Great place, friendly knowledgeable staff. The only other dispensers I’ve been to was in MA. Prices are fare, product is good.MA prices are insane!

Good selection. The location is in the heart of Belltown, thats a very sketchy area. Panhandlers right outside the door, so you get hit up for spare a dollar? both entering and leaving. Id called my order in but it wasnt where the budtender said it would be so it took quite a bit of time to find the bag. As someone who deals with PTSD, I had a very hard time with the ambient noises, the interior layout (posts! Where threats lurk!) and the general feeling of... disorganization. Will I be back? Time will tell. Ill go past at an earlier time of day to scope it out. Hopefully curbside delivery will work for me next time.

This is a well organized and displayed shop. I think its got a parking lot in the back, but its night time and its Seattle so who knows and who cares. It has a Great vibe, as well as a great aesthetic. Its basically a funhouse for adults to purchase cannabis. The Prices are generally reasonable to about average here. It was incredibly busy the evening I went, and it is hard to believe they are sticking to corona regulations.

Took my time making a list of stuff I wanted and staff found it helpful while checking out. Very friendly, some homeless outside but they were nice too. Great store with all their products on display and clear prices. Would recommend!

Very convenient location, great selection, fair prices. Was super crowded when I went, but the staff was awesome and even began taking orders from the end of the line to speed things up. Will be returning next time I’m in the area!

Came here while on vacation. Incredible prices compared to MD/DC dispensaries, huge selection of flower and concentrates. Would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone in the area.

First time going here! Was an awesome experience when i went. There was minimal customers when i went in and had a knowledgeable team of bud tenders. I knew what i was looking for and brought it up to the tender and they assisted me very quickly and efficiently! Next time im in the city Ill be back!

Love this shop! great prices, great aromas, chill budtenders, and amazing ambiance! The only downside was that the windows are clear and you can see through this open establishment pretty well from the outside and the beggers know you need cash, and they hang around watching… dont like that at all. otherwise it would be a 5 star joint!

Great place for some adult goodies just on Pike Place Market. Well run operation with security and an easy to use express lane. Staff was knowledgeable and cabinets with product was helpful. Only suggestion is having a “cash only” sign for the out of towners.

Once you get in and past the ID area, which is a little stressful even at my age, this place is fantastic. Easy layout, simple set up, the staff is absolutely welcoming and kind and will walk you through anything. It was nice to be able to ask questions and get answers without feeling rushed or awkward. Of course there are a ton of people who walk in knowing exactly what they need and I saw them have a speedy experience. But for a novice, it was very nice to speak with knowledgeable staff who genuinely seemed to want you to have a good experience both in the store and after. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Have a heart?? The woman I dealt with today was heartless. My very first time in a dispensary and have never felt so unwelcome in an establishment. The girl I dealt with today 8/20 at 8:30am was extremely rude and if it wasn’t for the second bud tender who had tattoos on his face that was nice, I’d leave one star. Not coming back.

Staff is nice. Online ordering is simple & easy. There are often homeless people near the front but thats Seattle.

Have a Heart measures up to what I think is an ideal cannabis dispensary. Its bud tenders are helpful but not oppressive, and know precisely what they’re talking about.Because they started out as a medical marijuana provider years ago, they have a keen insight into which strains are best for which ailments and attitudes they can affect.They also have a huge selection of edibles, vape-ware and anything else you could imagine for you to achieve your desired emotional altitude and attitude.I was hanging out here for a while, and feel like I made a couple of new friends. Great place!

As a regular customer who shops at this dispensary almost daily because of its location and product I am very disappointed. Not only do you have to wade through drug addicts and no job bums out front but often times you encounter them inside the store. I put up with it mostly because I live around the corner but today Ive had enough.Today Im standing in line waiting as I usually do every day. The end of the line wraps around to the door. Someone thought the end of the line was over by the ATM machines so I clued them in. He argued with me a little and finally accepted it and got in line. All is well or so I thought. 5 minutes later he starts trying to show everyone that can hear him that the end of the line is over by the ATM machines. This dude is confused. I just want to get my herb and split.Seeing an argument starting I alert security about whats going on. The guy confused about the line wasnt alone apparently and his friends tell security Im the one fighting. Im just trying to stand in line like I do every single day. Never had a problem with the line at least. Security was pretty much hands tied at that point and refused to help shed light on the situation whatsoever.Too much confusion and drama for me. Im not sure if the other customer was drunk and high or what but Id rather travel to Cap Hill for my medicinal needs. Security could of at least told the guy where the line was and squashed it. It disappoints me because I enjoy your product but do not feel safe in the environment. 2/5 stars. Not returning any time soon.

I have to go somewhere else more wheelchair friendly I was told i couldnt ride my mobility device in the store even though its obvious that I cant walk without it so i brought my cane this time and that still wasnt good enough the doorman still couldnt resist giving me a hard time its funny the only store that has a hard time is the one called have a heart...sad times indeed

This shop has an amazing selection, and the staff is fantastic! Everyone is very welcoming and super friendly! They aim to make you laugh and hope you have a better day after you leave! Dogs are welcome, and they play great music while the workers are dancing and having fun! You’re able to walk around and browse their selection, or go right up to the counter to tell them what you want! They also have an online ordering option to be in-and-out if that’s what you prefer! I will definitely be returning to this shop whenever I’m in Seattle!

Being new there I was very intrigued with this industry and the staff had all the answers. Its expensive for the good stuff. But hey thats America. Decent selections and some lower priced products that are not bad. The staff has been really nice and helpful. I even returned an unused bubbler when I noticed it had a defect and traded it for a different one. Of course I had my receipt.

Wide variety so make sure you write down what you want with the vendor because they will have the same strain from different vendors

Very organized and very friendly service, and the lines go by pretty fast. I went in here past weekend and thought it was a well laid out weed shop. Ive been to their Renton location which is also very nice, but this one takes the cake. Its fancy. Lots of great choices for a good price. They have a good point system too for discounts, its definitely one of Seattles better shops.

Have a heart is back so I’ve shopped a couple times and am pretty disappointed. The discount from my loyalty points is well below local industry standard.

Pretty cool place, staff was very friendly. I asked them to recommend something and was told these panda things were good. 100mg pack containing 10 pieces of candy ended up being a dud. I ate 1 piece every 10 to 15 min till they were no more and...... crickets!

This is just an average dispensary, a very nice girl helped me and I didnt have to wait in line very long. The only thing I wasnt 100% happy with were the prices. They were a bit higher then normal.

This place has what I exactly wanted 👌Im student and whether believe it or not Ive got plusD in school which is a high score! That happened just cuz one of their staff suggested me to have a good 420. I have tried many types and they were cool but couldnt study well with em. Now, I could say that Im quite good & ready for the next week test 😌

Service was great, decent selection and easy to navigate. No free parking (of course).The store is very touristy but I came in with people that were not from Seattle so that they could experience all the bells and whistles. Overall I liked the place. Ill refer the tourists that way.

Budtender was very nice to is. They had a huge variety of products available. Didnt take debit or credit card and the wait wasnt too bad when we went. They do have a separate queue for online orders.
