My hubby passed away almost five years ago and was vaping a lot because of his pain. We had a lot in our backstock that I finally went through. Today was the first time I’ve had to buy pot since it was legal. 😳 Cana recently moved into a really nice spot. I walked in and felt very comfortable. The lovely lady that helped me was informed about what I wanted and I was in and out in a flash. I highly (no pun intended) recommend. ❤️

Ive been coming here for years and lately it feelslike im bothering the staff by asking questions. they seem annoyed if you ask for a recommendation and would rather you just rattle off your order and go. tonight was particularly cold and unpleasant. i never ever leave reviews but i just felt weird after this visit. youd think a place full of stoners would be more friendly and relaxed. also the new enforcement of masks for vaccinated people is weird and actually makes no sense, especially being that seattle is far past heard immunity at this point. anyway ill be going elsewhere from now on.

Pesticide, heavy metal tested for you to feel confident in trying! Team members are knowledgeable about the wide variety of oils, flowers, edibles, and trust me, they are SO ready to serve you asap so you can get right home to relaxing.

Disagree with the forced mask removal at the door with “smile for the camera” as anti-theft policy. I get it with masks people are pulling off robberies. But not a warm or welcoming customer experience, also when other folks who I don’t know are nearby in the same room, taking off my mask wasn’t awesome. Perhaps there’s a better preventative policy. I don’t experience this elsewhere.Edit: How about security stands 6 feet away then when they ask for mask removal?? (Person was 2 feet away). Scanning ID should accomplish prevention of minors. Be honest mask removal is for anti-robbery. Find another strategy.

I definitely own part of this, but I picked up the order I placed online. The bag I was given had two jars and I didnt get into the bag for hours. When I finally did open it, I found that the two jars were different sizes, comprising only half of my order. It was half an ounce, so a significant amount. Really bummed.

Recently visited Canna West during a busy happy hour looking for some relief as I work in the food industry and experience back pain. Was kindly greeted and helped in a timely manner. Buddy helped me have a great experience, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Was able to tell him my preferences and what I was looking for, he was very knowledgeable of the products and gave great dosing suggestions as well as different strains for pain relieve! Walked out a happy satisfied customer! If you’re in the west Seattle area. I highly suggest checking out canna west!

This place is pretty cool. The staff is great and it has a good vibe when I’m in there, but I heard they won’t let the staff unionize? I mean, weed stores of all kinds should be encouraging unions. I’d go back if I need to, but I’d rather go somewhere I know matches my values a bit more.

Very friendly and helpful sales associates. I was looking for CBD (no THC) products. They have two stores across the street from each other. One for products containing THC and one for those without (in the Culture Shop). I highly recommend Canna West Seattle.

Amazing experience today. They are seriously concerned about the well-being of others, are requiring masks of all customers, and only allowing 5 people in the store at a time. Their knowledge is fantastic, and the staff is super friendly, helpful, and patience.

I’m posting this after my first experience. I ALWAYS, never fail to get really anxious going into a dispensary. Typically I feel very judged and like most budtenders are talking down at me, it’s true I don’t know much about cannabis. However I figured I’d go after the great reviews of female owned business and amazing customer service. They did not disappoint today! I was greeted so kindly and friendly, and she even noticed I’d not been to the store before, made me feel like the employees really get to know their people. The person who checked me out was so sweet and relatable, she asked about products i was getting and told me to let her know what I think of them, and confirmed each item I ordered online. They have great HH and I so happened to stumble in on their Halloween deal today. The shop was clean and displayed nicely. Felt really good about going to Canna West Sea today, and I hope I continue to have this great experience with them! Thank you so much for making me feel totally welcome and comfortable!! ❤️❤️❤️

The shake... isnt even really shake! Theres a whole bunch of trim in there and the price is pretty high for it as well. Im pretty sure the trimmings themselves make up for 5 grams itself! Save your money and dont buy the trims from here.

Rewriting review after a few years. I love the selection and that inside is super clean. Prices are somewhat fair. However, staff seems irritated when I was asking questions.. I always tip and love when I get an excited bud tender but the people assisting me lately have been.. How do I put this.. They seem like they are irritated to be there, not necessarily by me and my questions. I hope they reignite their passion for cannabis. Seems like they make good tip money so I think they should be a little more eager to help and answer questions.

I absolutely love this location! Walking up to what looks like an overly illuminated house from the outside, then immediately being greeted warmly as you walk through the front door by this amazing and knowledgeable staff! I personally dab a lot, and I find their selection to have variety in both price and quality!!

My fav shop in West Seattle. These guys are always great to talk to and I enjoy their input on products! Also great 4/20 deals right now and happy hours. The world is in odd times, but they are handling social distancing as well as possible and provide hand sanitizer as soon as you walk in the door. I will always recommend Canna!

Simply the best place to shop in Seattle, period. A clean atmosphere, a knowledgeable and friendly team, a focus on community. We love it here!

It is like waking into a store at the mall. You are immediately swarmed and forced to listen to a sales pitch. I have signed up for their rewards program and ordered ahead online every single time. It is 50/50 whether or not they will have it ready on even the slowest evenings. Only once did I receive the discount that they advertise. It feels like I am walking on to a car lot and they will take every one of your dollars if you dont catch them. There are way too many shops around Seattle with better deals and better service for me to continue to do business with a shady place like this.UPDATE 1/26/2020: Literally just walked out of there without being offered the discount for ordering online. If you dont ask for your discount, they will take all of your money with a smile.

I came in bought 2 cartridges and one didnt work and when I went to take it back within an hour. They would only give me a discount on another cartridge. Such bs. Thats the first and last time Im going to be robbed by them

Very friendly neighborhood pot shop. They have a wide selection of flowers, capsules and edibles. They even did a special order for me due to my particular needs. And they recycle their glass flower containers across the street for sale points.

In pain? Canna has a variety of CBD products; I (had) everyday back pain from a 25year old work injury. For me, CBD oil+ regular core strengthening exercises is a game changer!!! No surgery is necessary now and I havent had to go to the chiropractor in a year, most of all I feel great💪🏾🏂🏽⛹🏾‍♀️🎉

Employee made a huge deal about having to check registry for partners medical card after repeatedly saying that we had itn Will not be coming back again as it has been going downhill for a while, but now, it is unbearable.
