I had they good workout this morning today on the stairs for 45 minutes every morning

I have had such a great experience so far. The gym is very clean. You can tell that the staff does a great job with keeping things clean. And everybody at the gym does a good job of cleaning after themselves. The atmosphere is uplifting. New year- new me!!! Ha. Planet Fitness is definitely not intimidating. The app is great and you can even learn more about the equipment and about exercises to do while at the gym. Crazy it took me this long to become a Planet Fitness member!

The girl who gave me initial tour was friendly & polite. She was very accommodating when I asked to schedule appointment with a trainer....she did that for me promptly. COREY, the trainer, was super helpful & took a tremendous amount of his time to patiently show me how to use the machines as well as setting up a detailed workout plan for me.

Very friendly and professional staff. The women’s locker room is always spotless/clean. Overall always a pleasant experience coming here to work out!

Not speaking for ALL of planet fitness locations because I personally think planet fitness should change some things but I love this location. Staff are friendly and gym is clean. I’ve never had any issues.

The facilities are clean, the staff is friendly, and even the members are all very positive. Its a great place for someone who wants an inexpensive, yet positive, gym experience. Plus, lets not forget about the great music selection! I dont even need headphones to get in the zone.

I like being able to work out anytime. The tanning and massage beds are great. Very friendly and courteous staff. At certain times it can be very busy but being open 24 hours makes going anytime a breeze.

I had similar issues like the people saying they aren’t refunded and they are taking money. In SC I didn’t have any issues like I do here they tried saying they are all the same but when I moved here in the location they told me they are very different so which is it? I think it’s only to fit their pockets really. Such a shame.

The layout of the machines were different in a way that just felt more spacious than the fayetteville location because in fayetteville there is never enough room next to the bench and dumbbells because of all the meatheads staring at themselves and taking the benches up for longer than i stay in the gym. this location in springdale had two benches open at the same time that the fayetteville one wouldnt have any open. also the machine had a nicer feel to it than the slanted machines in fayetteville because it was straight down.

Good place to workout machines are great social distancing in effect. staff is great.

What I like most is even though I’m not in world class shape, they treated me in such a way I felt comfortable. I guess you could say you won’t feel self conscious about how you make look. Keep it up though and you will begin to feel great. The price is so affordable to boot.

Only wanted a one day pass. They want $21 for a day pass. That’s twice as much as their $10 single gym membership. No way. This place does not even have a barbell. Real gyms charge less for a single day pass, not more than double what they charge for a monthly membership. Doesn’t make sense. Good luck and God Bless.

The transition from moving my planet fitness membership from a different store to Springdale was super easy. The staff was extremely helpful and very informative. All the social distancing practices made me feel comfortable to work out and the location was especially clean!

PF Springdale is clean and well equipped. Staff are friendly and readily available. I feel comfortable and enjoy starting my day off with a workout there. Spring for the Black card! The extra amenities are worth it.

I love planet fitness. They have some really friendly employees. I haven’t met one person that works there that doesn’t go above and beyond to help you. I got some really good info from a Trainer Cory. I learned new things I didn’t know. I’m excited to see results after 3 months. Thanks for being so cool guys!!!

Just joined last month. Price is very reasonable, there are a ton of machines, bathroom/locker room always appears clean. Towels and cleaning solution are always stocked. Employees up front have been friendly. I also have no comments on the black card perks as I dont pay for that service.Update 07/20: Met with the personal trainer, Corey, and he was very helpful. Set up a plan for me and showed me how to properly do the exercises on each machine. It was a good experience. He was friendly, thorough, and answered all my questions.

It really gives you a good workout.

I have literally called them five times today because my account was supposed to be frozen because of Covid, and they still charged me. In 9 hours since the first time, they have still not called me back. There is absolutely no way you can make me believe that their call center is SO busy that they cannot call someone back in nine hours. I don’t think that how much cheaper they are on their monthly fees compensated for how bad their customer service is.

I used to never go to gyms, but first time going to Planet Fitness, I decided I would definitely return when I could. Having all the equipment motivates you to just hop on and go. Im not sure what other gyms are like, but I like how some of the equipment tells you how to use it. Being a newbie, you dont always want to look like you have no idea how to use a contraption.

Its alright, not a place for a real lifter no squat racks or benches for bench press its all Smith machines. While smith machines have their place for muscle building its not something you really want to use for squats, deadlifts, or bench press. I guess they want you to be small and meek because the picture of the guy in the muscle shirt with big muscles and a huge water bottle is not what they want to see there. Im just going there to get back into a routine and because its cheap. Ill definitely be leaving this gym for either fitness one or j street gym. But planet fitness is ok.

I am an avid member of planet fitness and i really enjoy all they have to offer. The staff is wonderful and very helpful and the machines are up to date.I love being part of the planet fitness family and plan to be a part of it for a very long time and I would recommend anyone looking for a great gym to join!

I used to think highly of this club but not now. I am totally disappointed in the handling of their contract. I was switched to them from Fitness 4 Less when they went out of business and I paid each month, even though I never attended. I tried calling several times in April to cancel upcoming May renewal but never got anyone due to Covid -19; just a recording. Saw the renewal fees and May charges came out Wednesday. Called the next day but club refused to reimburse those charges or even prorate the one day. Very disappointed. Poor attitude and ridiculous. Apparently they are desperate for money.

Easy to feel comfortable working out here. Employees are supportive and nice. I just wish the hydro massage beds did not break so much. I would give 5 stars if they worked consistently.

Love this place. I go really early so I am not crowded. The selection of equipment is more than enough for me to do what I need to do. Lots of cardiovascular machines, plenty of free weights. Could stand to have more leg machines, but overall a great gym.

Reasonable monthly membership price and a multitude of locations. Machines and environment is clean. I don’t use the locker room very much but it seems nice and well maintained. Staff are friendly, other patrons are friendly too and often more than willing to provide tips and tricks if you’re in the market for some knowledge.

Im so glad to be able to be back at the gym... After 3 surgeries and finally healing enough to be able to get back into the routine. Planet Fitness is clean, and the staff are very helpful. Working on my 2.0 version for 2019!

They have updated some of the machines which is nice! Love that I can go in and go at my own pace and do my own thing! Hydro beds and tanning are great too!

The workers and managers are very friendly and helpful. Cory? the trainer is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient! Family environment, proud to let everyone know where I work out and invite them to visit. Since I spend so much time on the cardio equipment, I really appreciate all the t.v.s. The workers are diligent about keeping the place clean! Just needs one more big fan! It is a great place to go to clear your head and get your body in shape.....and it has tanning beds!

Recently signed up with planet fitness and have only used the Fayetteville location. This location is convenient for me also as its close to my work and where my in-laws live. I was a bit skeptical to try the gym after reading all the poor reviews. I wanted to see for myself though. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed. the guy working the desk comments that he liked my shirt and after scanning my card told me to enjoy. he helped me find a TV where the hogs baseball game would be so I could watch it while on the elliptical. They were pretty busy during my time there but still LOTS of equipment available. While there, I took advantage of the total body enhancement, tanning and hydro massage bed. I am very impressed with the friendly and welcoming service I received from the staff! I will definitely be back!

Planet Fitness is definitely the best gym out there. Its a great deal and a great gym culture. Despite what the few 1-star reviews may tell you, there are no hidden fees, everything about it is quite transparent and simple.

Great place. I love the massage chairs, and they recently updated all of their equipment. All the treadmills now have USB ports so you can charge your phone while you work out.

While the 2 months I got to work out here was great, Ive not had a very good experience with the phone customer service. Ive had my membership almost a year although I moved at least an hour away from any planet fitness. Now that it is time for me to cancel since I wont have to pay 3 months worth to cancel. The customer service wont let me contact the actual gym to do so. Not sure how to cancel my membership and tired of paying for something I cant use.

Great place. Good clean gym. Sanitation station by all equipment and most people wipe down equipment after use. Lots of cardio machines from stair climbers to treadmills. Small free weight area. Lots of machines. Cable exercise equipment and 30 minute workout room. About twenty bucks a month with tanning. Worth it just for tanning. Massage area and classes available. Everything from orientation to personal training set up.

I had a similar experience as others. After I went to cancel they charged me for an additional month when the paperwork I signed CLEARLY stated I had a $0 and the cancellation was effective the very next day. People in the phone were no help and refused to refund my money.

I have had my membership for 18 months. I like the gym, it is worth what you pay for it. But they need to train their management better and give them the power to make decisions. Either Quentin just doesnt know customer service or his employees think he has more power then he has. I have a friend that has been working out for free with me for 6 months, he wants to join. The employees keep telling him Quentin has the power to waive the joining fee, but Quentin keeps saying he doesnt. Smart business says you would rather have someones $10 a month without the fee then get nothing. As for customer service this morning I tried to workout with my son and a friend. I asked Quentin if he could allow 1 extra guest to try it out 1 time he told me he didnt have the authority. That is sad. I have been a member at Worlds Gym, Golds Gym, and the Fayetteville Athletic Club. It has never been an issue to occasionally bring someone extra. You really should train your staff on customer service and empower them to make decisions.

Great place to work out at. You can spend as much time as you want there. They have lots of great equipment too.

After pretty much body shaming me after telling them I wanted to cancel my contract, they then proceeded to auto withdraw the money from my account anyway AFTER I had proof of cancellation. When I called, they said it wasn’t put in until after the cut off date, but I had an email showing the cancellation of my contract before then. They didn’t care and refused to refund the money. I realize it’s a small amount of money, but it is the principal and will be contacting the BBB.

Planet Fitness it is a great gym...it is not to overly expensive. It has everything that you need to have a great workout. You get your tanning needs Mets and you massages met too.

Everyone here is so sweet. Love going because of the level of diversity within the gym.

Went to join club on Sunday 8/18/17 at 8pm at Springdale, AR location . I Liked the fact that it was 24hrs and I wanted the the black card to be able to use the services. The guy at the desk working was completely unprofessional and wanted nothing to do with signing me up. Told me the gym is expensive and is $20 a DAY and went back to talk to a female. I appreciated that cause I went to WORLD GYM down the road to pay a monthly membership and got a tour and better welcome from the gym rep. This place is a joke if he represents the gym.

Great gym. Very clean. If you look at their sign it says Open 24/5 or something like that. It basically means that they closer early on the weekends. But theyre still open for decent hours.

One of the few fitness centers with Hydro Massage. Also, everything is always sparkling clean.

Great staff. Corey, the trainer, is great .The staff is professional and work hard to keep facility clean.

The have a ton of machines even there was a lot of people there I was able to get in my full body workout without having to wait on any one station.

This is the worst place .. They told me the only other money they would take from our account was 84 dollars never said anything about if you cancel there is a buyout fee and rather than it be on paper or not they should make sure you know they will take money if you cancel youre member ship I was never told nothing about it so in one day that place took over 250 dollars out of our account because we had to cancel due to unforseen issues this place sucks as far as a no judgement zone I was called a fat ass several times in the 4 days I actually went there. naturally I ignore stupidity ! I will never join a gym again Ill just buy my own equipment better than being made fun of and getting robbed by planet fitness

The Planet Fitness in Springdale obtained my credit card information from another gym where I did have a membership and fraudulently began charging me for a membership that I never purchased. When I called to ask for a refund and that any information they had obtained without my permission, the person in their corporate office told me that I had to go in person to the Springdale location but that they were offering free cancellation until the end of the month, i.e., cancellation of a membership I never purchased. That is a first for me.

Awesome location, my favorite abduction machines and treadmills, level four stand-up tanning but only one booth, need more tanning beds here with the high volume, one of the busiest, good quiet truck parking in back..*scenic...next to eateries too...hot showers with opposite changing stalls...great job Springdale! :))

Love this place. There is always open space and plenty of equipment. This gym is also very hassle free.
