I love this place! Mel was my bud tender and working with her has made my first time buying a gram of concentrate an amazing and fun experience?! I took her recommendation and made my money worth it! Mel truly cares about my accommodations since Im deaf. At same time, shes so awesome for knowing some ASL and able finger spell it out for me. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the access of communication and happy with her recommendation too. She comes highly recommended and anybody would be lucky to have her as their bud tender.

SKIP THIS SHOP!! They used to be great however recently the experience has been awful. They disabled online ordering when they’re running an in store sale but the in store experience is so loud and overwhelming it’s impossible to have a positive experience. They just started disabling online ordering recently and the impact has been so significant for me that I’m just using a new shop altogether for consistency.

I love this place! I usually seek the always charming and capable budtender, Jennifer, when I visit, but sometimes shes not working.The other day I was helped by Courtney for the first time. She seemed very knowledgeable about the products and gave me confidence in her recommendations. She was also cheerful and friendly. Since then, I have been able to sample several of the items she suggested and I am pleased with every one of them!This is not the closest shop to me - theres a half dozen alternatives - but they have great products, great staff, and the shop is clean and well-managed. Best of all, their website accurately reflects their available inventory. Kudos!

I completed my online order and received confirmation for my order at 8:01am. I get to the store and the guy at the front door ignores me because hes telling some other guy what he wants for lunch, I show him my ID and tell him I have an online order he tells me to go to the online order line. I wait in line for 5 minutes, several budtenders walk right pass me and ignore me, very rude. Finally a Male budtender asked me if I need help, I tell him that I have an online order he tells me that online orders were suspended this morning. The only other text I got was about a 30% off promo in store. I tried to remember what I ordered so I could get the products I wanted. I been coming here for 2 years but because of what happened yesterday and a few other bad encounters here I will no longer be spending my money with Kush21. I also have gotten underweight flower from here in the past, I dont recommend anyone to this place at all.

As someone who’s gone to this dispensary for over 4 years this place used to be my favorite. They used to have competitive prices & nice budtenders. But over the past few months it’s gone downhill. I’m someone who works a 9-5 and I used to look forward to the texts about the specials they’d have. They no longer do that. Tried to show a budtender that this other dispensary had a lower price for this same exact 1/8th I tried to buy, she didn’t honor the rate. Even though there website says ‘price matching’. Finally, on my favorite day of the year 4/20. There specials were to put it in stoners words, BAMMER af

Edit: ordered online and had to wait over 30 minutes in line for my order. They were helping people who didn’t order online instead of the people who did. The line for online ordering was huge while the in person one was short.Drove an hour to get here and it was totally worth it! Clandestine gardens are only $180 an ounce, which was unbelievable. I will most definitely be driving an hour here every payday now.

Ive been to a decent amount of dispensaries (probably in the 20s-30s) and tbh honest this one is the best. The prices are right, the staff are super helpful and friendly and pre-orders are fulfilled faster than any dispensary Ive ordered from. I live about a couple of blocks from the joint in burien but id rather take the drive here and Im a lazy SOB so thats saying something.

I do admit everything I was shown was straight fire and Im happy with what I got the budtender was pretty much clueless on how to help me completely unkunknowlageble of what products they truly have I asked for something with two describing factors fruity and and within a certain price range for the amount I was looking for and now that I found there online menu there was atleast 15 on the first page that met the criteria I gave the dude so if anything negative I could say was make the budtenders more knowledgeable to there products.

Nothing but good things to say about this shop and the people that work here. I always feel like I get my moneys worth and the budtenders are genuinely gracious, knowledgeable folks. Its not exactly convenient to go here but I make the time because the experience and value weigh out for me.

I suffer arthritis and have been prescribed narcotics for pain but choose to use safer CBD/THC products instead. After leaving kish 21 tonight. I noticed I was charged an additional item I never recieved. When i called about the theft of my money and to see if they can check the cameras. After driving 30 miles back to kush 21 to find out why the cashier charged me for something she did not put in my bag (theft), I was greeted by the stank face manager with the crusty broken nails. She saw the footage stormed back out assuming I wanted the product and When I said I wanted my money she tried to act like Im supposed to be grateful to get my money?? Huh? If this all happened outside on the street it would be very different.
