Extremely competent, thorough, welcoming and caring you always have a positive experience in their care. I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Snyder. She was so attentive, kind, compassionate, of course knowledgeable, and had such a great personality. She explained things so they were easy for me to understand what all was going on. Last but definitely not least, she genuinely cared about how much pain I was in, and that I came to her desperate for answers and definitive care. She delivered, on all fronts. I’ll be going back to her, as much as I need to now. This is coming from someone who avoided the dentist for 2 years because my previous experiences have been awful in this area. So happy and seriously blessed that I found Dr. Snyder.

I have been going to this practice for almost 15 years and I absolutely love it. I was unhappy with my dental experiences before coming to their practice but they made me feel so much better right off the back. I used to work in VB and it was always a convenient commute. Now, working in norfolk, it takes quite awhile to get to the office, but is so very worth it. Kelly is by far the best hygienist I’ve had and Dr. Snyder is one of the most friendly and professional dentists. No complaints here.

I was very pleased with my first visit! Diane was amazing and really took the time to get to know me and my medical history. Dr. Snider was also really nice and took time to explain various things to me. Everyone from front staff to back staff were really nice which is rare in an office! Easily the Best Dentist Ive Ever Had!!! Whats not to love? Most painless dental practice Ive ever used in more ways than one. Everyone is super personable. The location is nice. The waiting area is tranquil! The procedures are smooth. Best of all, the dentists and the dental hygienists are capable of being human and actually have authentic conversations with you. They even have TVs on the ceiling and headphones if you want to do something while they are making your teeth awesome! Oh, and theyve made my smile go from a 4 to about a 9 with their recommendations and awesome outcomes!

I’ve moved several times locally in the last 15 yrs but have always stayed with Dr Oliver/Dr Snyder because I have that level of trust with them. Through the yrs I’ve had crowns, teeth whitening and caps - always with great results.Last yr I moved to NOVA but continue to keep my relationship with the practice since I visit family in VA Bch monthly. Last week I suddenly had a problem with sensitivity and called hoping to get in at the end of the week during a visit. Not only did they get me in but while I was here Casey arranged for me to be seen immediately with a specialist! Casey went above and beyond my expectations! The BEST dental care experiences of my life! Not a fan of the dentist, like a lot of us. This staff is friendly, professional and efficient. I even had a painless root canal and was able to get the crown the same day with their amazing technology and great dentistry. Now I have a favorite hygienist who I actually look forward to seeing. I am a regular patient there and always receive the best care but now my Aunt is a patient who has not been to a dentist in over 20 +years because she is beyond petrified of white coats dentist or doctors. She needed all her upper teeth pulled along with 2 lower and having dentures put in the upper. They treat her with so much sympathy and concern making sure she is as comfortable as she can be. They let her help with decisions so they know what she wants just not what she needs. It is an all hands operation taking care of her and all staff are exceptionally nice to her. Will not go anywhere else because they all care about their patients.

It may seem strange but I had a great time with Dr. Snyder and her assistant during my most recent visit! We laughed and laughed as they were very funny. Glad that she is my dentist.

First and foremost the dental staff was very comforting and respectful. I have no issues with them as they were great in addressing the needs of my dental health.My issue is with the billing department. On more than one occasion prior to my appointment I told them over the phone my insurance had changed. I also gave them the name of my insurance and the details of my membership prior to the appointment. Not to mention I recall being told that they would contact my insurance that I now have.At the appointment I was never told they would bill my old insurance, when I asked about my copay.In the end, I have to pay for the dental services out of pocket because I have been told they attempted to bill my old insurance and it failed, but when I once again gave them my new insurance details, they said they do not accept my new plan.I am thoroughly disappointed with this practices billing department and will be taking my business elsewhere.UPDATE:The issue has been rectified with the billing office. I know human beings make mistakes and I know what its like to deal with the public with regards to money. So I understand, but I was also disappointed with my situation. With that being said while I wont disclose any monetary amount, I was able to reach a fair agreement with the billing office.With that being said, this business I can consider as fair and reasonable when the issue is concisely addressed.

I love getting my teeth cleaned at PACDA. Candi was my hygienist today and Im so happy with how she cleaned and polished each tooth, now my smile is brighter than ever! They are all very knowledgeable and helpful when you have questions or concerns. A lot of people dislike the dentist but they make you feel comfortable even during the dreaded root canal. After retiring from the Navy, I was looking for a local dental clinic and I really lucked out. Ive been seeing Dr. Snyder and Dr. Oliver for 7 years now and I have never been unsatisfied with the care they provide. Their staff is top notch. Started my career and got new insurance. I heard about this place from my mom. It was easy to make an appointment. I had to make it in advance because of my scheduling conflicts. It was cool because this location would contact me when they had openings getting closer to my date, just incase I wanted to come in earlier.This location is in a corner of a small shopping plaza. It is tucked in the corner so you might miss it, but the signs are up so you can see.I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I signed the office disclosure and the proper paperwork. I got a chance to see how great the decor was as soon as I sat down. It looked really nice inside.I then was called by Kelly. She took X-rays and had me stand at this machine that was a little cool. We got to the room and I got situated. I was happy to see a tv. Kelly told me I could change it to whatever I wanted, hey Ellen.The process of getting checked in, questions, and the cleaning took an hour. Kelly did an amazing job with cleaning my teeth & also laying down some tips on how to do better. She also educated me with facts on why certain things happen and how I should prevent it.I also got the chance to meet Dr. Oliver. He was really nice and also informed me on great recommendations. I will be back for the recommended appointments & also in 6 months for my next cleaning!

From the receptionist to the hygienist to the doctor, all are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. This is the best dental practice I have been to in my 61+ years. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I grind my teeth at night, and years of smoking and sweet tea have left me with a mouth full of problems. The last couple of dentists I had been to gave me treatment plans ranging from $7500-$10000 and extremely overwhelmed with figuring out how to afford it.I had my new patient appointment with Erin (hygienist) and Dr. Oliver yesterday after they were recommended by a friend. The entire staff was professional, courteous, and compassionate. Erin was great about talking through the cleaning to keep me distracted. Dr. Oliver spent a lot of time talking to me about prioritizing the work I need to have done and why he felt it needed to be done in the order he recommended.The step by step approach and thorough explanation was a huge relief and really helps with the financial impact. I can tackle one problem at a time and plan for it, versus feeling like I have to pay for it all at once.For the first time in years, I feel like I can get my teeth healthy and feel confident with my smile again.

Dr. Casey Snyder is incredible!! I have been seeing her as my dentist for many years now and I always have a wonderful experience! Today I went to see her for damage to an upper molar that I thought might need a crown. The Great News is, I didnt, and she was able to file my tooth where it was chipped and put a protective seal on it. I cant forget to mention Jen, her assistant. They make an amazing team! Both are so friendly and pleasant, along with the entire staff! Thank you for the awesome experience!! I wont go anywhere else. 😊

If you choose to go here, just know this dental office will cancel your appointment if you do not confirm it 24 hours prior to your appointment.. I completely understand if a dentist offices cancels your appointment made 6 months ago because you didnt confirm it 24 hours prior but I dont understand if the appointment was made while I was in the dentist office for 3 days later. Being a patient for 3 years and my phone number has been the same yet they claimed they tried calling and left messages I never received any of. Thats the only part that I dont like about this place.

Son knocked out a tooth at midnight. Our first time ever having this scary experience. After ER visit we called Dr Oliver/Dr Snyder the next morning and left message on emergency line. Even though it was one of their closed days, I received a call back from Ms Meghan and she assured me that Dr Snyder and her assistant would meet my son at the office as soon as her assistant got out of DMV. Ms Meghan called to let us know what time to meet and they took care of my son immediately. Very professional, extremely warm and reassuring. Went over the plan of action and kept me updated throughout the process. Since my son and I only had a few hours of sleep being we were at the ER that night, Dr Snyder provided me a blanket, pillow and dental chair to lay back and get some rest in case I doze off. Above and beyond, we felt like family. I personally first saw Dr Oliver at the age of 8 when he opened his location nearby my house and have not seen any other dentist. I take all 4 kids to their office too. Everyone here is terrific and I highly recommend. Thank you once again!!!

As a long time patient with Princess Anne Dental Arts, I keep coming back because of the friendly people there. Candi has been my Hygienist since day 1 many years ago. I love the friendly atmosphere there, and it helps put everyone at ease. They never take themselves too seriously as evident by the silly ways they celebrate events like National Dog Day or Pirate Day...just for fun!

I have been a patient of Dr Oliver’s since 1991. He has always been at the forefront of his chosen profession, and is always knowledgeable about new ways to treat. More importantly he has a very light touch, and REALLY listens if you have a complaint.

After five years or so of not making time for the dentist, I was expecting the worst. I made an appointment for several months from now and wad contacted within days that they could fit me in me days after I made the appointment. Even better, my appointment left me thrilled with the professionalism, friendliness, and competency of the staff. Definitely highly recommended.

Had crown done on a chipped tooth today. Dr. Snyder was awesome as always!!! Tooth was repaired with zero pain. I have been a patient for many years and can say I always receive 5 star service. All of the assistants that work with the doctors are top notch and total professionals. If you are looking for a dentist in Virginia Beach, look no further.

Every visit this office I actually have a great experience. Im always promptly greeted with I arrive and never have a long wait. I dont hate dentists but I hate people in my mouth digging around with the tools, gives me anxiety! My sister recommended this place and I am so happy she did. One of my old fillings was wearing out and I needed a crown. Just the thought of this made me want to cancel. Im glad I didnt. They were so nice, calming, and careful. They even put vaseline on my lips a few times. Numbed me so good my lip was still numb that night. 2.5hr appointment and left with crown same day. So worried Id be sore. Nope!! I was in no pain the next day. Bit is perfect too!!! Thank you!
