Asked the bartender for weed that was very flavorful. Was very very disappointed. Even though I bought flower that was supposedly top quality, upon testing it I found that it had very little flavor.I awarded this dispensary 3 stars because I also bought some RSO at a very fair price on sale which I really enjoyed, both the taste and the potency.

Friendly and informative. The female employee was professional. She was knowledgeable and answered every question we had. The shop was clean and i felt safe.

Ive been shopping here for years, They have a great selection of flower and it has gotten much better recently. But I consistently comeback because of my favorite budtender Dev, hes a no bs, no rip you off, listenes and tries to get you the best bud for your buck. If youre in town see him and youll leave with a smile or at least great weed. The Runtz 41 we got me last time was exactly what I needed for an afterwork bbq.

Just came in today for some Gabriel rainbow zkittles and loved it! I liked the atmosphere and made my day coming in. Just wish they sold 1937 farm bud and a couple of others on my mind but the selection they have is good.

I went into Have a Heart very indecisive about what I wanted to get. Their budtender Jerome hooked it up though. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Made the whole transaction stressful and didn’t feel like he was trying to upcharge me like other dispensaries I’ve visited around Seattle. I will definitely be back whenever I’m in the area.

This place has a very long history in Seattle from its start as a tiny medical supplier, way back. I personally recommend the Greenwood location. The staff are honest about who knows what, their selection is top notch, and theyll make sure youre getting what you want and need. I love the employees. Theyre kind, patient and thorough! Online ordering is a plus!

Upon walking into Have a Heart today, I was immediately greeted by the most attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable staff I have worked with to date. I typically break dispensaries down into three tiers. The third tier is more akin to a novelty/gift shop where the bud tenders know nothing about the product and offer little to no interaction. The second tier is a shop with a nice inventory but poor bud tenders who range from rude to knowledgeable of the products. The first tier is a shop who has a wide variety in their inventory, a knowledgeable and friendly staff, and a wonderful aesthetic and ambiance to their shop. This is what Have A Heart is. The bud tenders made this experience and to boot the prices were fair and the product was spot on. Couldnt ask for any more from a dispensary. Will surely be back. Ive loved this store from day 1 of discovering it! It quickly became my go-to shop, even when I moved to the other side of Green Lake. Its definitely worth the drive. They always have a great selection, reasonable prices, and super friendly, knowledgeable staff! I have yet to meet a staff member that I didnt love. They all seem very cool with each other as well, which promotes great, positive energy throughout the entire shop. Even the security guards love life and are excited to see us at the door! Always have music playing, people smiling, and laughter throughout, so the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Being new to the area, I used to struggle to find a shop that had decent customer service, but Have a Heart has managed to achieve what the competition lacks. The other Have a Heart stores are just as wonderful. Seriously wouldnt go anywhere else!

Worst experience ive had a pot shop in 5 years since i turned 21.

Best pot shop Ive been to in Seattle. The prices are fair, there are ALWAYS good bargains and specials to be had, the loyalty program is worth signing up for, and the staff are usually helpful and not too pushy about upselling. Ordering online here is way easier than some other places Ive tried, and during busy hours skipping the line is a great bonus. Ive found that the cheapest stuff here can be better than what passes for top shelf elsewhere. Highly recommended!

One of the better HH locations.Update for 2020:Well after years of loyalty, they implemented some new loyalty scheme, so i have to text a thing, get a text back text back again, text again, get a bookmark on my homepage, text again unsubscribe from spam, but I still allow a third party track me, and i better keep it there if i want loyalty rewards, and its pitched as some benefit to me. No terms of service, so good luck once the WA privacy laws kick in. This is an insane user experience, and leaves me feeling like a mark. And since the selection exists elsewhere, there is no reason to keep coming back, its just insulting. Good job.

Its now a cannabis store...y staff are more like cashiers than bud tenders. But I suppose thats alright if you know what you want. Felt kind of rushed to buy and get out.

I have come here multiple times and they are usually helpful and friendly. But I just went in there and asked a lady for help. And she didnt seem interested. But I started off asking if they had something I was looking for. She coldly said we have one left. I was like ok coolLooked at it and didnt like it. Asked her about a different product and asked if she had any info on it and she said I dont use it. I know people buy it. Again coldly. She didnt ask her other 4 coworkers opinion just made it seem like it was too difficult to help me. . Was a frustrating interaction and one I just left without buying anything. Ill take my business to a different location. She needs some help with her customer service skills. And even if you dont have product knowledge ask for help.

I love the staff, they’re all so friendly and helpful and don’t make me feel like an inconvenience like some other dispensaries. The door men are also very friendly and kind. There’s a great selection when it comes to edibles and joints, but they’re lacking in selection for ounces and the ounces are way overpriced, $120 for some leafy, stemmy stuff that smells homegrown in a bad way is ridiculous to me. I’ll be sticking to small purchases of joints and edibles when I come by from now on.

Doesn’t matter how many points you have... they will limit your discount to $5 regardless.As opposed to the 20% off entire purchase like every other location.This location steals from you. Very very helpful place. Loved how they were able to offer great advice on what options were out there for a vape or coil type system compared to pre- rolls. Also love that they are dog friendly and have dog treats. Dont worry, they dont have weed in them.

The personal at this location is not properly trained in their rewards system. After I redeemed a discount online, it was not honoured by the budtender. The associate appeared to be mad at me for redeeming the discount so I told him to forget it. If they are gonna act like this why do you have a rewards program at all. Ive been a customer since they opened this branch but this situation was embarrassing and disappointing. Im not sure I can recommend this store anymore.

Everyone at Have a Heart is so nice and knowledgable! I have been a regular at Have a Heart since they were a medical dispensary (those were the days...) and have been a loyal customer ever since. They have a great selection so you can always find what youre looking for. The only reason I give them a 4 instead of a 5 is because, like any dispensary, they have great deals on some things but not everything.

Dude was extremely impatient with me, nothing was on display to show off any strains, I asked to look at a few ounces he came off super rude about it. After not being impressed after looking at 3 different ones he mentioned checking out the online menu to get me out of the one and only line you can be in to check stuff out only to find out theres not even pictures so I would have had to go to the back of the line and wait forever a second time just to continue checking out more, one at a time mind you, and deal with more feelings of being a burden or terrible person for wanting to look at product until I see something i want. Worst experience ever at a pot shop. Dont go here. They need to change theyre customer experience

I love this place. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that dont come across as pushy in any way. I love the way their product is displayed, in price per gram, so that customers need not to make those calculations on the spot in their heads. Parking is pretty easy, as you can park at the far end of the Fred Meyer lot if no street parking is available on 3rd Ave.

This place is awesome especially if you have a medical card. You get some of that tax cut off with it there. Atmosphere and people are friendly and knowledgeable. They try to remember your face which is nice. They are busy often times, so I recommend you checking your bud before you leave. They have given me the wrong brands of similar named flowers, which can change the price and your mood if you were expecting one thing and got another. I wouldnt mind this as much if it didnt take me 20 minutes to drive there.

This store routinely engages in illegal bait-and-switch pricing. They list 7gram prices then, surprise surprise, almost every time I ask for a quarter oz they are out and have to charge the higher 8th price. Worse yet, I saw a $35 quarter of some lower end schwag. But when I tried to buy it the manager told me I had to pay an extra $5 because the price was wrong! I just used up my points and will not be going back.

I usually have a decent experience in the Greenwood location, but in the past 6 months a particular bud tender has pointed out her lack of customer service. She always rushes me through and never offers alternative buds when a product I ask for is out. Most recently she said she had a product, checked the computer, said she had some, and then said she didnt have any, and didnt offer the one in the case to me, then left me to find a new product and wait in line for a second time.I always hope Paul, or any of the other nice tenders, help me out, and not her with the loud cackling, rude, rush service.

Good cannabis but their cheapest gram is 8 bucks, Ill go there if its convenient but I really wish the have a heart in Fremont was still open. Im not one to spend a lot on cannabis when it all does basically the same thing. Dont let the industry fool you about the indicia VS sativa dogma. Its all weed and does basically the same thing. But that goes for everywhere in the legal market, would change to 5 stars if they had a less expensive gram of flower.

Im a fan of the store in general. Legal marijuana, whats not to love? As far as recommendations on product- not so awesome. I cant blame the store for the prices set by producers. But, I feel like with some effort one can find the same or better products for less. I gave them 3 instead because I did grab some dope stickers for free

Went into Greenwood expecting just another pot shop and instead I was treated like family. Not knowing what I wanted to go home with, budtender Derek made sure i got what I needed after a long day. The fact that he called me by name after a glance at ID and a quick encounter meant a lot. Also being someone who suffers from social anxiety he really went above and beyond to make my experience as comfortable as possible.

Loved these shops. Visited two different locations and both had friendly and helpful staff. Come to Minnesota when they legalize it!

Been to this location a bunch of times but the last four or five straight, Savanna (Savannah? Savana? Savanah? You get the point) was the staff member helping me and she is absolutely awesome at her job. She’s always crazy nice, super helpful, makes the customer feel very comfortable. Love Have a Heart and Savannah is awesome!

The vibes seem to be off with employees. Atmosphere seems tense, use to be one of my fav spots. Now they seem to be pushing hard for good reviews... and I’m even seeing some employee names on their reviews... seems like they’re trying to hype up their store without actually giving better service. Not cool. Disappointed.
