Wonderful experience here this morning! Have been having severe knee pain from arthritis.my orthopedic doctor said they could not see me for two more weeks, and offered no other support at this time.This was my first visit at Eastside. The entire staff was very friendly and efficient. They listened to my needs, and fitted me with a knee brace. Melissa Hawver PA was wonderful! Visit was less than one hour, including xrays! Thank you to entire staff!

The staff were wonderful and the doctor was knowledgeable ,my only complain is the check in time is horrible! I checked in at 1:12 pm and when arrived they said they are so behind and there’s 3 more patient ahead of us.it’s been over 2 hours before we saw the doctor . This system should change or at least set the expectations of patient what time they’ll be seen.

Checked in at 9 am for my five year old. Said appointment was at 1:49 PM. Then recieved a text that they are running behind 30 min., so it said come at 2:20. Arrived at 2:20 only to be to wait in my car, with my five year old. Six hours after online check-in!! Whats the point of online check-in?? People working seem nice though.

I was very impressed by the professional service I received here. Easy check in process (I was a walk-in), friendly front desk staff and Dr. Bianco, the nurses, techs, and rest of the staff was very nice and professional. I got in and out of there pretty quickly. Will definitely be coming back here again.

Signed in at 10:00. Went back in at noon …. Was told at least 3 more hours wait. Left!!We’ve used them since 1999 and been getting progressively worse. Only had 2 caregivers on duty with all those people waiting.Won’t go there again. Regional should have their act together much better than this.

Made an online appoint. Received notice while in transit that they were running behind. Arrived to check in for appointment and I am told that there are 12 people ahead of me and that I have to go wait in my car. I asked why I ahd to go wait in my car in 90+ degree weather, and I was told that anyone with symptoms had to wait in their car. I informed them that I was already tested and it was negative to which they told me That dont matter. So if you are sick already, and can show proof you dont have covid, please go wait in your car so you can get heat stroke. What kind of medical compassion is this?

I see exactly how this location got these reviews now. Went here not feeling well and sat in the back for quite awhile. The nurse practitioner came in diagnosis me and leaves out without blood work or anything. I find out that after leaving that I only have one medication called in when I had other things diagnosed that I should have had meds for also. I called back to speak to the phone nurse which has now given me the run around for two days now if I can get the prescription that I did not get the first time. The phone nurse then tries to explain to me if I am not feeling better then I should be re-seen.Why would I do that and pay more money for something that could have been resolved the first time?Needless to say I am still waiting on a call back.

So annoyed. I arrived at 7:45pm and the practice does not close until 9pm. Was told by the front desk that the wait was 1 hr 30 min to 2 hrs. It was like they were trying to discourage me from staying to be seen. I stayed anyways and was in a room within 20 min. After another 20 min went by, I was finally seen by the nurse practitioner. The entire reason I came in was for a serious sinus infection I have been dealing with for a few days. It was not getting better so I decided to go in to be seen. Regardless of my symptoms of runny/stuffy nose, congestion, ear pain, pounding headache, the nurse practitioner kept suggesting me to take a strep test. I have had strep throat before, this is a sinus infection not strep. The nurse practitioner suggest I keep taking Zyrtec D and Advil, she would not prescribe me a simple antibiotic because I had not suffered for more than 10 days… They we’re just trying to get everyone in and out. They weren’t trying to help the patient. Poor, poor experience. Do not recommend.

Exceptional care quickly provided. I visited for a minor yet urgent matter and was treated quickly. Dr. Salvatore Bianco was most pleasant and professional and provided an immediate course of treatment which has proven to be effective.

I just have to say their customer service is horrific. I called in asking about cost. The lady quicker jumped to say well if you don’t have insurance...... basically no real answer. Then I ask well can you please give me a range maybe. She said no with a very snappy rude attitude and the hung up. I will not even attempt to go here. Now I understand why they have such bad ratings. I received a bad experience before even making it there. Unbelievable they are still open.

Worst place everr! The NP is judgmental and dismissive. If a patient states they CAN NOT TAKE NSAIDS, why try and push them? Sounds like this place will have alot of malpractice law suits if not already. The ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS DR. BELL. If you need care then PLEASE CHOOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE. THE REVIEWS ARE TERRIBLE THE LpnTEC WAS AWESOME BUT THE REST OF THE STAFF SHOULD FIND DIFFERENT PROFESSIONS! Worst place ever and to think they are still up and running. I will NEVER return nor will i recommend this office to ANYONE. Dr. Bowers i appreciate you speaking with me. She and Dr Bell are the only two practicing medical people whom actually CARE TO LISTEN AND EXPLAIN. This place is a joke! Needed my eye flushed out got metal shavings in it. They wouldnt even talk to me at the counter. Then finally when someone helped me they stuck me in a room for 2 hours and never came to help. These people were complaining the entire time I was in the room about how there to many people and this was not in the job description I wont be back

They dont know what there doing at this facility. The only place who doesnt know about insurance.They will tell you its a 20 minute wait and it ends up being an hour wait. My son ended up leaving because he had to go back to work. Receptionist not friendly at all.

I’ve been to this place twice now with my baby and have had no problems! We just went yesterday I believe the doctor that seen us was named Allen? He was very nice and listened to what I had to say and explained to me what kind of rash my baby had with out making me feel dumb and how to care for it. Trust me that is super important! I will add the first time I went a couple months ago I could wear my cloth mask but this time they would not let me and had me wear one provided by them. Also I advise signing in online before arrival makes for convenience.

My 6 year old had a bad hurt foot , the triage lady and lady at the front desk was so rude to me and my son, like we was a inconvenience to their day, once triage was done , she told my 6 year old that can’t hardly walk to go have a seat someone will be with you when they can ! I grabbed a wheelchair near by and helped my son in it while she stood there rolling her eyes , once seated the lady at desk ask for me to come sign papers , when done I asked if that was all I needed to sign she didn’t say a word just grabbed paper from me and cut her eyes back at screen .. they do not need to be working with public or children, if you hate your job that bad please do us all a favor and quit! So much more was done but don’t have time to go through everything .JUST DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE!

My husband just went in because he is feeling exhausted and sick. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and short. She interrupted him and would not stop talking so he could answer her questions. She has the worst attitude and customer service weve ever seen in a doctors office. This woman told us they cant do anything about his symptoms and he has to go to the hospital. For basic flu or common cold symptoms? I would never recommend this place to anyone who is feeling unwell.

I had an appointment I scheduled online and was in the room to be seen by that time. The lobby was socially distanced and patients kept moving. Total time door to door, with labs, 30 minutes!! NP Walter was excellent. Amazing!

This place is amazing! The people are really friendly and I think that’s what makes the office feel really welcoming. Very convenient when family doctor office is really busy. I came in during flu season and even though they were so busy and it was after nine they didn’t rush with my visit. You guys do a great job! Thank you

Normally we go to the immediate care center in Westgate but decided to come here as it is closer to home. Staff was friendly and helpful but the facility itself could use some house keeping. The floors are dirty and our room was not cleaned after the patient seen before us. Once someone came into the room I pointed this out and she immediately cleaned it up. To me especially in the time of “Covid” this should not have been overlooked. As patient health and safety should be first priority!

I’ve never had good experience here. One time I wanted to be seen for headache and neck pain. I put that on the paper and the front desk lady (red head , rude ) told me they can only see me for one thing. I told her that the two pains may be coming from the same cause , they started at the same time. She then told my to choose the one I want to be seen for. Fast forwarding 4 years (how are they still open?) I took my daughter in to be seen. She had abdominal pain , sore throat. The doctor said strep throat. No test. She looked in her nose , ears and throat. She didn’t check her belly after me telling her my daughters stomach was giving her a lot of pain. The next day I call the nurse there and ask them if they can tell me what to do for my daughters stomach. The “nurse” asked if we was a walk in or patient (I’m surprised the patients are still alive that go there). I told her we was a walk in. She paused for a minute and then told me that either I can come back in as a walk in again or I can call a different ask a nurse. I don’t understand why they couldn’t help me when we was JUST there. TERRIBLE people. NO CARE at all. The wait is also terrible but yet you see the doctor for a whole 2 minutes. I will NEVER go back and I will be sure to tell all my friends and family to not go.

I myself and my 3 children use this facility all of the time. They usually are very quick. In and out within an hour or less. They are also very good with their patients, listen well, and give you the respect you deserve. They also go above and beyond to give you the proper diagnosis. I love all of the staff here at immediate care and will continue to use them. Great job everyone!

The lady at the front desk had the worst attitude ever. She obviously doesn’t like children. She was so rude to my 4 year old and rude to me. She acted like I was an inconvenience to her. We use this facility all the time and have never had this kind of experience but because if this experience and her rude attitude we will not be back. I will go to the Doctors Care up the street if his pediatrician is not available. She does not need to work with the public at all and especially not with children.

The entire staff was fantastic. With an injured foot they reduced the amount for walking I had to do. They did an X-Ray, and we had the results back in less than 10 minutes. Other reviews have mentioned the wait time, however I will say that it was minimal. The practitioner was very informative and caring and the nurses were responsive and extremely friendly. I wont be going to another location for urgent care situations. Thanks for the care!

Did online check in for fever, severe throat and ear pain as my doctor had no appointments. Waited an hour to be seen. Dr Arendt was brusque, rough and arrogant. Pus in throat and fluid in ear. Sweet nurse who did strep test did not swab throat properly. After one hour and 45 minutes, was told to tough it out and gargle with salt water.

All the staff was super friendly but the lady at the front desk with glasses and blonde hair. She was rude and acted like me having my other kids with me was a problem. I wouldnt put her in the front where she is greeting the people coming in. Ive never had a problem here before.

Brought my 86 year old mom for X-ray to see if she had a fractured rib. Called before we arrived and they stated it was a wait time of 15 minutes. We were here over 2 hours before an X-ray tech came for her. I asked after waiting an hour and was told it would be just a minute. Another hour passes and I go to the receptionist for help. She told me they only had 1 X-ray tech because the other tech left at 4:30. We had arrived at 2:40 when 2 techs would have been available.Crystal the X-ray tech was rude and seemed not to want to be bothered.This is a sad situation that health care is in. There is absolutely no CARE.The total time we were here was over 3 1/2 hours.1 ⭐️ is way more than was deserved

I called them before coming in and explained I had a C-section less than 2 weeks ago. That I had a baby in NICU and couldnt risk going to the ER and getting sick and giving it to him and that I also had an 8 year old and no one to watch her. I asked if they could simply check my hemoglobin to ensure I wasnt bleeding to death. They told me to come in. I drive all the way there and they refuse to see me.A physician who took an oath to save lives, refused to see me, and me telling them I thought I could be bleeding to death.

I have always had a good attention in this place, cordiality and prompt help have been the reasons for which I have returned, but .. The last time was a disaster ... I had taken the precaution of calling before and find out what the requirements are to take care for a family member who came from another country, as they always kindly gave me the information and the amount my relative had to pay. But the nightmare started when we arrived to the place ... a nurse who was in a bad mood.. very rude told me that I needed two identifications from my relative ... he presented the passport and another identification of his country, in the same moment she said the documents were illegal, I asked her if she knew what a passport was and she said NO .. then, she told me another reason to decline the service to him was because he did not speak English, I was so angry and told her if she did not knows she had to be better informed herself first, The passports are issued by the consulate of each country and the visa issued by the United States of America, means... is a legal document, second ... if because he didnt speak English is not a reason for discrimination and I went with him to help him with the translation ... this was going up worse and worse until another nurse who was listening told me I was right... Then the nurse continued with an attitude as if the service were free ... THE SERVICE IS NOT FREE ... but with the attitude of this nurse made me feel that I owed something ... Unfortunately places like this lose Clientele for the poor customer service of the people who work at the front and worse if it is to DISCRIMINATE CUSTOMERS WHO CAME FOR VACATION AND SPEND THEIR MONEY IN THE UNITED STATES AND IS NOT A RULE THE VISITORS NEEDS SPEAKING ENGLISH VERY WELL .... I went to this often early Sunday morning for a heel pain that was not getting any better. Everyone was extremely nice and courteous. I had to have X-rays taken and was still in and out in under an hour. I am glad this office is open when it takes weeks to see a regular doctor.

Took my wife here with lower back pain and extreme groin pain. The doctor was told she had taken ibuprofen and muscle relaxers none of which helped. He pressed on her lower back, ordered an X-ray and came back with a prescription for muscle relaxer and an anti inflammatory med which he explained is the same as Advil. He didnt listen a single bit, she is in pain and you tell her to do the same thing shes doing which doesnt help. Idiot! This not our first encounter with these people. I guess that makes me insane, trying the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Never again. I would prefer to wait an hour or more in the ER to get a proper diagnosis.

I would give them a zero if it would let me. I was traveling and went in on a Monday night feeling the worst I’ve ever felt. Lady on the left obviously hated her job while lady on right did her best. Sat there for over an hour when I was told 15-20 minutes. Finally back to the patient room. Swabbed and positive for type A flu. I was on the border of my symptoms starting less than 48 hours ago and doctor was adamant not to give me Tamiflu or do a damn thing for me. Almost 2 hours later and back out I go no better than coming in. What a waste of time. I should have read the reviews but I was desperate. So I stayed in a hotel that night because I felt so horrible. Got up next and drove home, saw my primary care physician and was immediately given Tamiflu and prescription cough medicine. “Immediate Care Eastside” is a sad excuse for a clinic. Do yourself a favor and go to a GHS facility!!

I came in with severe nausea and mastitis, the Nurse Practitioner refused to give me anything for nausea, saying drink ginger ale, she said it will cross into the babies milk, I said the new studies have shown thats not accurate and I also informed her that the pain medication from birth didnt effect him in anyway. So a mom of 2 2 1/2 and a newborn vomiting and having mastitis its very hard to function, watch both children with constant vomiting and dry heaving/ nausea. Thank you Nurse Lucille !

The front desk staff are so very rude. Unnecessary. Impatient with older folks, and young children. They do a great job at making you feel stupid. I love the doctors, and one of the nurses. They always treat me and my kids very well, and listen to my concerns!

Patients are seen first come—first served, not triaged by vital signs or severity of illness. The two front desk staff were pleasant but were underutilized, and were viewing videos on their monitors. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes, I asked the triage staff to check my mother’s vitals for safety. The physician came to the triage desk, told me he did not check vital signs to triage patients, and asked us to go to the emergency room if we were concerned. We did.

I had to wait today, however i was very pleased with the Doctor Bower. I was referred to SRMC for Message Theraphy. The doctor explained what was going on with my body in detail. My medication was called in to a local pharmacy. This was my 2 visit at this point i will go back .

It’s very obvious why this place has so many terrible review. I went there with a clear sinus infection. Dr. Arnst advises me to get some over the counter Claritin D and to call him back if it didn’t help. As I figured it did not help and I called back four days later. His suggestion was to get some Claritin D. I had not had an antibiotic in two years so and I’m sure that was information that he could have easily obtained. I’m going to another doctor today to get help with this. I would highly recommend you go somewhere else if you want decent medical treatment. Also when I mentioned to the lady that I was unhappy and I was going to post a negative review she responded “ok have a nice day”. They obviously could care less about their patients.

In my experience from coming here a lot you have some good days and bad . Staff seems to rotate so you don’t always get grade A experience as far as attitudes go . Also they see so many people I’m sure they tired and have bad days like the rest of us . but it’s convenient and faster than an ER wait . I have had a very good experience with PA Melissa Hessler. She’s knowledgeable and pleasant .

If you want good care DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS OFFICE!! Took my 75 year old mother here. She was complaining of her back hurting,nausea, fever, could hardly walk! She has a history of uti’s so we thought she may have an infection. We were ask which one she wanted to be treated for!?!? So we said I guess uti. So to make a long story short they prescribed a antibiotic that is in her records with Spartanburg Regional that she is immuned to! My sister told the nurse numerous times that she was resistant to some antibiotics! We ended up in the ER later that night! My mom has type B flu! The drs in the ER could not believe she was treated for a uti when her urine barely showed anything! They are incompetent and need to be shut down! I had to take a day off work because we spent all night in the ER for something that should have been diagnosed at their office!!

The place is good but the bad part is a nurse by the name of Kelly J. She is very rude. She acts like she doesnt get paid to do what she does. Her attitude is just plain nasty. She lacks communication and people skills. This made me rethink about going back next time. My wife paid to get seen and treated with respect the service was not free.

I have never had a problem with Eastside Immediate Care, Spartanburg; prompt and satisfactory care. However I felt compelled to file this complaint.On May 26, 2018, I brought my mother to this Immediate Care facility. We had visited 4 other times in the last month. First visit mom was diagnosed with UTI and prescription given; 2nd visit we were told she no longer had UTI, however I was not convinced due to symptoms; 3rd visit diagnosed with bad UTI, with stronger meds. Symptoms persisted. I talked to another of mom’s doctors about possibly adjusting her anxiety medicine. He suggested that we check to see if the UTI had cleared; so we visited a 4th unsuccessful time, at which time mom stubbornly refused to provide specimen for 3 hrs, so we left...which leads us to May 26th.On May 26th, mom was cooperative. We were prepared with water to expedite the process. We were sternly told that if she could not provide specimen in 15 minutes, we would have to go to the ER to be catheterized. I could not believe that such a time limit was expected of an elderly woman. Because she could not give specimen within the allotted time we left as the doctor stood in the room.I thought about it, talked to my brother, then turned back to the facility to speak with doctor. I expressed my concerns with the refusal of care, (especially since her primary care doctor advised that we go to local immediate care for such situations, since he moved approx 30 miles away). Facility doctor, Dr. Bell, stated he did not refuse care but he could not help, there were no symptoms, no specimen, and could be a waste of time. My concern is that he did not give an elderly woman sufficient time to provide specimen. And prior positive UTI results along with her defiant behavior were symptoms! She needed help and had a right to be seen for however long it took. When I stated that we were trying to avoid going to ER, he replied ‘as does everyone else in the world’.We went to ER and my mother did just what she would have done at immediate care if given a chance. She provided a specimen, without catherization, and was diagnosed with a bad UTI.It’s been a trying month for my mother and I both, in dealing with this UTI, with no compassion from Dr. Bell. That was a shocking and very discouraging experience.

A neccesary place when your Dr is booked Ive had staph infections twice & thank goodness I went as my last visit I was walking around with pneumonia influenza and bronchitis I had no clue I was that sick i was sent straight to the hospitol the service is good i like the drs as well have really helped me.Dr Henderson also was very clever and figured out my mystery of sores on my face and arms cuz im diabetic he gave me antibiotics & I was healed while my primary dr had no idea yet she treats my diabeties & told me he was wrong{turns out she has no clue}...he gave me the answer to a strange issues of painful gross lesions in my forearms as im diabetic...i wish the rotation wasnt in place cuz Id like to see him again about this thats my only complaint often in the world of chronic illness and disease no 2 drs seem to agree...but he gave me a diagnosis and antibiotics I was healed...i always come here its usually a 2 hour visit but worth it & costs less than my Dr go figure staff has never been rude to me! thanx 4 everything...

So impressed with care here from Dr. Arendt and Dr. Bowers that I have made this my primary care facility, with Dr. Arendt as my doctor. He is very detailed in asking questions, reviewing with me, and following up with further tests or meds if needed.

I dont understand how this facility has such low ratings. I have been going here the past couple of years and I have never been disappointed.Today was no different today was actually the BEST experience I have had at this facility. The medical tech who came in before the doctor, I think her name was Brittany. Very bubbly. She could tell I was in pain and was trying to make me laugh. She sincerely asked was there anything she could do or get for me before the dr came in.I saw Dr. Bell for the first time. He treated us and talked to us like we were old friends. We felt very comfortable with him. Extremely informative on my condition. He asked my boyfriend to physically stand up while I laid on the table and Dr. Bell physically went over stretches with my boyfriend for us to do at home to help easy the pulled muscles in my back. He spent alot of time with us. It has been a very long time since I received the true care I received today. Im so glad this place is there

My 5 month old nephew was seen here on yesterday evening around 830pm for LOTS of vomiting, no longer taking his bottle or urinating. The dr checked his vitals and recommended Tylenol and a humidifier as the treatment. The dr had them in & out just in time to leave by office closing at 9pm. When my nephew returned home... the sypmtoms continued... lots of vomiting, no urination, diarrhea, refusing to drink anything and he continued to get weaker. My nephew was taken to his pediatrician early this am and was tested due to the symptoms mentioned. He has a virus. The pediatrician stated he was dehydrated and she was happy they brought him in when they did. She also stated that the immediate care center DID NOT do their job & run the appropriate test to offer the correct treatment plan but instead rushed my nephew out of the dr’s office. This saddens me that these facilities are there as an alternative to the actual dr’s office especially after hours & they are not doing their job but instead rushing patients through & collecting insurance payments. If not careful & more thorough... you all could possibly have a lawsuit on your hands one day. Please do better.

Great physicians here. I had been trying to get a doctor to see my cousin who had been throwing up for 3 months and was losing an excessive amount of weight. The doctors she had seen had treated her for acid reflux and an urinary tract infection. But she continued to get worse instead of better. Dr. Bowers took the time to listen to what we had to say and asked questions as well as did some blood work. He gave us a referral to a gastroenterologist as we requested. Im so very thankful he listened and gave the referral. My cousin saw the gastroenterologist on June 13th, then had a colonoscopy on June 16th. The results were heart breaking, she was diagnosed with stage 4 rectal cancer. My cousin only lived 39 days after her diagnosis, but if it had not been for Dr. Bowers we would not have learned of the cancer and made the best of the last few weeks we had with my cousin. Thanks Dr Bowers.

Took my son in (9 months old) and was told he had post nasal drip. Coughing, wheezing, runny nose and eyes, up all night, not wanting bottles, sleepy all day and was told he just has drainage. I took him to MedCare where they actually ran test on him, and he’s positive for Flu A AND Flu B. Will not be back.

I hope theres enough space for this review! If I could give a 0 star rating, I most definitely would. The phlebotomist who took labs didnt wear gloves for one (this is a lawsuit waiting to happen), the Doctor only agreed to do part of the labs I asked for because Im assuming he thought he knew more since hes the one who has the degree. I called them at 8:30 this morning to get the labs and they told me, Shes on the right antibiotics for her labs! I said, Im not so sure, shes worse, can I have the labs? She said I cant see them Ill have to have a nurse call you. Hmmm. You cant see the labs, but you know the abx she was prescribed is the right one? So I dont hear back for two hours, I call back and receptionist told me theyll call me shortly. EIGHT HOURS later, I call them and they said the nurse didnt answer but theyll call me back. Im STILL waiting for the Nurse to call me back. Its been NINE HOURS. Theres no way that theyre THAT busy and if they are it sounds like they need to hire more staff. There is NO excuse for a childs labs to come back abnormal and for the parent to not be notified or at least given a call back in a timely fashion. The unprofessionalism Ive experienced has ruined any future visits we will have with this office.Please be sure if you visit here to make sure the phlebotomist wears gloves for your safety and theirs. Theres absolutely no excuse for that type of laziness to be in ANY type of medical profession.I should have known better by the 2.7 star rating, but I like to find out things for myself and give business the benefit of doubt, however, Im sure this is one business you can take everyones word on.

First off let me say that when I came in with my situation the doctor act as if he had just witnessed the worst kind of mouth disease ever.. U are a doctor or so I thought u were u were suppose to put ur big boy gloves on an get ready to to go to work..... U didnt even look at my mouth without wanting to Gage, u didnt even look around inside of it..... I mean are u even a professional... Then u say to me afterwards I need to send u someplace else an that u didnt need to see me until after I go this other place which was like 6 months away.......like u didnt prescribe me no antibiotics in case it was an infection.. No pain pills... An no medical mouth wash to help help with pain from eating an drinking ... U gave me something for arthritis pain an a steriod.....mk OK.. Like if u couldnt help me then thats all u had to say...not like I havent heard that before.. But never again will I ever go there ever.. Thanks Dr. Rauch. The staff over all outside of him was great....if I have to go there again it will not be to see him.. Ever.. U made me feel like I was disgusting.. An that I cant take from my doctor....u get paid to help people not to make them feel less than. Good job sir.

The NP (B) in my opinion has an attitude. Ive been a nurse for years, but living with a chronic disease and taking monthly Tysbri infusions for MS is a little more concerning than your run of the mill cold. She basically dismissed my symptoms. Prescribed Tesslon Pearls for cough and suggested I might have reflux. Ive never had reflux or GI issues. Im not sure where that came from. I had a terrible night today chills and temp of 102.4. I guessed she really missed the ball on that one. This is the second encounter with her that shes walked in and assessed me and Ive had to seek other care. Very disappointed when you seek help and they basically blow you off with generic crap. Ive lived with MS 16 years and have been on TYSABRI more than 5 years. When I get sick it kicks my butt to be honest. Ive seen NP in other offices that were kind and caring. She is a walking attitude...

Brought my wife to have her abdomen checked for symptoms associated with appendicitis. There were not many other people there, but we waited over an hour before the doctor saw her. When he finally came in, he was only there for a short few moments and told her to have multiple tests done with little concern for how she was feeling. After being there for a total of 3 and a half hours, we requested to be called with the test results. The doctor then came in with an attitude, telling her that she was rushing them and that she wasnt allowing him to do his job. He was very unprofessional and immature with how he reacted. A few moments pass and the results that the doctor are suppose to present to you are brought in by a nurse. So, if you can help it, go to the ER or a different Urgent Care, unless you enjoy being cared for by unprofessional/immature physicians that only care about how much money they can get you to spend.
