Better order online, the staff knows virtually nothing about cannabis. They do know how to appear stoned at work. I have had better customer service from a vending machine.

Great perks, great customer service, great prices! Sometimes finding parking nearby can be a lil tough, but these guys are worth your support.

Herbs House is a great dispensary! I have anxiety and wanted some edibles, and the person helping me showed me so many different kinds with different amounts of THC and CBD. Everyone was so friendly and I had a very nice experience here.

This is by far the best Cannabis Shop in Seattle. I’ve been going there since they opened.First off one of the best parts is you don’t have to have cash and can use your debit/credit card. (Well most of the time. Debit seems to always work, sometimes credit cards don’t, but usually it does).They have an amazing selection! They have 3 menus: Daily Blowout Specials, Pre-Rolls, and their Live Menu. They also have their Blow Out Specials and Live Menu on their website, so you can see what they have before you go there.The staff and all around vibe is incredibly inviting. The staff is super chill, non “sales-y”, and very knowledgeable.And to top it off, not only do they have tons of discount deals throughout the week, but EVERY Tuesday is 20% off everything in the store!I could go on and on, but you just need to try it out for yourself. ;)

Been going here for over a year since it is in my neighborhood; but Tori worker tonight makes me want to post about the terrible counter sale I had :(- - -not friendly, no customer service skills, did not seem knowledgeable about product..but she had no line so I did not wait for familiar face. Staff has usually been warm, inviting and knowledgeable so I am disappointed and will look at other options in neighborhood now. Did not feel like I could ask questions or inquire about Herbs product menu. I used to recommend Herbs House just find another counter person if you have any questions :) Product and prices good but so should the experience be....

Always have what i need in a pinch. Not all bud is pesticide free though or labeled. Sometimes a shot in the dark for those who use the source as medicine rather than for recreation. Definitely recommend trying it before you judge for yourself. Large variety with helpful staff.

Not a cannabis user myself but I do occasionally drop in here to buy gifts for others. The staff are knowledgeable. The shop is small but well stocked with lots of Edibles, flower, and other consumables as well as a few accessories.

Our Budtender was amazing - full of energy, clearly passionate about their products and candidly truthful, which was awesome. Prices were great and their selection was amazing. I would definitely recommend people stop by to check out this whole legal cannabis thing.

I like that theres menus to look at instead of having to pepper the staff with questions I can easily find just what im looking for in a comfy chair. Im kinda shy so its nice.

I will literally drive here from Lynnwood because I love it here that much. The staff is super friendly, they have a great selection, and its super homey. I dont like to feel like Im at a clinic when I go weed shopping so the fact that this place is legitimately a house is dope too.

Being from Texas, I knew nothing of how to go about making a purchase. The staff at Herbs House was super helpful to me in understanding the differences in their products. I went into Herbs House feeling intimidated, and nervous, and came out confident, and educated. My purchase was perfect for me, and I went back twice during my short stay in Seattle with the knowledge needed to navigate the shop like a local!

Ive been going here for years! They search for the best growers throughout the state. If you buy anything from Phat Panda, Doc & Yeti, Grow Op Farms, Seceret Gardens, Gold Leaf Gardens or Downtown Cannabis youre sure to get the best! All $12-$15 price range per gram.If you truly love great flower, dont waste your time or money going somewhere else. You can go to any other store and get charged more for the same brands. Or worse, get someone who says, This is great stuff, super good smell and heavy. Then you get home and it smells like hay, burns your throat and leaves you frustrated.I drive from Lake Forest Park to Ballard because I can trust what Im getting!Thanks Herbs House!

Of all shops in seattle herbs is my favorite, the selection is great and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. 5/5 would recommend to a friend (and regularly do!).

This shop was the best! We had the nicest Budtender who was full of personality, recommendations, and knowledge of product. She made purchase a breeze and I felt extremely welcome. Most shops are that way but this felt like you were visiting your good friend Herbs for some awesome herb. They even carry Cannibis lube!

Was sold a vape cartridge when I asked for CBD tincture. The guy on the phone said they dont do returns or exchanges, but the guy in the shop the next day was helpful and accepted the return.
