This Uncle Ikes branch is like none other. The staff, the cleanliness and the parking lot. I have been fortunate to have been serviced by Jamichael who is always responsive and patient. I’m very naive with most of the strains so he is always there to give me a quick review that always comes out to be true after I’m done with the bud. Other employess are very kind and generous too. I feel awesome to have such an amazing store in our vicinity. Thanks Uncle Ikes!

Great selection, good rotating deals, friendly door staff — easy and quick online ordering and pickup. Kind bud tenders. Management has helped with expressed issues in the past. I am fully vaccinated and agree with wearing masks, but when the security make me put on a disposable one they just touched and handed to me and told me it was because of the CDC guidelines that say cloth masks arent acceptable but then the manager told me it wasnt because it was cloth it was because it was too thin, but my mask was stitched to have a filter removed and replaced, so it wasnt just a thin cloth mask. It was way thicker than the disposable mask that the security guard just touched to hand me to put over my mouth and then claimed its to keep everyone safe um no I wouldve been safer if I had not touched the mask that the security guard just touched. This isnt my first problem with the employees telling me lies, so was I forced to touch a disposable mask because my mask was cloth or because it was too thin? Ive never have had so many problems at any other place besides this one. Ive been coming to the ones in this area for years and have only had a problem at Ikes. Got to nirvana or the one across the street

Girl checking IDs at the door made me remove my 300 dollar full-faced motorcycle helmet with shield and put on a cheap paper mask that she was handling with her bare hands. How this is considered safer and sanitary is a mystery to me. She is literally doing the opposite of what she thinks she is doing and I will be taking my money elsewhere from now on.

Malena @White Center was super kind and went above and beyond with her customer service. Saved me when I was in a pinch! Super grateful and had a great night due to her. I have always had great service at this place! Yesterday I went in and Jamichael was good enough that I felt compelled after a year of going in to review. Im hard of hearing but young and its really hard for me to get people to speak up for me with the mask mandate cutting off my ability to read lips. Jamichael immediately understood what I needed and the weed he recommended helped a lot with my chronic pain. Id give him 10 stars if I could

Honestly I’ve stopped going there after I found out that they overcharge on decent(not even good) marijuana. They have products that (imo) aren’t worth stocking and the stuff that they have that’s worth anything you can get cheaper at a dispensary that’s just holds a higher standard.Also this dude That keeps getting mentioned JMichale (or whatever) pressured me into writing a review where he marked it five stars and asked me to mention him when in reality he wasn’t any more helpful than any other bud tender.
