Stellar service!!! Shout out to Dave W in Fremont!!! He is by far the most knowledgeable tender I have ever encountered. I have bought at other shops in the area, and left feeling very disappointed...as staff couldn’t answer basic questions. Dave went above and beyond to help me select the right product for me. Lux is now my go-to shop. I like their variety and find they have options for every price range. I’ve seen other reviews about price being on the higher side...it is, BUT I find that’s because they offer quality product. You get what you pay for.

I stopped in at this shop for my first time last night before the snow. I have to say the staff here is amazing and some of the most knowledgeable I’ve come across here in Seattle. A couple peoples were busy but the ones who weren’t all helped me out and gave their opinion. I’ve been testing the recommendations ;) and they’re all lit especially that grapefruit. They all seemed really excited about it. I will for sure continue shopping here just for the experience alone.

Stopped in to purchase a High Five Duo (Erig), through no fault of their own, I received a faulty device. I came in and told them the issue and the manager (Brian, I believe) was very helpful and exchanged it for a new one. Unfortunately, through no fault of their own again (lol) it happened to be another faulty device. I called them and they were extremely helpful and replaced the device again, no third degree. I’m extremely satisfied with their customer service and will be shopping there frequently. HIGH-LY (lol) RECOMMEND.

More amazing weed

I really like the staff here. I had one meh experience and I think that employee was just having a bad day. I’ve liked most of the recommendations I’ve gotten from employees and they’re always extremely nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Prices are a little higher but they still have good deals.Edit: I changed my review from 5 to 1 because my roommate went in here and another customer called her a racial slur. She was justifiably mad and yelled at this person, then she was the one who was banned. Not the person saying racial slurs. Extremely messed up.

Glad to have a shop closer to home. Staff seems great. Price wise, this is one of the more expensive shops Ive been too in seattle. If you buy an item or two I would recommend this place strictly for convenience. If your buying for the week or month I would go elsewhere. For example, a product that sells at the other shops goes for $11-15. Here it sells for almost $17. Another favorite of mine sell here for $13.25, other places sell for $10-12. Great building, great location and staff. Prices need to be worked on.

Knowledgeable and great hours fair pricing too

In a word: overpriced. No labels on any product, so just assume it is about $5 more expensive than you can get else where. Some of the workers know what they are talking about and others are completely clueless. Plenty of better shops out there, don’t waste your time or money. No discounts for military, seniors, or anyone- FULL PRICE for all!

I had a wonderful experience at Lux Pot Shop. I did not find the prices to be overpriced. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel so welcome!

I have been in a few times and have been less than satisfied- which is unfortunate since this is closest to my house. I have been offered Sativa when I asked for heavy, sleepy Indica; I was also given a product that had a list of pesticides that were used when I was very specific about pesticide free only. It’s seems the workers either don’t know the product or just don’t care. With the prices being as high as they are I would have assumed they at least hired the best workers...sadly not the case.
