My go to spot for RSO & CLEAN GREEN cannabis. The staff is the most friendly & knowledgeable. There is always someone willing to help me have the best cannabis (& shopping) experience. I always feel comfortable & listened to, even with my million questions & awkwardness. They also somehow manage to have the lowest prices & an amazing discount program!! If youve never been to a dispensary, you should definitely try Hashtag. They will make you feel at home in the store & more confident in your journey into cannabis.

Normally i love coming here, today the budtender told me i wasnt allowed to pick up and look at the gram i was trying to buy. whenever i have someone showing me oil from the case i check out the gram before i buy it to make sure its what i want to get, but today i wasnt allowed to inspect the gram, i tried to look at the label and the budtender told me i wasnt allowed to touch the grams they were showing me. i wish they had let me too, the person misled me about the consistency and the percentage.edit after reply: for a $50 gram i should be at least told the actual percentage instead of a guess. and because of the hand sanitizer you have at the front of the store, i assume that would minimize the risk of germs. i appreciate your offer but i feel as though you should have your employees more prepared to provide your customers with exact details as i shouldnt have been told the gram was 80% when it was 59%

Love Hashtag! Ill place an order online when Im already downtown, and its ready before I get there (less than 10 mins usually). They have a great selection, and consistently carry a large stock of specific items I need that I really struggle to find elsewhere - and I appreciate the discounts they often have going on, which make it more affordable for me. The staff are friendly and laid back, but very knowledgeable and helpful too, perfect mix. :) Plus their partnership with the Last Prisoner Project is amazing. If youre looking for a new shop to support, Id def recommend this one. Its pretty far from where I live (Im in Federal Way), but Ill keep coming back! Thanks Hashtag!

I came just before they closed and felt really bad but Shannon made me feel welcomed and happily helped me out. This was especially nice because I have very little knowledge when it comes to weed and had a hard time deciding what to get. She went over so many products with me and explained them all so clearly even while the store started closing. I’ve worked in customer service before and when it comes to closing, I would have been rushing out my customer and just telling them to buy the easiest product to explain. I don’t think I would of had the patience that she had and am super grateful for all the information she told me

Absolutely LOVE Hashtag- the staff is superb. We started coming to Hashtag after they moved locations because of how convenient it is. One thing that keeps me coming back, in addition to their weekly sales & generous discounts, is their contributions to Last Prisoner Project. We are very lucky we live in a state where recreational activities are allowed, and the fact that there are still people imprisoned and serving life sentences for something that is now legal in almost half the country is absurd. I’m glad Hashtag uses their space to educate others!

Very friendly atmosphere. The budtender was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to our needs and what we wanted and knew exactly what to suggest. Bottom line great customer service and cool environment.

3 times this place has tricked me (with their marketing via my phone) into driving across town, past multiple other shops, promising specific prices.Yet all three times Ive fallen for it, I was told when I arrived that only higher priced, similar items were available. Each time, I was only given the reasons it was my fault (you should have called to confirm that price before coming all the way over here, most people know we run out of that deal quickly and you needed to be here earlier, That price was sent to you by mistake...you need to understand we would/could never sell for that low so we cant honor the price we quoted. etc).Positives:-The place looked clean each time and I was greeted friendly & professionaly when I walked in.-If you can afford the higher prices and the few dollars per gram markup at the register from what you expect to pay, this place seems to have quality brands and while Ive not yet spent my money there, the loyalty program looks promising and the shop is well-lit and feels safe.-Im sure its a nice place once you get past the learning curve, however I did just unsubscribe from their text/emails because the most economical promotions have fooled me too many times to trust with my contact info.

Best dispensary Ive been to in any legal state. Better than any in Colorado, Oregon, California, and any of the others in Washington. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Never judgemental like a lot of others. Theyre trying to actually help you and not just rush you out the door. They have an incredible variety of products including cbg which you cant find many places. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants a good dispensary experience.

My rating is low because I have lost $200 on bad vaporizer products from them.I like disposable pens, and before moving to Seattle, my store in California had great products that always worked. The brands they have here either fail through halfway use, or never work at all. I cannot believe they would supply brands that do not work. Horrible business practice. If it didn’t work once that’s fine, but the fact that I have bought five pens that haven’t worked from them is on them.Will be looking for other stores in the area that provide better quality products.

Never a line! Hashtag is close to home and I can pre-order and pay and just walk in when I need something. I’m a HUGE fan of CBD oil for sleep and RSO oil as well. As a cancer survivor I have found cannabis an absolute necessity. The bud tenders here are very knowledgeable and if they are not knowledgeable they will tell you versus acting like they know what they’re talking about when they don’t. Oh! and they give $2 bills when they give you change. It’s the little things like that that are super cool!

It’s especially appreciated how welcoming this location is to military and veteran customers.Sam and Monica are genuine and helpful — largely the reason for this update. Great experience! Very helpful employees who had great advice. I wish I got the name of the guy who helped us, but he was friendly and knowledgeable. he showed us which strands he was jazzed about and introduced us to infused sodas. The other guy in the store heard we were on a road trip, and ran to get us a map that had all the dispensaries along the way to help us out! Beautiful store filled with kind people!

They have a great selection of products! The only complaint is last time i went in an employee came up to help me and got super close then proceeded to pull his bandana off of his face. I have an auto immune disease so I immediately started stepping away from him. He never get the idea to put his “mask” back on. He also had his mask off the entire time he touched the products i bought. I know it doesn’t seem like a huge deal but those of us who are more vulnerable than others rely on face coverings and other precautionary steps to help reduce the risk of infection while we go out to get our medication.

Jeremy was incredibly helpful and the product selection was awesome. I got a saints pre-roll that was probably the tastiest thing Ive had in awhile.

One of my favorite dispensaries in the Seattle area. They have more selection than other places and usually some deals going on so dont miss out. The others try to compete but dont. They always have fresh products and friendly/ knowledgeable budtenders. If you know your stuff they dont act like they are all knowing because every patient and smoker is different and everybody reacts differently to things. Shout out to HashTag for staying legit and cant wait to see the new shop!

Awesome store

I’ve smoked weed a few times here and there just for fun. But my doctor recommended edibles for my pain and dislocation disorder. I knew nothing about edibles but the person was so kind and knowledgeable. Helped me find what would truly help me and even in my price range.Yesterday I saw myself again for the first time in years. Pain free, stress free, without being stoned out of my mind. I just saw myself. I haven’t see her in a long time and I’m crying just thinking about it.Couldn’t be more thankful.

Just an awesome place. Ive been to Have A Heart and Dockside and the Joint and several other dispensaries. This one is personal, friendly, informative, not intimidating in the slightest. A great place for someone whos new to dispensaries, or smoking thc/cbd in general. Ordering online, at least currently, gets you 15% off and thats a steal. Its more than worth a visit. Its worth being the only dispensary you do 🙂💖

Excellent choices, terffic prices. This was my second time coming out here, its a two hour trip that I honestly dont have to make. Ive done it twice because I loved the one in Redmond, however the same level of customer service I was shown there hasnt been shown here. So Im sorry to say I wont be coming back anytime soon.

Brought my 80-year-old mom in with me. Shes finally seeing the light. A very patient and thoughtful budtender got her set up with an awesome balm that helps with her aches and pains. Its just a miracle, she says! I was also recommended an excellent strain when given my parameters. So good that when I inquired at my shop at home I found it to be $10 more. Will be stopping by whenever Im in town.

I was in Seattle for two weeks and out of all the places I hit up in a 15 miles radius while there this was my favorite. Staff is friendly, enthused, and helpful. What really sold me on the place was an employee by the name of mom who acted as a door person and general conversationalist. I adore her.

Im a big weight lifting and am always looking for a better energetic high that has a solid body high component which wont make my sluggish mentally. He nailed it. 11/10. Rating increased from 1 to 5 stars: I believe in second chances. A few months later my friend and I came back on her recommendation. The atmosphere was a 180: nobody seemed stressed and we were helped in a timely manner. The sales person was very knowledgeable and fun to talk to and the products offered were of a wide and reasonably priced variety. Thank you for a better experience.---Staff ignored me to help guests who entered after I initially arrived, nbd. Quickly made my selections and was informed they only take cash so I quickly went to the ATM in store and went right back to the counter, nbd. Employees helped three other people who arrived after I had again been patiently waiting for a few minutes just to give cash and go. Four service reps and not one asked why I was still just standing there at the register obviously looking for help. The guy initially selling to me was adjacent and couldn’t stop helping new clients for two seconds to either ask another employee to help me or simply take my cash himself even though he made it sound like he would help me as soon as I returned. Stood for a few more seconds and then just left. Will keep my business elsewhere. Unfortunate I spent the $2 to get cash from their ATM.

Placed an online order. This order was confirmed but when I went to pick it up they didn’t have the items I requested. Drove a good distance to this location wasted time and money only to be disappointed. They could of said sorry or have honored the discount at another location that had the item but they did NOTHInG to resolve the matter. Nothing. I’m Never again going to shop here or any other location .

One of the better rec shops Ive found. I came in just before closing to look for an edible, the staff was obviously trying to close down for the day, but they still took their time talking to me, cracked some jokes, and smiled the whole time. I felt very welcome even though it was closing time.

Super frustrated with my purchase. First I tried to buy a product inside the case and it wasnt available to actually buy. So I kindly ask for the the next strongest item. She grabs me one at random. I leave and begin to smoke and after roughly 5 rips realize Im not even getting high. Then I start to investigate the package further and she sold me a God damn 1 to 1 pen that will never get me high at all. Not to mention I get top rated vape pens in my city for 30 dollars BEFORE any discounts and the cheapest option which I purchased was 45. Every single part of the experience was awful. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because I feel like the lady who helped me was still nice and everything.
