This shop sells Refine Loud for $40, next closest price at other stores was $55. Everything else was also fairly priced, and overall excellent service!

I called looking for a specific product, they didn’t have it so I hung up, the employee decided to call me back and proceed to call me names. This is absolutely pathetic and not the first time I’ve had an issue with this shop. They show no respect to their customers and go out of their way to be rude. There’s a reason this shop is failing. Go to the one around the corner. Their service is better

I like this shop. It has some of the best prices in its area for flower and edibles, and by far the best prices for the concentrates they carry. The staff are typically down-to-earth folks who are honest about what will get you the most bang for your buck, and they wont judge you for going with something on the cheaper end.With that said, its disappointing that on multiple occasions Ive found the door locked at least 90 minutes earlier than the posted business hours. I understand that being open later than any other shop in the area can be taxing, and if thats the case, please update the business hours instead of closing early.In addition, the online site will sometimes list discounts that are no longer applicable, and will sometimes list products that arent available. Not the biggest deal, but annoying nonetheless as this isnt an issue at most other shops in the area.EDIT: came back the next night at 11:00 pm, 55 minutes prior to the indicated closing time located on the premises, to a locked door. Going to lower this review by 1 star each day that the business hours are falsely advertised.

I lost my wallet and getting a replacement of Drivers DL is very limited and by appointment only. I have a valid US passport and it’s not honored at this shop. Do you pay taxes on your sales? I have some business advice for you: dont lie about your hours. I drove hours out of my way to get there, and I arrived an hour and twenty minutes before they closed. It was shut! I knocked, but no one answered. I observed two other guys approach and the same thing happened to them. So why not limit your working hours to before 11 p.m.?

Been going here consistently for about two years now and have went with another shop for my weekly runs. I am going to discourage anyone i know or hear ask about Trees Pot Shop about shopping there.The reason being inconsistent treatment, especially from the only bald female employee that works during the morning shift. She picks and chooses who gets what type of treatment when they walk in.

This is the shop I go to most. Super friendly staff and they are always happy to help you find something youll like in your budget. They have a loyalty program that will give you a % off of your total based on how many times youve been there before. Super cool. Edit: they used to use punch cards but now their loyalty program is computerized and tied to your phone #. Also I wanted to add that I think a lot of rec stores take themselves too seriously. These guys are professional and helpful but the whole vibe is down-to earth. If you wanna shop in some bougie fancy-pants retail space with hand-carved fixtures and fake Edison bulbs, this place may not suit you. It suits me just peachy. :)

I recently got my medical card and had heard of Trees Collective from a friend. I was a bit nervous and didnt know what to expect. I have been there three times now and am a permanent customer and have no desire to go to another dispensary. The staff is amazingly friendly and thoughtful. They were helpful when I had questions. I cant say enough good things. The products I have bought have been much better than I expected. They have good sales and fun little freebies for the new comers. Well worth a trip. Its small, but has a good variety. Looking forward to my next visit very soon. Good people! Second time Ive been in here. I was greeted at the door by Cindy who immediately took my information and was very professional about it. The lobby has lots of information pertaining to the current climate that were in, which is great to me! I like to be informed and also make sure others are informed as well. All medicines seemed to be well stocked and everything was spaced out neatly and easy to see with good labeling on the products. Affordable donation rates on quality product which is great to me because I am low income and its hard to find decent medicine for little money! This has been my favorite Seattle dispensary for a long time. They consistently have intelligent, informed staff. They make great recommendations when I ask... more recently I have been ordering ahead through their website which has really helpful and detailed descriptions of each strain. You can search their inventory, sort by THC and CBD percentages, price, etc. Its so helpful and I love being able to plan ahead and figure out what will suit my needs,

Not a fan of this place, their selection, or their staff. It sucks to get in to their lot and there is not much parking. The employees push garbage weed and sell it as top shelf and it smells like hay when you get it home. Every time I have tried their sales, it has been garbage product and to boot their full retail prices are overpriced. It has been the same thing each of the 3 times I have visited. I will not be trying this again in the future. Third time was not a charm for me... Oh yeah, they are also the only store who refuses to give their prices out over the phone. It seems as if they know that if they tell people their prices before they get them into the store that the person will find somewhere else to go. I would suggest to not waste your money here. There are plenty of other shop in the area with better prices, parking, and staff.

Ive been shopping here since the medical days because this is by far the friendliest and most personable pot shop around. They always have a big selection that ranges from cheap but not dirt weed to expensive tasty weed for the connoisseur. They also carry glass and smoking equipment of every kind. I picked up a bong from them the other day which was 20% off and is my new favorite piece.

Ive had a great experience coming to Trees. I am not incredibly knowledgeable about the merchandise, and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. The recommendations are always spot on.They have a loyalty program where you get 15% off an entire purchase after youve come in 10 times. I highly recommend Trees to anyone looking for quality service and product.

Refused to take back a vape cartridge that clearly had a manufacturing defect, because we didnt buy one of their batteries to use it with. Made sure to come back within the 3 day return window that is clearly stated. Easy way to lose local customers...

Everyone here is very helpful from the security guy to the girls at the front desk. They took the time to explain the different strains and how they can help me sleep. I didnt feel like i had to be in the lifestyle to walk in there and shop.

I drove up before they closed the place was closed drove 30 minutes out of my way and the employee just drove off sign on the door even said they didn’t close for 10 minutes so I made it in plenty of time and had predecided on what to get. What’s the point of blatantly advertising a close time to not honor it when customers arrive I had other choice I also could’ve gotten to in time and I know for a fact they would’ve opened the door and greeted me in. Definitely marking as do not return time to go home empty handed. Time to go tell everyone I know to never shop here!

This used to be my favorite place to go, but I really dont know if I feel comfortable going in anymore. When I was in Trees last, my cashier referred to me as young lady, sweetheart and then made a stripper tip joke in reference to my change and looks. It made me incredibly uncomfortable, and I likely wont be coming back due to this interaction. It was highly unprofessional and sexist.However:The atmosphere, the rest of the staff, and the quality of products are all amazing. I really do recommend the place as a whole, but I cant say Ill be going in again.

I have narrowed down the medical dispensaries i visit down to two. Trees is one of them :) I have purchased flower, wax, shatter, edibles and vape accessories and even a couple lighters. All of the staff have given great advice on products, and most importantly... The prices are Always, always great. 89 an ounce??? heck yeah!

They are friendly but you have to pay attention. I received a text message saying exactly 4-1g liquid gold cartridges or ionic for $100 I drove all the way over there(its kinda far for me) purchased what I thought was an awesome deal. When I got home they were .5g. I called about it and the guy said the text wasnt worded correctly and I got a good deal. Wth the text wasnt worded incorrectly it was just not real! Yes maybe the staff is friendly and knowledgeable but thats where it ends. I wont be returning ever. I will stay in my neck of the woods where they dont need to trick people into coming in.

This is my favorite place on greenwood. i walk all the way from northgate to this place rather than walk the 2 blocks i live from have a heart. they have a fantastic selection of medicine. My favorite place so far.

I have been frequenting this place for just about two months now. They consistently have mid/high quality meds for 8 dollars a gram, and dry meds to compare with any 15 dollar gram at 10! Nothing over 10 dollars, they are good to new patients, and take community seriously, one of my favorite places. For those interested, below is a more thorough explanation of why I like this dispensary so much.When I started going to trees they were selling a house wax at an excellent price (25 a gram without tax, they have since started charging sales tax.) The flow of this wax was quite slow into the store, and quick out, so it was never tested (to my knowledge) but by my taste seemed to hover around 100-200 parts per million. by asking them about when this wax would be available constantly, I eventually spoke to the gentleman at the store who made the wax. He said that he had stopped because he felt that the other oils available were safer and more reliable than his oil. In other words, they made a choice to discontinue a popular, profitable part of their business simply for the safety of the patients.

I recieved a text saying that everything in the store was 25% off,wow...went out of my way to par take in this wonderful deal...well...it wasnt true,the budtender pointed to some 5×7 flyer on the counter and told me there were certain things that werent a part of the deal,I responded well thats not what the text said...she got a little attitude with me whole explaining the situation...well the situation was this...I recieved a text saying everything 25% off and that was not the case...I was tricked into coming in for something that wasnt true...I have to say been going to trees since early last year,they had great prices,friendly service...and good deals,granted I used to come in first thing in the morning and maybe I should start doing that again because the budtenders seem alot more friendly in the morning,the evening budtenders are rude,plain and simple,not to mention I was tricked into coming in,which I really do not respect...oh and the rewards program,JOKE...been down for weeks and I really dont think there is one,just another scam to get you to come back...this place used to be really on top of things but since the new year they have gone down hill...too bad...I do not think I will be coming back...

NOPE! Claims to sell Northwest Cannabis solutions products for lowest in state and they do NOT. 8ths priced at 25$ but they CLAIM if they discount it then theyll sell it at cost and get fined by the state? That was a LIE that their manager told me. Shops up north sell NWCS products for 25 and 8th and many stores have happy hour selling it for 10% every morning and night. Making an OZ up north under 200$ at grass and glass or Marys OR ANYWHERE UP NORTH. Like I feel pretty insulted I was told on the phone I could get a zip under 200 then get lied to at their store. And overpriced dabs that dont even test over 75%. Really disappointed.

Stopped in tonight while in the area. Im a manager of a rec shop in renton Highlands and had to check out the other 5☆ shops in town. They just switched over to recreational but still had a wide variety of high quality products. Flower, edibles, concentrates & topicals. All for great prices. Definitely a nice little Shop with great potential on the way. All I suggest is a security gaurd & being carded befor you walk in to the bud room. Other than that it was a great experience, the owner was a very nice guy. Staff had great customer service & was able to pick up some tasty terpyy dabs. Thanks guys!
