Switched from planet fitness and have been nothing but happy and thrilled. I actually enjoy going to the gym. It’s never packed to where I can’t use the equipment I want. Staff is very friendly yet professional. The layout of the gym is beautiful and I really like how they have a sauna in the locker rooms. Overall a great gym in all aspects!!

Great atmosphere, good working equipment (any deficiencys are addressed immediately), fair price, nice locker room, sauna & tanning, all types of classes available and more! Most of all I have met some really good friends there! Thank you Crusader Fitness!

The owners flaked out didn’t pay back any of the prepaid money left in the darkness of night and didn’t let anyone know.... they also own TD Granite & Marble if you want to get a hold of them

BEST GYM IN NORTHWEST ARKANSAS. Excellent for all varieties of gym-goers, from bodybuilding to early AM class seekers. Awesome equipment selection and atmosphere. Super friendly staff.

Ever since World Gym sold to Crusaders Fitness it has been for the worst, they are always late in opening for example today they were supposed to open at 4:30 am and i was waiting for an hour and no one opened. That is extremely upsetting. This has been already an issue with them. Im so disappointed in their services, when im done with my contract I will be looking for another gym. I do not recommend Crusader Fitness.

Old weights, gyms not clean, poorly ran, and they want 20 bucks to use the sauna. This gym won’t last long. Head down to fitness 4 less if you want a real gym that’s well up to date.

Womp womp womp they’re management it’s complicated and awkward. The gym is honestly old, if you miss your payments it’s a whole another extra ordeal, as well as canceling. $10 if you don’t turn in your key back. It’s kind of small too considering the amount of people that come and use the equipment. Locker rooms are dope thou. Switched to Fitness One, so much cleaner, spacious and they have cheaper snacks. 😁

Is this gym due to re-open following COVID?We have been unable to get anyone to answer the phone. Following a full year up front payment for our senior son to work out. We are not in a contract and need an answer on our monies expended.

First gym I went to when I moved to the NWA from California and honestly was the best choice I made I go on a regular basis since I enjoy the atmosphere and just being their the one thing I am gonna say is the deadlift platform could use some work as its uneven but at least they offer one
