So I’ve been going here for years - and it’s the only place in seattle that I buy from. Everything I have purchased in my life, I have purchased from here. And, I love it! so I was naturally shocked when I read the recent negative reviews - I decided to go in and check them out an hour ago. They actually seemed all great - pretty normal really. Nothing out of the world, and nothing bad either: definitely did not see an ounce of what was being discussed in the negative reviews.

Fantastic staff! This establishment is VERY prompt. And well set up. Out of every dispensary I have been to - these guys out perform the rest. You can really tell and feel how in tune they are with both sales and promotion and actually caring about it.

Used to be a cool spot, then some rich folk came and bought it, and everyone either got fired or quit. Shameful, and entirely unworthy of your money. I feel awful for all of the customers whove lost their favorite pot shop.

I LOVE this place - personally I like pre-rolls and concentrate, and they have some great prices and brands for both. But the thing that keeps me coming back is the amazing staff and amazing customer service. Literally every single person who works there is super friendly and helpful, and always acts like they want me to have the best experience. They get all excited talking about weed (who wouldn’t?!) and honestly, everyone there just has an amazing attitude, as if they are all really happy and excited about their jobs. 🤩 And they’ve never steered me wrong on a good product.the only suggestion I’d make, is it would be great to see more diversity in hiring in the future. A couple of my black friends have joined me here, and they also say that it’s a really friendly place, but they’ve told me that they personally sort of feel out of place walking into an establishment that’s really really really white a lot of the of the time, so they tend to stick to their preferred stores, even though they agree the folks here are friendly also. and I’d personally just like to support more diversity in the weed industry too.Aside from that though, whatever else they are doing here, they are definitely doing right. Online ordering is fantastic for an extra discount, staff are great, and the only thing is they’re going to need a bigger parking lot because they’re amazing and have way too many customers, LOL.Thanks to the whole herbn family! I agree totally with what the other guy review, dylan, I believe. But this place use to be good the new staff have zero customer service appeal its sad how its going down. This use to be my spot but cant do it anymore. The door guy was hella blah, my budtender was alright it wasnt his fault my online order was filled after pre order 30mins prior never had that problem.

I neglected to get the guys name but the employee was a wealth of information and made my experience just a delight! He pinpointed some herb based off my taste preferences and kindly humored me as I asked about the industry, legalization, and even alternatives to pre-rolls. Really just a fantastic shopping experience, thanks Herbn Elements!

Did not accept my medical marijuana card today and it made my day extremely difficult and stressful. Apparently they’ve changed management (according to the front desk worker) so don’t go here if you’re a medical patient.

GREAT weed store for beginners. I was anxious about going in and buying. I didnt know what I was looking for - I only just moved to a state where its legal - and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They didnt make me feel awkward or out of my depth at all. The process was smooth, simple. The products were great and reasonably priced, too!

I am shooketh! I just called this shop and the person who answered the phone straight up lied to me even after I told him I’m in the industry. Basically, they tell you on the website that if you order online everything is 15% off - but then dude tells me the product I want doesn’t count even if I order it online because they are already selling it so cheap “it’s basically at cost”.Um no. First of all I wouldn’t driven all the way there just to find out that I wouldn’t get a discount for ordering online (and they don’t even give discounts for medical patients which I am). Second of all, I’m a budtender sir. I just told you that. $16 is not cost. We sell the same dabs for $18 (used to be $15) and we also apply the various discounts we offer employees and customers. Cost of this product is $6. Tops. This person straight up lied to me.Tip for this store: if you’re gonna be medically endorsed have your budtenders know their stuff and don’t let them lie to your customers. I was going to be a great new customer but now I’ll never shop there because I can’t trust them. This guy just blatantly lied to me and their website lies about the online discount.Don’t act like a friendly neighborhood store and then scam medical patients. Not cool.

They have choice specials regularly. Online ordering is INCREDIBLE! Making pickup way easy. The staff is always super friendly and helpful with suggestions. My husband and I are here at lease three times a month :)

Had a defective Vuber pen after three weeks. Went in and talked to Paul and he said he couldn’t do anything for me as it only had a two week warranty and I need to actually go to Vubers corporate office to get the warranty handled.Employee could not understand why this upset me and seemed like ridiculous customer service.Refused to provide the address for Vuber after I got upset.Will Never go here again. Ridiculous.

This is such a great and friendly place to shop! All the budtendors enjoy helping and educate their customer base. Great selection of cannabis and some cool accessories!! They have a few shops around them so their prices are competitive. Parking is a little tight, but that’s what happens when you’re right off of Lake city!!

Budtenders are always nice and knowledgeable, Ive always walked away a happy camper. They sell the best punching infused prerolls Ive seen so far (under $15 too!) and have an excellent selection of flower and strains. Not to mention a great online pre-order discount!

This dispensary has the best staff ever. Ive been coming here for about a year to get low THC-high CBD products to help with combat related PTSD, sleep issues, pain from injuries in the military. Their staff always walk me through their selection, are super friendly, & I always find what Im looking for. They even offer 10% off w/ my veteran ID.

I absolutely love this place! Everyone, from the ID checker to the bud specialist are friendly and helpful. Plus their products and pricea are better than any other place I have tried. So glad I found this shop and now it is the only place I go. Oh and check out their discounts and happy hour, they have happy hour twice a day. Granted once you go you get to be Happy whether you go during happy hours or not!

LOVE the place. I couldnt recommend this place enough. The staff is always helpful, and if you happen go there a lot it starts to feel like Cheers. I do miss my old dealer however the experience of being able to shop for weed in a safe place keeps me going back. Oh and ordering online is the way to go, you get a discount.

Was disappointed to learn their rewards program 20% off one non sale item coupon only applies to items 7g Or smaller when I came in to redeem the coupon I had saved for buying a sweet 28g deal. It’s Apparently one of the “restrictions”, it would be nice to include a link to the restrictions in your text when you get your reward. Seeing as you send links to your promos all the time that way. I found it dishonest and honestly would rather deal with other companies which are more straightforward and to the point with their program. Up to this point I found myself a reasonably satisfied customer with this establishment. But perhaps I’ll consider other venders for my needs in the future.

Herbn Elements is a great store. Informed staff will answer all your questions. If you pre-order what you want online, theres a 15 percent discount for almost everything (no discount stacking tho).They have pretty much every marijuana product you can think of. Location is kind of bad tho, its right off of a busy roadway; the parking situation is also not that great. the good part is that people are in and out pretty quickly.

No where near the vibe it used to have, no where CLOSE to the same product, and all the faces I loved seeing arent around anymore. Ill be shopping elsewhere. Seems to me like the service here is getting worse and worse. Went in last night to pick up an online order (where is this online isle I read about online?) and was rudly ignored by the MANAGER and his cohort, who both made eye contact with me and went to do something else. Fine, whatever. So I place an order tonight, online, get a confirmation email, and Im told they dont have my order ready. Fine, whatever. Next, Im told that I wont get the discount Ive gotten FOREVER there, as I am a veteran. Why else do I come here except for this discount? It certainly isnt for the friendly staff, to whom I always seem to be someone who could wait a while, even if no one was doing anything. I dont think that I will be back there any time soon; good thing Glass n Grass is close by.

Very friendly and plenty of staff(so I didnt have to wait for a bud tender, always is a +) nice clean inside, you cant miss it from the road. Parking is meh, but it is what it is. And its a pot shop that I would recommend if your in the Lake City area.

*Changed my review to five stars because of some great bud tenders but the website info still needs to be cleaned up! *Great selection of CBD and wellness products which I appreciate but make sure you’re getting what you think you are when ordering online to pickup. My order has been pulled wrong more than right, easily corrected in store but it’s kind of annoying. The staff is friendly, store is clean and they’re well stocked. The website also has quite a bit of wrong information in the cbd category which is where o look so I can’t speak to the site as a whole. i wish they’d correct the mg. and sizing info on some of the stuff.

I have been going here for years, the staff and selection have always been great here. A lot of other pot shops are now no longer offering discounts to MMJ patients (cough cough, Have a Heart (Lake Forest Park) and Theorem), but Herbn Elements still does. A littler further away from me, but definitely worth it.

My bud tender was very rude. I paid her, went to walk out and noticed she was examining my 5$ bill. I couldve just walked out and not cared, but it was counterfeit apparently. I then decided to get an advertised deal and she mis represented the deal. Along with all of that she made no eye contact, did not thank me and seemed as if I was inconveniencing her. I shop there very frequently and will never go to her till again. Very disappointed. Ive never been treated like that there. Smh

This place is great, well organized and easy to maneuver for all us smokers. Relaxed atmosphere with all the bud tenders usually talking about something fun amongst each other, they are never to distracted to greet you right when you walk in though and service is always immediate when you walk in the door.I only wish the screen menus were easier to maneuver, often times its packed with options and the print is small....making it overwhelming at times.Prices are killer, and again all around spectacular.

Very friendly shop with a decent selection. They have iPads you can use to browse the menus and place orders. They have products displayed in museum style glass cases and an ID counter by the front entrance. They are also a dog friendly shop and conveniently located on Lake City way.

This is the best place to go. Very clean atmosphere, very friendly staff, and really good selection. They seem to hire some of the most attractive women in Seattle, too. The only small tiny little complaint is the parking lot. At times, it gets completely full and there are only about 10 spaces to park. If something could be done about that, this place would deserve 6 stars.

Budtender was way too political! I let her know i didnt share her views and that i was there just trying to score some bud. After that her medial Customer service skills completely went away. You cant see most of the selections without asking to see them first. No clear pricing. Store did look nice inside. Ive been to just about every store and this experience was more awkward that your high school connection trying to get you to hook him up with an underage girl when hes 29.

Was a loyal customer and love their selection. However, even after over several dozens of transactions and purchases with them, herbn elements was not willing to hold an online order for me for only a few hours more than 24 hours, after I had placed an online order while out of town. I understand how its a rule, but I would think they could put into account my prior vast amount of purchases with them.Very disappointing, because several of the items I ordered will likely be out of stock by the time I can get there again on Friday morning. Hopefully *fingers crossed* my order will be returned to the shelf and they will still have the items, but if not, I probably will not be using this dispensary again. As somebody who works in customer service myself, I really do not appreciate the lack of respect and courtesy as a regular customer, who has purchased thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from them over the past year.

Horrible customer service, wont be going back there. Yall have an issue with at Mobile customers and your pre order system where you wont send a response or confirmation of a pre order through T Mobile customers. I tried for over an hour yesterday to get a ore order to go through and when I got there was told I dont qualify for the pre order discount because I have To Mobile. Literally had to send like ten requests and got no reply and when I went in the guy said I hadent waited long enough fo him to fill my order, an hour isnt long enough, so I couldnt get what I wanted. Yall have issues and dont deserve to be open to the public at this point with the way your employees are treating your customers and the lack of attention to your pre order system. Get your selves together you are a hot mess.
