I have been coming to LWSS dentistry for many years. The staff at all of their locations are friendly, helpful and professional. I go to the Redmill office because it’s the only location my dentist - Dr McMillan and my hygienist- Che are together. Che is such a warm and caring hygienist. Dr McMillan has been my family’s dentist fir many years and she is simply the best!

Marilyn and Dr. Boone were the absolute best!! I get nervous about going to the dentist, and dont do all things I probably should. But Marilyn never made me feel bad about it or stupid for all the questions I asked. She was very nice and kind.

I had a great experience at the Red Mill location this time. Marilyn was my hygienist and did a good job on my cleaning, the dentist was nice and complimented me on my teeth. And the front desk receptionist Marissa was very helpful and nice. The only thing was there was a 10 minute wait after my original appointment time however I was notified and I didn’t mind since she was running behind. Good experience overall.

This office has a wonderful dentists and hygienist here except for the receptionist they have working the front they have snotty attitudes towards clients that walk in including myself never a time I’ve come here with my kids they seem to be pleasant or welcoming feels more like their bothered you walked in along with rolling of eyes and huffing and puffing when asked a question. Very unprofessional and rude.

I have been a patient of LWSS when their only location was on Little Creek Rd back on the 70s and now my daughter is a patient ( since she wa s little). They are so thorough and kind

I love Dr. Keith Goldstein and Che (hygienist). They are so kind an compassionate. Che is a gentle, thorough hygienist. She lets you know what she is doing the entire time. Dr. Goldstein is phenomenal. He is friendly, has a great sense of humor, and approaches dentistry with humor. He even apologizes when he hurts you. I will follow him to any of the Virginia Beach offices just so I can have him work on my teeth.

This dental practice is hands down the best one Ive ever been to. Any time Ive had to call to schedule an appointment or ask a question the staff has been kind, knowledgeable and attentive. I usually dont have to wait more than a few days for an appointment. The dentists that Ive seen have also been equally attentive and addressed my questions. And lastly I trust this office enough to now bring my daughter here so I absolutely recommend this practice.

So happy to have a location closer to where I live! Shae is an amazing dental hygienist! I love coming here. Also amazing how it’s near a bagel place.

I love LWSS Dentistry in RedMill. Its right across the street from my house, the lobby is HUGE, and the dentists and dental assistants are friendly and professional. Shout out to Che -- shes the best!

I’ve been going to LWSS for 20 years. Recently I’ve been going to the Red Mill location. I love their staff and teamwork. Ché is amazing and I always leave there with clean teeth and a positive attitude. The facility is very spacious and considering COVID physical distancing was easy. All staff wore masks, if not multiple with face shields.

This has been my favorite dentistry yet. All the people there are very nice and gave me tips on how I should clean my teeth better. I Highly recommend this place.

I went here to get my wisdom teeth out because they were starting to bother me but there was complications regarding my insurance that no one seemed to catch they just told me to wait until the insurance company got back to them in about 3 weeks. Until this one worker named Kendra Miles she literally had me in her office she called my insurance company , found out what the issues were, changed my information in the system because she also caught that my stuff was not up to date. She literally caught every single detail and she was amazing. She didn’t give up even after the insurance company who had a rude worker on the other end of the line hung up in her face... she took a deep breath and called right back and got the answers she needed. After about maybe 40 minutes of her working her magic .. I was able to get my wisdom teeth out THAT SAME DAY. Because of her! She is amazing at what she does HIGHLY recommend her to anyone that goes there she truly is dedicated to helping you. She’s great at her job.

After many years of neglect I finally made this my dentist and got caught up on several issues Ive been ignoring. The service was always pleasant and the work was well done. I never imagined an extraction and a root canal could be almost painless. Great job.

Kids 6 month Preventive care treatment ,I doubt they don’t know what is covered and not . They should be doing only those are covered. We went for the treatment and now got additional bill which are not covered. Doctor never explained to us what will be doing and they never checked if it’s going to be covered .now the lady at the billing saving it was our responsibitly to check with the doctor. I think if they are doing something additional,the doctor or nurse have to check if it’s going to be covered fully as per preventive ,if not get the approval from parents to check the emergency of the situation before performing anything.We are planning to move out from this group of doctors.

Excellent experience on my first visit here. I will return in 6 months for my next scheduled appointment. My wife went here and recommended for me to go. Megan was Professional, Polite and Caring.

Che was my hygienist and i loved her!

They are all so kind and sweet and the service is wonderful!

After not seeing a dentist for probably 5 years, I was very nervous going into my first cleaning appointment last November. I told the hygienist, Meghan, about my anxiety and she was so nice and calming. She explained everything she did and checked frequently to make sure I was ok. Dr. McMillan was also gentle in her examination. They did not make me feel bad at all for not having been to the dentist in so long - quite the opposite, they were encouraging that I continue and improve my oral hygiene, giving advice on toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. to help prevent future issues.Yesterday, I had my second appointment at this office, again seeing Meghan and Dr. Millan, and they were just as kind as the first visit. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. I was glad to receive an estimate for my upcoming fillings and root canal before I left the office. I choose this practice because it is a convenient location but I will definitely stay after having such a good experience.
