One of the best instructors that you’ll find. He is not only very dedicated to learning and teaching the art, he is capable of breaking down the lessons in a way that is easy to understand and to connect to the ultimate goal. This is a wonderful program for anyone at any level of fitness, and you’re not likely to find an instructor that can convey the art in such a comprehensive way. He makes it easy to learn each step and piece all lessons together. Great place to learn and train. His wife and kids are very involved as well. The gym provides something for everyone.

Do you ever wonder what you would do if a bigger, stronger person gave you no other option but to defend yourself, your loved one or be brutally beaten, maybe killed?I started Gracies Combatives Jui-Jitsu and I only have a handful of lessons under my belt. The instructor is a very passionate, knowledgeable and skilled communicator. I had a fear of getting myself hurt because I am an out of shape guy almost 50 years old. I signed up for the 10 free classes to see what it was like and I am so glad that i did.If you are the very least bit curious, insterested or even just wondering about it, I am writing this review for you...Go for it. It is so doable. I am amazed. I wish I had done this years ago. By the way, for the sceptics who think you wont learn anything substantial during the free trial...WRONG!!!! They have the lessons already on a calendar; whatever day you show up, you will learn that days techniques whether you are on a free trial or seasoned student. I have been in classes with people who are more advanced and experienced and I never missed a beat, I was never out of place and never struggled to keep up This is not a testament to my ability, but rather this is accredited to the leadership, structure and style of the instructor.If you havent figured it out by now, I highly recommend this place.
