Fantastic local establishment. Family friendly with great helpful staff and too many activities to name. A great place to stay active, love it!

All sorts of fun family stuff to do. The teenagers can ride bikes on the tracks, while the family is swimming or ice skating and more. We have had a good time every time my family and I, or just my family without me have visited the center..

What can I say about this place is that it is always clean and very well kept and their pricing of membership is completely reasonable.

It wasnt too crowded when we went Saturday and very affordable. You can bring your own drinks and snacks which is a huge plus but we didnt know about it. We also didnt know we had to bring our own towels. Overall it was a fun few hours for my kids and I.

Good cleaner place. Rude people I side. Didnt know it was cool to be fat . Lol

Great place to take the kids swimming or ice skating or to play basketball. I use the gym several times a week. Very much worth the family value monthly.

ARVA had a home School event at the Ice Rink today, I must say it has been twenty plus years since I have skated and I am feeling every bit of it now!The school event was fun, The Jones Center overall was great, I would not mind taking ice skating lessons, I’m a little old for hockey but hey who knows 😉

We love this facility. Both my teen and my tween love the summer camps and classes, especially the Junior Chefs classes with Chef Brigham Cook.We are here at least 1-2 times a week for my son to ride at the Pump Track and Skills Course. They are an incredible gift to the community!

The place is amazing! It has ice skate rink, basketball, pool, and gym.

I know a lady who just wanted to go swimming for her health, she filled out 2 application. They said it would be about 2 to 3 weeks before she would know anything. That was 2 months ago. She called them, they lost her application. Not good

Great facility. Just know that there isn’t a lot of seating for spectators. So if you are going for a swim meet you need to get there early and save all the spots you can for friends and family. Some people brought folding chairs to put behind the bleachers built into the facility and that seemed to work too and add a little to the capacity.

Great place to walk when it cold outside

Awesome place with so many different activities available. The bike park outside has an awesome pump track, bike playground for younger and beginner riders and a skills area that is really actually awesome pump lines with features.

They have many things to do. Super good prices too. They have a bike park out by it too. they have a pool a basketball court a gym and an ice skating rink.

I attended the Jones center for a CPR/AED certification training. The classroom was spacious. The Jones center has many uses, many are athletic in nature.

Super cool that there is a small landing strip right in front of the facility so a person can watch planes land. But also, a great place in general for community events. Has a drink, basketball courts, open areas, and more. They do temp check when going in as well.

We enjoy coming here for the pool. Not psyched about the ticket price increase but still a pretty decent deal.

Awesome place! With everything from fitness center,basketball court,ice skating rink,bicycle & skate board parks,lobbies to relax, and food court where else can you get so much. Also Camp War Eagle conference rooms and private areas to rent for events. Not least to mention is its a North West Arkansas Community College classes location with advisors to get you started. This place has beautiful architecture and interior design. Visit this location and see all it has to offer!

The Jones Center is a valuable community gem! I seriously love this place. I’m new to the area and have been taking fitness classes and love them. I love all the options getting exercise.

Great price, paid less than $20 for 5 of us for all day swimming. Bit crowded but its hot and summertime so not a big deal.Cant wait to go back

At the 2018 NWA Expo. LOVE what the Jones center has to offer, but parking can be a challenge.

Its a great facility for the community. The rules are quite regimented and it can be tough to book the pool, since the swim team seems to have the priority.

Well it is a nice place. But the prices for skating are a bit high at 7 dollars. And the skates are just no good. After 20 min I ended up having a blister.

This place is nice. My University hosts a late skate here once a year and they allow us to skate till 1am. The staff are quick and helpful with the skates and the ice is nice. They also have plenty of lockers for all of your things.

Not good for buses.

Awesome place. Im 33 and went and played basketball with a bunch of 20 something year old gentlemen. Had a blast. Then went ice skating. This place is awesome for the whole family. Im feeling pretty sore from the basketball but glad I got to get in their again like the old days

Attended a late-skate with a few hundred others and enjoyed the ice rink. Staff was friendly and efficient.

A very nice sports facility to have available to the community. I was last there to ice skate which was I believe $7 for admission and skate rental. It was nice to see the diversity of the crowd the place attracted and I had a wonderful time.

The updated fitness center is on point. We are fans of the ice skating rink, and theres also a lap pool and play pool. Its a great community destination and had plenty of room to rent space for meetings or parties. I havent tried the new bike pump track out front but it looks really cool. I love watching the airplanes land next door at the airport and the track has a perfect view.

Honestly, I’ve loved this place for a while, but I had to leave my own dog in my car just to go inside and see my swim coach after graduating last year. I didn’t leave him out there for long (about 20 minutes) because I was afraid someone would think I abandoned him or forgot him, so in turn, I couldn’t even spend enough time with my old team. I’m not saying this is a bad place, but I wish it was more pet friendly.

This is such a wonderful place for the community, but the prices make it rather difficult for everyone to enjoy. I would like to see them make it more affordable. Its also rather out of the way for being pricey so its easy to justify not going. That said, there are so many great activities for families here.

This place really impressed me and I know theyre working to improve daily. The only complaint I have so far is the incredibly slow internet. 5mbps most of the time while Im there. And I know they have a conference room so I think this is something worth mentioning. Also, no place to go and work/ use your laptop. That would be an added benefit, for sure.

We always enjoy going here! If there we anything I could change maybe the pool area could have a better air filter or more ventilation. The chlorine smell is so strong. There’s lots to do at the center and my kids absolutely love it there!

This place is pretty cool to go to, especially with friends. It has a few areas you can go to to spend time. Theres the pool area with a childrens section and deep pools up to 9ft deep. Theres the ice skating rink where you can skate around the rink and theres music. Theres the basketball/ track area where you can shoot some hoops or run around the miniature track.

I miss the old days of the Jones Center. Still a blessing for the community, but it is Always very busy every time we visit the pool or the ice rink. We still have a good time, but its usually a wait to get in and then youre working around the crowd. It seems like the rules have changed, or maybe there arent as many anymore? 🤔😕 Or perhaps just the times have changed...

Was better when things were affordable and free. But hey it was still fun for the kids. Everybody got those bills

Ive been going here since I was 3, Ive never had a bad time at the jones center (Im 19 now). Its cheaper than I expect activity centers to be, like way cheaper.

Extreme amount of fun with safety to boot! The staff seem to enjoy their job as much as the children enjoy their swimming.

This is a great facility. Prices are low compared to comparable facilities. Theres swimming, ice skating, a fitness center, and more. Not long ago they hosted the Red Bull pump track finals so they added a bunch of tracks outside by the parking lot. Theres nothing else like it in the area.

A colleague and I visited today to find out more about the conference center here. Not only were they willing to help us plan our event, they had fabulous ideas for networking the evening before and and the evening after our all-day conference. This facility is clean, safe, and friendly, with so much to offer-from classes to indoor swimming, basketball, one of only two ice rinks in the state, plus a fully equipped fitness center with spin, hot yoga and Zumba classes. The best part is it’s not at all expensive to do any of this! It’s a worthyCause to support as a corporation or individual, as well as a safe place for kids to hang when school is out. Birthday parties, corporate events...Haas Hall even has a campus here. Look into it. I think you’ll like what you see.

Great recreation area for all ages. So many things to do. To my knowledge, the only place for Ice skating all year round. Very family/value friendly. Just check it out either online or in person. Great find in the NWA.

Ive been going here since I was a kid. Now there is a small fee for the activities, but still a great place to go! We frequent this spot.

The Jones center is awesome! They have ice skating, hockey and figure skating (available for youth through adult), Razorback hockey games, basketball courts, a newly renovated gym, lap pool, kids pool with water slide, and playground equipment (even a handicap accessible playground) on the backside. Great place to bring the family!

Attended birthday party for my granddaughter. Didnt like that we werent allowed to bring our own drinks for the party and their cafe was closed so we had to get water from the water fountain. No ice available.The kids loved ice skating!

We love the Jones center! There are so many activities you can learn and be part of! Ice skating is a blast and the swimming polls are fun. There is a water slide as well as a lap pool. My daughter had swim lessons and they were wonderful and very affordable!

A great place for families. Ice skating, hockey and swimming a great deal! And now a gym in affordable prices. Slowly adding more staffs. Like It!

I visited for a conference and I was amazed on what a great facility this is. Quite a few amenities to choose from. If you’re thinking of a venue for your next occasion, I would check this place out.

Our family had a great time watching the movie, Sing, tonight at the Jones Center. The theater was nice and cool and clean. There were just a few families who attended, so some of the little children had room to dance and clap with the movie. We will definitely ask some friends to go with us next time.

I love swimming here. Their slide is HUGE!!! Fun Fact: This was were the worlds largest baby shower was held.

As a stay at home mom, I was thrilled to join the jones center to use their wonderful facilities, especially the pool, as my son loves the water. However, that excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I realized that the pool is hardly ever open. Allegedly they don’t have the resources to keep both the lap pool and the play pool open, but when the lap pool is open there are two lifeguards sitting side by side “guarding” the pool with only 2-3 swimmers (and spending more time talking with each other). Seems to me they could have one guard at each pool and the two would be just as effective, and more people could use the facility. Also, there is no child care on site so I’m actually never able to use my membership. I shouldn’t have wasted my money here... don’t make the same mistake I did!

Synopsis: Please increase the ice rink/lap pool hours and have them overlap more. Make some staff cuts (especially fewer life-guards) to help make this happen.Nice pool and ice rink. They just need to keep them available to members for more hours per week. Figure skaters take up most of the rink during public sessions, even though there is an equal number of hours designated for only freestyle/figure skating as there is for public skating. So 4 figure skaters take up 60% of the rink (during the public session) with 20 beginner/casual skaters trying to stay out of there way, and when some kid skates in one of the figure skaters self-claimed zones, which takes up 15-30% of the rink, the figure skaters face puckers and twists with entitled resentment.I wish the lap pool times and ice rink times overlapped more than what they do, because I like to use both when I go.Some funds are wasted on too much staff. For example, Ive seen 4-5+ life guards on duty at a time with maybe 15 kids in the leisure pool and 4 adults in the lap pool, 1 life guard messing with his phone for 30 min, 2 constantly chatting. Other times Ive seen 2 lifeguards sitting in the pool office area while 2 are watching pools. Yet they all still need a 45 min break at the same time, a break from sitting and sorta watching.Make staff reductions where you can and use that money to extend hours members can use the pool/ice rink (especially the ice rink). Many gyms with a pool have no lifeguards at all , perhaps from 7:45pm - 10:00 you could have 0-1 lifeguard and only allow adult members who have signed a waiver to swim during that time.Id pay $500 per year to have access to the ice rink and pool for 12 hours per day, instead of $100 (black friday) - $200 per year for my current level of access.
