Staff was incredibly rude. Did an online appointment showed up on time. Still had to wait 45 minutes. Nurse kept saying they will see you any minute but clearly that never haplened. They took my card and ran it then claimed the payment never went through. Will never come here again. Dont waste your time.

Tested positive for Covid and once nurse practitioner found out I was not vaccinated she got a hateful and disrespectful attitude and refused to give me any treatment and said good luck.

I had the opportunity to use Doctors Care today for my child and myself. I was greated by the friendly staff when I entered. I noticed it was a very quiet and calm environment. It also was very clean which is always a plus as a patient. The waiting room was very inviting.I was seen by Adam. He addressed my issues promptly and discussed his plan of care with me and even gave me the option to participate in my plan of care. I felt he took the time to listen to my needs and he educated me in a way that made me feel he cared about me and understand my concerns regarding my health issue.I will be more than happy to use this urgent care for future non emergent health issues.A big thanks to the staff and how they professionally addressed my needs today.

My name is Terica Robinson. Recently had some issues with my finger , but Dr. Harry was super nice and calm when I was freaking out. He’s been outstanding ! The whole entire office has made all of my visits pleasant. Even in the midst of the pandemic, they have done their jobs so efficient !

Front desk was outstanding,my nurse,Allison I think is her name was also very nice.The doctor (Michael Black) was Great. He didnt rush me out,listened to my concerns and took the time to explain multiple options for medication.

Everyone I encountered from the lady at the front desk to the nurse in the back were very friendly and helpful. So many people all over have bad attitudes right now and I was pleasantly surprised to experience the level of kindness and professionalism that exists at this location.

I was seen and didnt receive good care. I was told probably a muscle and my BP was high because maybe I had been sick and I hadnt been and said that. Also was told glad my shortness of breath was getting better.Well I ended up in the ER and x ray should possible PE. Well come to find out both lungs have blood clots in main arteries and one in my leg. I waited three hours to be seen and I knew something was wrong but never a x ray just a listen and sent on my way.I hardly ever go to a Urgent Care and now I know why. I might not have damage to my left lung had maybe I had better care when seen at Doctors Care.

The staff at the Doctors Care on East Blackstock Rd.were professional and courteous. Family Nurse Practitioner Linda was quite thorough in her examination and genuinely concerned about my husbands symptoms and the resolution of his problem. My husband and I were pleased with the care he received.

Very friendly staff! I was seen quickly and Linda, the NP who saw me, was very down to earth and took the time to listen to what I had to say and have conversation with me. Very impressed with the staff and their treatment of patients. I will definitely return if I need urgent care again.

I came in today to be seen. I got there at 1:20 pm at 2:25 I stepped out of my room and looked for someone, no one was at the front office or anywhere. Finally I seen a worker I asked her how much longer she then informed me that their computers were down and they had to do everything by hand. I mean it’s funny. I had to do all the work the front office should have done. Like doing my address my insurances things like that. Anyways, I asked her how long she said we should be in there soon. I said ok. While thinking it would have been nice to receive the information at the check in window that they were having computer issues. I mean come on. Ten minutes passed and the nurse I spoke to steps in and hands me my insurance card, and I ask again what’s going on she said someone will be in here shortly to take your vitals. I don’t know what was wrong with her 15 minutes goes by and someone walks in with the vital cart, and I ask her if it’s going to be much longer because at that time it’s almost an hour and a half being there. She stated they have two providers there and it shouldn’t be that much longer. I wait and wait. Finally I leave at 2:58pm. I am really ticked off. Almost two hours of my time wasted and was not even seen. The worse part they were not busy at all. SMH. If you can’t keep up with a few patients then you shouldn’t be open for business. If I could rate this a no star I would. They don’t need any stars. Communication is key and wasted time. I wish there’s a thing for patients that if you waste almost two hours of your own time and get nothing done they should pay for your time. Go to another immediate/urgent care. These people do not inform or can handle volume of patients.

Do not for any reason go to any Doctors Care. They do NOT practice any type of social distancing. They have their COVID patients in the same room as regular patients.

I have been here since 11:50 , they swabbed once for COVID! Came back and said they swabbed wrong and we are here waiting as they laugh talk and have fun. It’s not packed at all. You would think the service would be good considering it’s not to busy. This pandemic is enough to deal with but coming to a office that don’t seem to be taking it serious!, This is not good at all. This visit should not be a 2 hr visit!!

The owner mainly responds when the reviews are in good. This place has poor service. The waiting times are horrible and the service with the nurses and doctors are not pleasant. I wish I could give 0 stars for this facility.

Was seen on Tuesday by a Nurse practitioner not a doctor so the price should not be $135.00, the only reason I give it one star and not zero is because everyone there was very nice and polite so the office visit was good, my issue is way worse instead of better so I called back on Monday like I was told to, no one answered the phone for 30 minutes, then when someone finally did answer the phone it sounded like they were playing drums or throwing empty cardboard boxes around in the background so I could barely hear the woman, then all she said was someone will call me back with no timeframe, when I got my call back the person only told me she would pass the message on to the nurse practitioner who saw me and they would call me back which was a call I never got, I called again Tuesday morning to explain that my situation is even worse than it was the day before still not getting better still got a call from someone in the office not the nurse practitioner who saw me, the only answer she could give me was she can send the message to the nurse practitioner again or I can come back in and be seen again and pay the $135 again, a post-op visit is not free thats ridiculous, the nurse practitioner on Tuesday told me she wanted to see me back in one week no one told me it would be $135 again forget this place I will never go back there

The service rendered by NP Gregory was superb she explained in detail the care she was providing very attentive to my concerns. The wait was long though I arrived at 8 a.m and wasn’t seen until 9:30. Everyone was nice. Will visit again.

The wait was long but it was worth it in the end! Nurse Practitioner Roxie Bosier was Awesome! She deserves 5⭐herself in addition to the 5 ⭐I gave Doctors care! She is very knowledgeable and personable! I highly recommend this place.

I arrived at this location around noon, was given paperwork and a number to text when I was finished. I texted the number around 12:20pm. At 12:30 I walked the paperwork up to the desk, and let staff know my bladder was uncomfortably full (I am here for a pre-employment drug screen). I am reassured I will he assisted shortly. At 1pm, with no check in from staff, I walk back to the desk and ask if I can void and wait or come back at another time, I’m extremely uncomfortable. “No we are coming right now,” is what I’m told. Finally, at 1:15pm I ask for my ID back and to leave. The staff member rolls her eyes and says to another employee, “will you give her ID back, she says she’s in ‘pain’.” I work in healthcare, I understand there are busy times and with the pandemic there are policies and procedures in place that slow things down. However, a little communication and empathy goes a long way. I will never give my business to this location again, and I will recommend that my agency do the same.

Have taken my kids here several times when we couldnt get in at their primary care doctor. Every visit has really went smooth. From the check in to the vital signs, to seeing the Dr. Everyone was nice and caring. Both Drs took time to listen to me and my kids. Never felt rushed. My kids werent scared at all. Really professional and never have had to wait long at all.

Doctor and nurses are great here. I had to have blood drawn and the gentlemen that did it was excellent never felt a thing.The only bad part was i froze my a## of waiting on the doctor for over 3 hours until she finally come in.

Staff, including the lady at the front desk are super nice and compassionate! I was a hot mess when I went and they all made me feel much better! Great care by the provider!

I will never go here again. I brought my baby to be seen and the dr didn’t listen to her or anything. He looked at her teeth, felt her stomach, and looked a rash she had. I brought her in because she was having blood in her stool. He told me to do half formula compared to the water so he basically wanted me to water down her formula “so she would get more calories” and to stop giving her baby food. He then told me if she still had an upset stomach and blood in her stool to stop the formula altogether and just give her Pedialyte and water. She isn’t even a year old and giving a baby to much water or watered down formula causes a growth slow down, water intoxication, and can cause seizures. Then told me just to take her to her dr on Monday for more help. He also contradicted himself saying he knew it wasn’t one thing then came back in and said well it could be that.

Long @$$ waiting time,about 30 between paper work (been here before) and waiting on my car(for an available room)...and more than an hour waiting in the room...

They were very accommodating, helpful, and quick. I arrived late in the day on a Friday yet I did not feel rushed in any way. They were very professional, efficient, and thorough. They know their jobs and they do them well. If I am in need of medical care or services in the future I will likely return here! Thank you guys for getting my DOT physical completed in a timely fashion despite dealing with real sick people.It’s refreshing to find people who enjoy what they do.

Extremely efficient staff, from the front desk to the nurse to the doctors. I checked on online and only waited about 20 minutes past my appointment time to be taken to the examination room. They were able to diagnose me quickly and I will be back if necessary.

Ended up walking out after waiting for ONE whole hour (AND DO NOTE that this was just the CHECK IN time too.) The black lady at the front desk was less than helpful and was extremely rude to me. All I did was ask if they would take insurance because I saw it on the check in sheet and instead of telling me nicely that they didnt, the black lady was full of attitude and said I just told you at the beginning that we dont take insurance of any sort. She is the type of people that doesnt deserve anything nice. Shame. I will NOT recommend this to anyone. During that wait I heard another man complaining that he had to wait 4 hours in order to get in after checking in. Worst place ever. This place reeked of bad aura.

Waiting time was longer than I expected.I sat in a room for at least 45 minutes to get taken care of.

From work, I used the online appt tool. Got the text shortly after and left. I thought the wait was a bit long (40min) since the tool is supposed to help manage the que, but otherwise everything was fine. Got my prescription and headed out after about 90min total.

I dont think well be going back here! It was a complete waste of time. The Dr. Literally said I dont know what it is so take them to their Dr. I was so upset! Then to add more he was supposed to send in a prescription to our pharmacy and still hasnt! Went to immediate care the next day and even though the wait was longer the care was WAY better!!!! I will never take anybody to Drs Care again! Very disappointed! On the upside some of the staff was really nice especially the lady at the front desk!

Went ahead and registered online at 4:30 and told me my appointment would be at 6:15. Got here at 6 and went straight back to the room..... however, with only one other person in the waiting room I am some how still waiting for the doctor to come in my room and it is now 6:48pm.... how? I do not know, but it truly is annoying. Giving it an extra star ONLY for the nice lady up front that you see when you first walk in!

If you think the wait in the waiting room is bad. Wait til you get in the exam room. Ive been waiting 15 minutes and I figured Id have time to write a review while Im waiting. (Typed at 12:54pm) Doctor arrived at 1:03pm. But the people are great.

Friendly front desk staff. The doctor did not appear confident in my condition or treatment, which was concerning. Quick in, quick out, which is great when youre sick.

I would give 5 starts but there was an issue with getting checked in and it made my stay extremely long (and they were not busy). Once I got to the back to be seen, I mentioned it to the nurse. After being seen, the very professional and polite office manager took the time to talk with me and apologized more than once for the unnecessary wait. Once I was seen, everyone was very nice and seemed genuinely concerned that I felt so badly. I understand things happen and people make mistakes, however it was nice for the office manager to address my issue. I will return to this location if I need to!

I dont do Doctors offices. I avoid them with a passion. Great place to get sick I think. I developed swimmers ear. Tried every home remedy I could find on Google. Steady ache with occasional intensely sharp stabbing pain in the ear. Could not hear out of ear. Drove by came back and went in. Very busy as day before a holiday and 1st of month. Wait was about what I have experienced in the past with Drs offices. We are from Florida with no Dr here. Dr. Morrison was very efficient and took time to explain everything. I was hesitant about the pain killers he recommended so he called in the two scripts I needed and gave me the pain pill script to fill if I wanted. By the time I got to pharmacy I wanted. 2 days later 8 am follow up call on how I was doing was quite a surprise. Thank you to all of you there for what you do. I am now back with the functional living thanks to yall. I even intend to look Dr.Morrison up and see if he is taking on clients. I need a physical and I will be back for it.

If I could, I would give this business 0 stars. While there, Im not sure if I had signed a document agreeing to not disclose reviews or what not, so I will just be non specific.. I just dont want any other parent feeling how I did. I was left feeling as if I was over dramatic. & in this case I was not, BECAUSE instead of a cold, which the doctor had diagnosed, my daughter had pneumonia. Although I know that their practice does not have all the required equipment for testing, I just feel as if there was more that couldve been done. If I had not taken my daughter to the ER the next day, Lord knows what couldve happened. I did come around closing, but that does not justify the way we were treated.

Staff was great. Was In and out in a decent amount of time for a doctors office.

I went to this facility for the first time due to a difficult and sensitive situation that two other doctors could not seem to address for me. I am new to the area, so I do not have a pcp. However, the nurses and doctors at this facility did an awesome job of comforting me and treating the situation accurately the first time. I will be using this office from now on unless I need a specialist.

The front staff was great. However doctor, shaming my child because of her weight when doing a physical is not cool. Theres no need to tell her to lose weight and then write obese in several places on her form. I think she gets the point, maybe thats why shes trying to be active.

I went to this office after several days of symptoms of a stomach virus. I was not seen until my husband could provide insurance information, about an hour of repeated vomiting & diarrhea in the waiting room bathroom. They performed an unecessary flu test, even though I never described any other flu like symptoms. I felt like the doctor didn’t listen to me, as he was too quick to rule out a stomach virus. Instead he recommended I go to an ER for a series of tests, which was obviously quite terrifying for me! Upon arrival at the ER, I was told those were routine tests he could have easily performed. I was then diagnosed with a stomach virus & was prescribed the medication I needed. Maybe you’ll receive better attention if you don’t arrive within a couple hours of closing time...

Staff was pleasant but the wait was a bit long but not bad. Doctor i saw was attentive and communicated well leaving me with no questions or concerns.

Every staff member I encountered was very nice and encouraging. I truly felt that they were concerned about my health.

I never have a problem any time I go there whether it be for a check up or DOT Physical. The staff is top notch and easy to communicate with.

I received a flu shot availability card via mail so I called to inquire about it and if they took my insurance and it was stated that they did. The next morning I took my two kids and grandson to get their shots. After filling out the paperwork and waiting for over a hour I was told that they didnt accept my insurance for my other two kids who were under 19. What a waste of our time and out in severe rainy weather. Wont return back to this location with rude and unprofessional receptionists who made ugly faces behind my back after I asked a question.

Everything went well. Had to wait few minutes but thats expected anywhere. Friendly staff and Doctor was very gentle and kind during my visit. She took care of everything I needed after getting hurt.

Worst ever. My grandson is sick sat in the waiting room for 2 hours then almost 2 more hours in the room. Still no doctor. I got up and walked out. Need doctors that actually do there job not sit there and chat. Sorry but probably wont return there.

Extremely long wait! They should post on door when only one Dr is on duty. Receptionist told me they could check to see if knot on my leg was blood clot. When I finally see the Dr she says she doesnt think its a blood clot but they dont have the equipment to check it. Only way is with Ultrasound. The next day the ultrasound sound center still hasnt received referral from Dr. I will go to ER at Pelham Rd from now on! Big waste of my time!

The wait is always over an hour and the people at the front desk are not professional. They complained about having to work right in front of me. I work in the health care field and I wouldnt dare do this in front of my patients. The worst part was when I went to the back to have my blood taken. I have never been treated so rudely before by a technician. The guy didnt speak to me when he entered the room and he acted annoyed when I asked questions. He made very rude comments and really showed he didnt care about me as a patient or a person. This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had.

I checked in online which I dont even see what was the purpose. I got here at 6:10 when I got the text to come on in and Im still waiting a hour and a half later still have not seen the doctor waiting in the room. The online check in serves no purpose when you still have to wait almost two hours!!! Never will come back to this location..

I had a great experience at Doctors Care even though I had Strep throat and a fever of 102. The waiting area was comfortable and the Doctors were caring and understanding and spent time to make sure I was taken care of.

WORST place ever!!! Staff is unprofessional, complaining about patients, bad at sending prescriptions to the pharmacy even if its the next day! Then when you call to check on your script they get an attitude with you. The wait time is EXTREMELY long!! Checked in, waited 45 min & nobody ever took my insurance info or anything. Absolutely the worst service ever. They denied to see me because I missed my appointment due to military orders,even though I called and they said I wouldnt have to refile my claim. Once you get threw the waiting room you wait for ever in the patient room. No one has a smile on their face and they dont want to help you. This place is a joke!

Im writing this as I sit here STILL unseen by a doctor. A woman came in after me who claimed to have punched cars and got immediate attention for her hand while I sat in the room next to her in agony with dizzy spells and bouts of nausea and completely ignored. She was in and out in under an hour and here I still sit after TWO!! The waiting room was empty when I arrived and the one person who came in after me is gone. I dont understand why Ive been ignored but Ive given my copay and now want to ask for a refund and leave. I could have gotten faster service at the ER! My suggestion, save your money and your time and go somewhere else where the crazy lady who punches cars doesnt get treated first simply because shes amusing.

I always go to this Doctors Care location. The wait is always terrible but I usually like the Doctors so I always go back. Today I went bacause I was certain I had strep throat (I get strep throat alot & thats usually why I visit). I always pay my balances and I planned on paying my balance today to, however, my flexible spending card wouldnt work so they refused to see me because of a $113 balance that I planned on paying but something was wrong with my flexible spending card. I was pissed. I have never had this happen to me! I will NEVER go to Doctors Care again. I went to Immediate Care, right up the road, and was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

We are from out-of-state and had not yet seen a local doctor my husband needed a refill on a medication we had short wait experience in the lobby a little bit longer wait once we were in the room but the nurse practitioner we saw knew exactly what we needed and why and took care of us right away until we get a permanent primary care doctor I would definitely go back

Absurdly slow. If you don’t mind seeing an LPN, you’ll have much better luck at a CVS or Walgreens MinuteClinic. Otherwise, plan on being here most of your morning or afternoon. Reserved my place in-line though their website and it took 2 hours just to see the doctor. Didn’t complete appointment until an hour later.

Have been here 3x now with my toddler have seen a different Dr each time. The receptionists, nurses, and female drs have all been friendly and helpful each time. The last time we took my toddler we saw a male Dr and had a completely different experience. While the staff was still great this particular male Dr was NOT. It was a Sunday so our choices were Dr care or the ER for my sons labored breathing. This time I wish we had chosen the ER. This Dr was rude only spent 5 min or less in the room in the hr we were there and didnt want to listen to any of my concerns or what I was trying to tell him. My child was complaining of his throat hurting on top of his labored breathing and had green discharge from his nose. The Dr didnt bother to check his glands or listen to my concerns on his appetite loss. He talked over me and sighed and sarcastically asked if I wanted a strep test done that he was sure would be neg. I said yes it was neg and he diagnosed my child with asthma sent a partial script to the pharm (only scripted the inhaler not the spacer or mask like was needed) for an inhaler and told us to follow up wit my childs Dr in a week or 2. If I hadnt had previous good experiences here I would have given just one star. Drs care, get rid of this unprofessional Dr with bad bedside manner and find another one who cares about their patients!!

Terrible. I wait for over 45 minutes for the NP to come in... not a doctor. When there was only two people ahead of me AND there was two NP’s there. She came in the room did not look at my ears, nose, throat, when I came in complaining of a serious head cold possible infection! Honestly she spent 5 minutes in the room! She is a quack! She told me what she would call in for my issue and I get the the pharmacy and it’s nothing that she told me in the room. She needs to lose her licenses! Do not go here!
