We have regularly visited this practice for sick issues/wellness checks, blood work, etc. Today we saw Dr Victoria Bishop for the first time & she was amazing. Very insightful, helpful, informative, & caring. She really took time to answer all my questions & made me feel secure, informed, & prepared after my sons visit. The receptionist was also very professional, friendly, & caring. We will definitely continue to use Carolina Wellness & will recommend them 1000 times over! Thank you guys for being so amazing!

I do not have a primary care physician and had an issue where I needed to see someone quickly and I was extremely nervous. I get off work at 5pm and work maybe a mile or mile and a half away. I went there immediately after work, had to do paperwork when I got there and was out of there by 5:30.Thats not even the best part. The physician that treated me made me feel more comfortable than any physician Ive seen in years, if not ever. The office is clean and very welcoming. The prices are very reasonable as well. I recommend this facility to anyone needing medical treatment for any reason.Thanks Tyler and his assistant ....Im so sorry I forgot your nameI wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

Omg this place was amazing! I needed to get a quick lab done that my primary wouldnt do for months. They took me right away. The office was very nice and clean, very friendly staff! And it only cost 30 bucks! Got my results he very next morning. Wow! Im going here next time I need any blood drawn especially! You dont need insurance either which is so much better and its wayyyy more affordable than if you did have insurance! Highly recommend this clinic!!!

I took my son this morning and from the moment we walked in, were seen, and checked out was less than 15 mins. I was so pleased! A wonderful clinic with delightful staff.

I have tried botox only two other times (one of those times was with a top rated, in demand Charlotte plastic surgeon). Both times, my brows dropped and looked horrible so I NEVER wanted it in my forehead again! I could not wait for it to wear off! I saw Damien to only have some put into the 11s between my eyes but he said his technique would prevent brow drop if i wanted to do my forehead again. With hesitation, I went for it. And what do you know!?!?! NO BROW DROP!!!! He also uses a smaller needle than the doctors use (they cost Damien more $ for supplies but he wants the patient comfortable) so it does not hurt plus he charges MUCH less for the procedure than the two doctors I previously saw. Damien knows his stuff and Ill be going to him from now on!

Quick. Great patient service. Not good with eye issues, but great with sinus, allergies, UTI and common colds!!!!!
