Shopped here on and off over the years. Wanted to express that the service and selection in the store has dramatically improved from my prior visits. The staff here rocks.My last several visits, the employees were happy and having a blast. Everyone was laughing and working with product and chatting about cannabis. They clearly enjoyed their jobs. Ive been in this industry a long time and this kind of positive energy speaks volumes.The reason why I point this out is that I know the last year and a half has been hard on everyone.I walk into some shops and am greeted by a crew of morose drones who couldnt care less what your needs are or what you buy. (Looking at you Herbn and Lake City Ikes)Here youll get cared for by a crew that knows its stuff.As a bonus, was greeted at the door by an adorable shop dog with a stuffed dinosaur in his mouth. He had stoic eyes that said Here is my toy. You are now obligated to provide me with affection

I cannot say enough about this place.. YOU GUYS ARE MY FAV. Mostly because it feels like when you walk in they know you they know their product and based on your previous visits they ask questions.. yes Ill take a bag or joint of what they recommend .. which is a big deal to me.. picking chronic weed is my gift in life. Its nice to know other people feel the same!! They are the best. This was a fire line strain that was insane.. yeah these are my go to peeps for flower joints carts and intro to CBD.

INCREDIBLE service, staff, product and overall experience. Weve gone there many many times with wonderful experiences. More often than not, you get the used car dealership feeling at other stores where they push more expensive products on you, but not here. Today there was a mix up with a product. I wanted indicias and while having a conversation there was a mix up in strains that I didnt realize until I got home. I called the store and explained what happened. Without hesitation, they told me to come back in and I could swap out strains. I strongly suggest you give this store a try if you havent and want a great experience with great prices. Look no further than here!

Come to this place weekly, and budtender Matt is the best. I usually come in and grab my same brand at the same price, but when theyre out of it, he goes above and beyond to find other strains/brands that will fit in to a similar price range with my particular taste in mind. Dude knows his stuff for sure! Dont know what you want? Ask Matt. Not familiar with edibles? Ask Matt. Had a previous bad experience here? (Im talking to you, one-star people) Ask for Matt. This place has been my favorite weed shop for the last two years, not only do they have a great selection they also have a great team. The manager is super chill and the staff are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable to what I’m looking for. I’ve never once walked out of there displeased! So thanks for everything you guys! They dont take vertical ids and nothing is mentioned of it on their website or on front door. Not until you get inside do they tell you they wont serve you.

I love this recreational marijuana store! Grass and Glass rocks! After going to numerous marijuana stores over the years, this is the only one I go too now. Once you find a store like this, you wont go anywhere else! From their happy hour deals (10% off anything in the store), to their point system (1 point for ever dollar spent), that you can use for a even bigger discount (up to a additional 30% off your purchase), I think youll agree this is going to be your pot store of choice. I gotta give my main man (Aaren Wansley) a shout out. He is the best bud tender Ive ever dealt with, hands down. I go to grass and glass all the time and I always seem to get him as my bud tender. Hes insanely knowledgeable about all the strains, edibles, concentrates and paraphernalia!

They have an impressive stock across price ranges, potencies, and products. One of the best concentrate inventories in the area for a long time.

OVERALL REVIEW:10/10 would recommend. Super cool employees, very quick to help, and great/competitive prices. They even said I could bring my dog inside! Standard ID when you enter (with a waiting area) and edibles to the left, flower in the center, cartridges on the right, and glass inbetween. The point program is GREAT and well worth signing up for, even if youre only going a few times.SPECIFIC TO MY ORDER:The range of products (even Delta 8 THC) Is awesome so I left with a small pack of gummies ($15), two 1 gram cartridges (one $30 and one $36). I really appreciate that the EXCISE TAX is inluded in the price as well. Grass and Glass is definitely a place Im going back to.

Very large store but not a larger selection than even the smallest stores. Last time I was there, they werent medically endorsed. I need high CBD products and them not being medically certified, they cant carry the higher CBD products though that couldve changed since I was there last. I also dont get a discount, which I get at least 10% up to 40% at the medically endorsed stores. The employees Ive dealt with were not very knowledgeable about their products or my needs. Not trying to be funny, but I think they use a little too much of their own buds, when at work. It is a fairly easy location to get to. They do have some great glass creations.

The best service and pricing in the area. The staff is approachable, professional, nice, has an amazing amount of product knowledge, and concise with their recommendations. There are at least four different shops that are closer to my home, but I still make the drive to this store. Cannabis Dispensaries are a dime a dozen in Seattle. This store is the shiny Sacagawea Dollar coin, buried in the couch cushions, that you find with the all of the dimes, pennies, nickels, and quarters.

Huge selection, great prices, and the staff is friendly and down to earth. Not even sure who to shout out, my boy Marc is so legit but all around they do such a good job hiring. Keep it up!

I want the public to know how WELL the G&G team handled my customer service experience.Both Alex and Josh tag teamed the issue with texts and phone calls. These guys are great, really out to help you! Every time I go in, I am impressed with their knowledge, whether its a high-CBD tincture for my medical needs or flower, I tell them what kind of effect I want, how much I want to spend, and they have me covered with great product every time. This is my favorite dispensary in North Seattle. All of the budtenders are super great here, and the prices are very reasonable. My favorite Tenders there are Joe and Josh.These two are always friendly and go out of their way to show me best quality products within my budget.

The discount structure makes it a definite stop for stocking up on all your favorite cannabis products.
