I tried a couple other shops and was lucky to enter this one. They had the best customer service the lady at the door had a very welcoming smile and friendly demeanor (blue hair). The man at the counter was knowledgeable with excellent customer service. I recommend this shop prices are very reasonable

Recommend shopping around. Prices aren’t that great. Online discount is pathetic. New store feels like a high security prison. Doesn’t have the welcoming vibe like other places in the area. Parking is also a joke.

I only shop there to see Zach. He’s the best tender in town. Plus, he’s go the cutest pup!!! Always a pleasure to deal with.

I went into the establishment and was immediately greeted with hostility, and was told to takeoff my mask and show the cameras because there’s been a ring a robberies, given that I’m a dark skinned Black person, it was obviously racism, don’t shop here!

These guys not only have a great selection but their crew know how to help you get what your looking for. Have selection at all price points it would seem. Gone in multiple times, helped by Kate and Bee, both of which were polite, helpful, and found me some good s#!t. Parking/line can get busy during peak hours.

I love the budfolks, and Aaron the security guard, and much of whats carried, but I may need to change my shopping habit -- they no longer carry Mobius Blood Orange here (or any Uncle Ikes) and its the best stuff! Gonna have to start looking around I guess. Says nothing about what they have and who they are, just need something theyve chosen not to offer.

2 for 1! Ben and Bee were amazing! I had a leaky cartridge and some machine error on the sku number left them unable to process the switch. They both took their time and by some weed fairy magic they were able to get me a new cartridge. I love this shop, and the people make every experience a great one!

I dont know what happened to this place. I was going here a couple of times a week until today. Service Service Service this place has none! They were closed this morning for no apparent reason. I called this afternoon 2 times and the phone wasnt answered at all the first time, then after ringing for way too long I was put on hold for nobody to ever coming back on the line before being disconnected. Other stores in the area get better dank and have better people.

Aaron the security guard is alway very kind and welcoming to me! I love visiting and talking with him, he also helped me get my locked keys out of my car!!! One of the nicest people ive met, he makes the shopping experience so much better!

Loved my first visit here. The lady with the glasses who helped me is sweet, the security guard seems like an all-around great guy, and the other staff members seemed chill, also.. Definitely will come back to this place instead of the others I’ve been to.-Papa John’s guy lol

Ive been into this shop multiple times in and always had a positive experience. Everyone is polite and the Cannabis Consultants help me find what Im looking for every time! Bee has been particularly helpful and always sends me home with great product.

Firs time shopping here.. you have to wait cause they only let 2 people inside but not long wait was worth it. Is a guard at the door checking for IDS.. they have a atm inside and the girls are very friendly specially for me Brittni she help me out so good! I waited in line for 15 min only to be turned away. Don’t waste your time here. The staff is rude. Go to herb(n) elements across the street. They are way nice and they are way nicer and have a 15% discount if you order online. I swear I’m not an ad. I just had a bad experience with uncle Ike.

Well-stocked, staffed with friendly faces! I was helped by Bee who explained the various strains to my uninitiated self with the patience of a saint, and helped me select some Chemdawg (which in addition to being helpful for my OCD, also sounds like the name of a 1990s saturday morning cartoon villain. whats not to like?) Will return upon running out, which will likely take a little bit because I have the tolerance of an anemic Victorian waif

I never review, but I had a great experience here! I was a little nervous because it was my first time going to a dispensary, but Bee was incredibly helpful and patient with me! I’ll definitely be coming back!

If I could leave 6 stars, I would. I live within a quarter mile of 3 pot shops, but I only go here. Great service on all fronts (security, bud tenders, etc.). Rylan is usually my bud tender, and he always knows exactly the right strain when I tell him what I want to feel from it. Highly recommended!

My first experience going into Uncle Ike’s I walked in with many questions and not much knowledge on the product but thankfully for their staff member Bee they were able to help me out tremendously !! Bee has such an amazing attitude towards customers and for that reason I will now always choose this Uncle Ike’s in Lake City for my goodies 😊

Poorly trained, unknowledgeable staff. Last straw was when I called checking availability for a banger and a reclaim catcher, and the employee was like a deer in the headlights. They said they had no idea what either thing was, so I explained what they were and she just went “uhhhhhhhh” for like 3 seconds until I just hung up.

This place has great deals. They also make you stand outside while they help 1-2 people at a time in the tiniest weed store in town. Theyre the worst. If you can afford it, go to Herbn Elements across the street.

Terrible weed shop with unfriendly employees. The security guard stands outside the front door. Its very intimidating and doesnt create a good environment for customers, not only of Ikes but the other businesses within the strip mall. There are plenty of wonderful weed stores in the same area in Lake City to patron - dont waste your money here.
