared to come to the dentist. They patiently wait for their names to be called and run to the chair and wait. Dr. Trey is excellent and have a wonderful team along his side. They make my children feel comfortable every treatment or procedure they need to receive. Took my 3 year old great grandson in for dental work. They had to sedate him to make him sleep. Very impressed with the staff. He never knew he was being given a shot. Only problem we had was he was mad because he wanted to get his teeth fixed, which was done while he was sleeping and wouldnt believe us when we told him he was done. Would highly recommend this place.

We love doctor Moore. We have been going to him since my son was three. He not a big fan of the dentist but they make him very comfortable.

We spent over $1,000 on caps for our toddlers teeth. Within 2 years, one fell off, one is not even fully in the gum line and causes discomfort, and another isnt in the gums on the backside and has a growing cavity in the remaining tooth exposed.The people are nice, but their work is not great and doesnt last nearly as long as its supposed to.

Dr. Trey is so cool and nice!! I always love taking my children here.

I brought my daughter here after a horrible experience at another dentist. At the time she was just over 1 and had bad front teeth cavities. Everyone (front desk, dental assistants, and dentist) is super friendly and understanding of my reluctant toddler. Her first appointment she was able to get the cavities filled that day with no medications. She continued to have dental problems and had to get sedated for crowns on those teeth and fillings on other teeth. I was super nervous, but everyone was more than happy to answer all of my questions. The procedure went really well and her teeth look great. I will continue to take my daughter to Dr. Trey until she is too old for a pediatric dentist.

Awesome experience for all 3 of my kiddos Cayden (5) Colin (4) & Caleigh (2). The entire staff made sure that the kids were well taken care of during their checkups and made them feel safe/comfortable. Being that it is the dentists office, usually little ones tend to be afraid or frightened, however, with the expertise of the staff that was not the case! My kids absolutely love coming back for their annual cleanups because they get “coins for a toy!” afterwards. Thank you ICTeeth staff!

I recently was looking for a pediatric dentist for my 2 girls and a friend recommended giving Dr. Brown a go. We had our first visit and it was absolutely WONDERFUL!! I asked to speak to a manager after our visit and office manager, Mandy came over and asked what she could do to help. I told her how amazing everyone was and how smooth everything went because of the her!! She runs a great team and keeps things running so smoothly!! We cant wait to go back!!!

We have had the best care at ICTeeth! We came for a second opinion a few years ago and have never left! Jacki, the hygienist, is definitely our favorite! She goes above and beyond to make the kids feel comfortable.

My son (age 4) is terrified of the dentist, but had some work that needed to be done. We first met Dr. Khemka at our initial visit, and once we left, my son has been asking to go back. They worked so well with him, and worked around his sensory processing disorder. Once I realized the total amount of work that needed done, I realized I wasnt going to be able to afford to complete it all, Dr. Khemka and the business office worked with me to make it so I could still get my son treated and make payments on what I couldnt afford upfront. 100% had a great experience, my son wasnt traumatized, and he has a positive experience with the dentist now. Highly recommend.

My son had some dental work done and was pretty hilarious afterwards. He even convinced the assistant Casey M to do the floss with him and when we come back in 6 months they will do the whip and na!! She was great with him. Thanks for all being so good here.

I brought my two kids in for their cleanings and we had Megan and Dr Brown take great care of us. They were so patient and Megan showed the kids everything she was doing before she did it. They felt very comfortable with her.

I have been taking my children to see Dr.Brown and Kaylin for the last year or so and I couldn’t be happier with the service they have provided us! My boys (age 7&11) used to HATE going to the dentist but since finding Dr.Brown and Kaylin, my kids cannot wait to go for their cleanings and appointments, from the minute we walk in the door until the minute we leave, the service is exceptional! Kaylin takes such good care of them and puts them completely at ease, and Dr.Brown is so good at his job! I could not recommend them enough!

Weve been going to ICTeeth for a little over 5 years and Id have to say the last 2 times (one for an emergency visit - 6 year molar coming in 🦷😁, the other just a cleaning) have been the most relaxed and comfortable!Dr.K is an amazing dentist! She is very patient, and thorough when explaining what my child needs. In the past, my child would not let the hygienist clean his teeth without getting upset. However, Estefania was able to talk to him and make him feel comfortable during the entire process. He didnt even bat an eye when they brushed the flouride treatment on. Id definitely recommend, especially children with sensory issues.

The office is newly remodeled and is very clean. Front desk staff is welcoming from the beginning. All the assistants and hygienists are very good at explaining things to kids and made mine feel very comfortable! Dr. Brown & Dr. Trey are awesome!!

Karla is the best with both of my boys. Dr. Brown is also the best pediatric dentist that we have ever been to. Nobody like going to the dentist but they make it easy!

We love our daughters dentist but the one thing I do hate about the office is that when you call to make your kids appointment, they take forever to call back. I had to call several times before I could even get my daughters appointment.

I am liking the remodeling of the office. It is super clean. Dr. Moore is who we see and he is always very professional and kind with my kids and I. Mireya Aguilera is a dental assistant and she is also great and gentle with my kids. I always recommend this dentistry to all my mommy friends.

First visit for my 3 kids and wasnt impressed. We were in and out under an hour, maybe 45 min max, with 3 kids. The lady cleaning my daughters teeth was rude and very rushed. My daughter was done before my son, who was called back 15 minutes before hand. My daughters visit was maybe 15 minutes long for a first time patient at this location. I do not feel they properly cleaned her teeth either and i know they didnt floss all her teeth. Only between 2 or 3 sets. And no, she was not scared or refusing to have it done.

Dr. Brown is amazing!! Couldn’t ask for a better Dentist.. I’ve been taking my 5 kids to him for years now & his kind, caring, nurturing & compassionate nature never ceases to amaze me!! I switched to this dentist not expecting a whole lot, but it actually turned out to be a wonderful experience for my family! My children are usually frightened to go to the dentist but that no longer is a fear for them thanks to Dr Tre & staff! Dr Tre was great! He’s very informative and is great with children. The dental assistants were also so wonderful. They made my children feel so comfortable, and educated them on the importance of brushing & flossing. Ever since this visit my kids are actually excited about brushing and flossing their teeth! Thanks to the ICTeeth staff for making this a wonderful experience, because although genuinely good customer service is rare these days, you have shown us that great hospitality definitely still exists!

Overall, I highly recommend this place. The staff is always friendly and my children love the token for their prize at the end of the visit. My only complaint is the wait time. A few times we waited an hour before we were seen. I believe this is an area theyve been trying to improve over the last year and its getting MUCH better.

Dr. Moore is such an amazing dentist! They are always so kind to my kids. We are in and out and dont have to sit there for hours like other offices. I would highly recommend Moore and his team any day!

These people shouldnt be working at a pediatric dental office! Daughter was a bit fussy and because of it, we were treated extremely poorly. No toddler should be treated as if theyve done wrong because of their crying. This was the worst experience ever and because of it, we will not be returning!

My grandson doesnt always do well at appointments like this and they are so wonderful here and the take time to explain things to him and show him the machines and todays visit went so smooth, I was so pleased.

Service is better than alot of other childrens dentist offices but they seem to consistently overbook. Never had an appointment actually be on time. Runs about 30 minutes after scheduled time.I posted the above about a year ago and I am happy to say that they have definitely fixed this problem. Last appointment was right on time!!! :)

My kids have been going to this office since 2010. My son who was 2 had to have surgery. I was in the room when they put him under. I was in the room before he woke up. He has no fear of the dentist due to the amazing staff. They tell me every visit that most kids with as much work as he has had are usually scared. I love taking my kids there and they love going. Best office around in my opinion!

I was very impressed with the staff. Everyone was so kind , and welcoming. Dr Tre was amazing! He was so good with my son. The office is very clean, and the kids get a token to get a prize after they finish up. It’s so neat, because they have a tv screen at the dental chair for kids to watch cartoons while having their teeth worked on. My son actually was scared at first to go to the dentist, but they put his mind at ease, and made it fun for him. Thanks ICTeeth Pediatric Dentistry! I’m so glad that I found a good dental team to meet the needs of my sons dental care. I highly recommend them for Pediatric dental care.

Dr. Brown is great! Always great with the kids as well as the parents. He makes my kids feel important, and they always leave excited about their teeth and oral hygiene.

As a childrens dentist facility, they do a decent job. Comparable to childrens dentists in other citites where we have lived. What I hate about this place are the wait times! At least half an hour of just sitting there prior to the appointment. Every. Single. Time. Usually closer to an hour. Even in the morning, when there shouldnt have to be a lot of backup. All the screens and videogames dont make up for the huge time-suck this place is. I wish the scheduling would reflect the number if patients they can actually serve, rather than over-scheduling and making everyone wait.

My granddaughters go to childrens dentistry and they got us right in and was quick and easy they do a fantastic job with them

Mandy Lygrisse is the worst person ever! She has time and time again messed up my children’s scheduling for dental work! Every time I go here my son and I have to wait minimum of one hour to even be seen then the work for a clean up takes 2 hours God knows why and when she tells me we got backed up?!? WTH is up with that?? You call yourself a manager but really you’re just an incompetent receptionist that hates people and don’t get me started on her attitude towards people.. a guy next to me she stopped him and said in an arrogant tone wait I’m busy even though all he needed was a price of paper. She hates kids and people! Please do it go here until she is gone and they actually get someone who is not dense and who loves kids.

Terrible scheduling!! The last two appointments my daughter has had we have waited over 45 minutes past our scheduled time to be seen!! Whats an appt good for if you have to wait so long!

Unhappy with the unconcern from Dr Moore regarding my situation****My sons check in time was at 9 30am, and because Im a working mother I try to scheduale everything within the same day . I am so upset! Its now 12 30 and he still isnt back in surgery yet and not only that, they didnt tell me anything about my child being last on list for procedure because of him being the oldest patient. I had RESPONSIBLY scheduled my daughters appt at 2 15 to make sure there was enough time in between, the doctor had the nerve to tell me things happen and that I NEED to see if the other Dr can change my other childs appt to 4pm. Beyond upset with the attitude and demeanor of the Dr.

Hands down best dentistry for children! Dr. Brown and the staff hav been amazing with my daughter with making her comfortable when anything they are needing to do to make sure her teeth are healthy.

The dental staff was very young and inpatient with young children. The office ladies were rude scheduling another appointment and handling insurance claims. I was going to try one more time to see if Dr. Browns staff could turn it around. I never got reminder about an appointment and decided to take my kids to another dentist. Too crowded and took a long time to get in.

Rude staff and never called to confirm are appointment and claimed we never answered even though i called last week and confirmed everything and they chose to cancel his surgery without telling us and without telling us there policy of the confirmation call and they didnt change the number to call until we told them that its there fault we didnt answer because they didnt update what information we gave them the day of his consultation they left it what they already had
