I am ALMOST reluctant to give this a good review, because I truly believe Ive found one of Seattles best kept secrets. Everyone is so kind, theyre making a HUGE effort to keep people safe, and I am constantly aghast at the prices. I just walked in with $20 and walked out with 7g. Yes its not top shelf but its GOOD and they have so many options at similar price points. I used to be a loyal to Herbs House but now? I wont buy weed anywhere else.

Dont go here, you will get the wrong product and be overcharged. My first purchase from here I wanted 1:1CBD mints but when I got home they were just THC mints and was charged for the CBD ones. When I called to ask how to fix it the girl was rude to me and started complaining about having to look the transaction up said Id only get a credit for the difference and Id have to keep the THC ones and buy the CBD ones, so now I have product I didnt want and have spend an extra $30 to fix their mess up! Terrible service!!!

They’re always great! They pay attention to the service and the products. Thank you so much for working during these crazy times! I would recommend Ruckus to everyone looking for quality and just a general good experience. Shout out to the staff for dealing with Karens that refuse to acknowledge when they’re wrong and don’t care about the well being of others. Keep up the good work I appreciate the risk that you all take just by being at work. Especially when people come in causing a ruckus over things that are not your fault. Ive been to Ruckus multiple times since they opened and every time it has been an awesome, welcoming experience. Whats more, Ive had outstanding customer service that has ranged from friendly conversation to detail oriented, thoughtful curation of the experience I was seeking. On top of all that, their specials are out of this world affordable for darn nice quality.Id highly recommend this cozy shop and the friendly staff to anyone whether a regular or newbie. I donot recommend Rukus to anyone, anymore. If I could give NO stars, I would.I went in to purchase a new Airopro cartridge. My friend happened to be working there during the time. I bought two new cartridges. Rukus USED TO take back defaulty cartiages. After seeing my friend and, breifly saying hello, I left the store. I immediately open my cartiages and try them out. One does not work so, I go back to exchange as I have done in the past.I am told, wrongly, that I was warned about COVID policy at Rukus and that I cannot return my cartiage. I am blown away because my friend did nothing but catch up with me while ringing me up.There is NO warning sign about the change in policy either on the door or anywhere in the shop OR I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT ELSEWHERE.I am an extremely OCD person and, I know when I am warned about things. I was NOT warned by my friend OR her supervisor at the time.For the past three years, I have diligently given my business to Rukus and, have helped current employees even gain employment from Rukus.I go back into the store, I am told I was warned (WHICH IS NOT TRUE) and, I am told I am SOL (snap out of luck.)So, not wanting to act like a Karen but feeling like I was not being heard or respected by my friend or her supervisor, I wrote a letter into the manager at the time explaining what happened.The manager writes back and explains she talked to my friend and her supervisor and they swear they both wanted me about the policy. NO THEY DIDNOT ! If I was an employee, I would lie too if I had a job and did not even do the basics of remembering to give out a warning (which I’m sorry my friend is one to be easily distracted. ) I also learned NEVER to give business to a place where a friend works. They become unprofessional then, blame for lack of professionalism if they get caught which in this situation, that’s what happened.Whatever happened to the customer being right ?Whatever happened to apologizing for a lack of a warning ?Instead the manager blamed me for not listening when, I can assure you I was listening when my friend was talking about her personal life and failing to give out a warning I would have headed.Long story short, DONOT be ripped off during COVID. I work in two towns. I used to wait and go to Rukus to give them my business and, used to give them over $1,000+ of business monthly. No longer will I do this.Right now, I’d like to give a shoutout to American Harvest in Leavenworth, WA as THEY WILL TAKE BACK BUNK PRODUCT UNLIKE RUKUS !!!!!! Even during COVID !I have not been back to Seattle since this event and I will gladly comment this post with other locations closer to Seattle that do take back bunk product.Even during COVID, it’s possible to put your customers first and listen to them ! It IS possible to take back product or, refuse to take back the product (as someone touched it) and, offer a refund. It is possible.Give any store your business but this one ! There ARE stores who give warnings and, donot blame the customer for their lack of professionalism. There are stores WHO CARE.This is not one of them.Give anyone your business not, Rukus.

August 19th 2019 around 6pm I went into the shop with my boyfriend. I forgot my ID so I stepped out of the store (without being asked to) and waited for my boyfriend. After five minutes, I cracked the door open to let him know that I would meet him at Goodwill. The woman behind the counter started yelling at me at the top of her lungs Get out! You are not allowed in here! My foot wasnt even in the store. Then I told her I was telling my BF I was going to Goodwill that I wasnt coming the store and she repeated yelling at me then and told me She didnt care!. I will never come back to this store and neither will my boyfriend. He just moved into the neighborhood. I am almost 50 years old I dont look 21. What a horrible experience here at this place. We will never come back.

Ive waited two weeks to give my review, to see if my situation would be corrected. as of today, it hasnt been. I contacted the owner/manager and explained to her that. i was overcharged for 5 packs of pre rolls that I bought. I pre ordered them and the price was higher when I got to the store. I explained it to the budtender and she dismissed me saying she couldnt do anything about it. I emailed the owner and she asked for my receipt. I sent it to her with no reply. Ive gone to this store and the capital Hill location more time than I can count. Due to this I highly recommend you call down to the store if you pre.order.something theres no guarantee the price is right. Im quoting the budtender on that one. Good luck everyone and unfortunately nI wouldnt recommend this location.. I went back to give them another chance today and dispite it being 915 am and they open at 8.... They are closed and I cant.get.any info on why.

Awesome little recreational cannabis dispensary. I had been to their Capitol Hill location many times and loved it, and the new location is just as great with a slightly more chill Ballard vibe :) Really lovely. Plus, they have dog treats for all the neighborhood puppers so theyre after my heart! Cant wait for all the doggo to know this is the place to walk their owners so I can pet them all.
