Behind the building (when you exit the parking lot) there are several unhoused residents but they are respectful and keep to themselves, please respect them the same.

This is my favorite store. I have never seen a store throw so many great sales nearly daily but guaranteed a great sale sometime within the week! I can honestly say I go elsewhere sometimes so I been elsewhere. But I go here at least 5 days a week if not daily. Love the atmosphere, bud tenders, security. They are knowledgeable and arent out for the dollar but will find you best no matter price. They dont rush you out no matter the people waiting. They will listen and help. And this place can get busy busy but they usually always have so many people their to make it faster then some out there.

If it werent for the prices...I would of been stop coming here. I have been coming here for at least 2 years.... every time I walk in there...it felt like I was walking into High school all over again. My online orders are ready 60% of the time even when its slow and 30+ minutes in advanced. The attitudes from some of the bud tenders are the worst. Its been a couple times I saw and heard bud tenders talk about customers in front of customers. So I went in on the 6th of August and went to ATM for a withdrawal. During my withdrawal the power on that side of building went out. I never got my $80.00 I addressed my situation to a young girl by the name of Miranda she was HORRIFIC. I guess $80.00 to her aint nothing but I work hard for mine. Some other young lady by the name of Angela came over and really defused the situation. But I still aint got my money! SMH......

Zips is by far my favorite dispensary in Seattle. The bouncer (is that what we call them? Not sure if there is another term.) is so friendly, and the budtenders are so incredibly helpful and amazing. I love that my dog is allowed inside as well (shes a Bernese Mtn Dog and nobody has complained about her sniffing around and wanting pets from random strangers i.e. friends!). I do prefer to go on Fridays when the entire store is about 25-30% off. I stock up on Pioneer Squares which help me sleep (check out the Pineapple or Blackberry flavors). Highly recommend this place, you cant beat the staff or selection or price!

Epic waste of time to go to the store.No menu or pricing you can see without asking to look at each item individually. Just a LCD menu would probably make this a viable store to shop in.Other issues are that they scan your ID. There is no requirement for that.Also the door guard wears their mask chin diaper style. While their chin is protected, there is no benefits for the staff or customers. Every customer has to interact with this person.

Hello Im gonna have to give this a low number mainly because the way the budtender made me feel. Sadly I never had this happened, I ordered an item online the person put the bigger size of the item I ordered. As we caught the mistake I said its okay but I gotta go is why I ordered it online so it can be ready. I truly feel just her response was different, nobody knew where the one that was supposed to be of what I ordered, and nobody thought about my time, I dont mean to be abrupt but I want the right thing but mainly I want my time to be considered.

I have to give such a low rating due to Daphne’s unprofessional etiquette! I’ve never been treated poorly when visiting your establishment. She was rude in her approach, response and even after the fact kept the negativity going while I went to seek assistance from a different bud tender. She literally went to another coworker while staring me down and whispering to the point I gave her a look that indicated I am observing her actions. She then proceeds to scrunch her face up and almost like buck at me as if she wanted to make it a physical altercations. I was informed by other bud tenders that witnessed it and stated they would speak but I wanted to hopefully make sure someone in a management position was aware. If not everyone at least knows to steer clear of Daphne.

She recommended Beach Wedding. Which I later found out after looking it up that its an indica. Which is a bummer because indicas give me anxiety, make me anti-social and I get sleepy. I had my first bad experience here yesterday. Some budtender named Johanna (i think? she has long curly hair) gave me the worst attitude when I came in. I come here all the time but this was the first time she was my budtender. I asked for a roll and she gave me the wrong one. I said nicely that she gave me the wrong one and which one I wanted and she said “You’re kidding me right?” And just looked at me with a blank stare. She then continued to charge me for the roll. I told her it was the wrong one again and she rolled her eyes at me. WORST BUDTENDER!!!

Not only because I work in the industry and its easier to get along with the budtenders, but from a customers POV, the budtenders are always really nice and helpful and always wanted to make sure you leave the store satisfied to the fullest. Ive been going to Zips for about six months now. Its good to check menu ahead of time because it varies somewhat week by week, but they have good prices, and friendly staff. Whenever ive had trouble, staff has been kind and attentive to my issues. They may not have the top google scores, but theres little double in my mind that zips is number 1 in seattle for overall sales, and thats for a good reason.

Stumbled across zips yesterday and am very impressed. Their promos are very generous and selection is excellent.

It was easy to get to from downtown, and they have some of the best secret deals.

I will keep most of my original review just for buyers info about online ordering, but I want to edit to say: very soon after leaving this review I was contacted by both a manager and the owner about the problems I had and what they could do to help. I could tell they care a great deal about their customers, which is day and night compared to a lot of businesses that dont even look twice at these reviews. Though there are some issues with online ordering thus far, Zips has great prices, great selection, awesome weekly deals, AND they value and respect their customers. Highly recommend 👌Original review:I make large online orders every week and without fail, my order is always missing several items. Several times my order has not been ready at all, even though I wait at least an hour after Ive received the ready for pick up confirmation text, there have also been instances where they have given my online order to someone else and asked me to go back outside or to my car to reorder the same items (making me wait in line over again) which can lead to different availability with products.

Never get my order right when I order online. They always try to get me to spend more $$. I HATE zips sodo you should really change every single employee lol. No exaggeration. Zips tacoma on the other hand is AMAZING. Way worth the trip. I drive to Tacoma even tho I live in Bellevue for the fact that SODO employees seem like they have ZERO knowledge on weed + NEVER get my online orders right.

Went inside, but no info displayed, so I stepped out to the sidewalk to charge my dead phone and place an order. Continuous vulgar harassment from their hired security guy while charging and looking through the menu out front on the sidewalk.Menu does not list any of the specs for each item, only I, H, S. Just this alone bothers me as most other shops give you at least part of the lab results in their menus allowing for a more informed purchase. Prices arent anything special either, same or more than their competitors for identical products.Overall, this shop ranks quite low on the list of Seattles downtown dispensaries, again only measuring the business/products, especially the seemingly intentional lack of strain info, and not my entire experience. The security service is at fault for the exceedingly unprofessional behavior of their employee, (mostly) not an additional failure by this shop

Great deals here online but had to learn the hardway as the lady budtender assured us prices were the same in store as online. Paid $84 dollars for a half oz. Left store to look online and it was $30 cheaper. I dont think they have the customers best interest at heart.
