Been going to this gym for years and have hit numbers I wasnt able to hit anywhere else at this gym. Great coaches, great environment, and a truly judgement free gym that offers consistent encouragement.

I had back issues for almost 3 years. The pain was so bad I was never able to lift weights at all, and being an athlete who plays football lifting is a crucial side of the sport. I had been to 2 back specialist doctors and they told me they didnt know what was wrong, I then went to 6 months of physical therapy and they didnt know what was wrong and why the pain wouldnt stop. I gave up and just pushed through until I heard of Derrick @ ballistic fitness. I decided to give him a shot because what did I have to lose? After the first time training with him I learned more with him in a hour and a half than a year of anatomy. He knows his stuff and is an extremely nice guy. He is certified in more things than I can count and it shows. It has been a little over a year and im still going here and am getting faster stronger and building new friendships everyday. i recommend anyone to go here whether your hurt or you just want to get in shape, or you want to get stronger. Its a great environment and great people who know what they are talking about and can back it up with results.
