Not a bad place. Average. Prices are average for Seattle shops but they do have special discounts on certain days. Also carry a couple of brands I dont see that often. Staff seems to lack knowledge if you like all the info for your product.

I was so bummed when Satoris took over Have a Heart because I was a medical patient. However, immediately I was still offered a discount which was really nice! Now that most of the medical programs have been discontinued at dispensaries around town, I’m so happy to have Satoris which accepts medical card patients and offer full discount. Good prices, good selection and nice workers:)

Just bought an once of sub division mimosa flower that cost $280 and when i got home as soon as i opened the jar I could smell sulfur and it made my throat close up instantly without even smoking it

Nice little neighborhood shop. It had been here before recreational weed was legalized as a medical shop. Knowledgeable staff and good prices. Always an easy in out experience. They also have online ordering (for in store pickup) if youre in to that sort of thing.

Every time I have visited the have a heart Fremont location everyone here has been nothing but warm today. As soon as you walk in the door you have a whole bunch of experts ready to help you with whatever your needs are. There are almost to many a great employees here for me to name but Talia stands out as well as Lance. I always enjoy the time here and love the products!

My complaint is with a staff member. One member of the staff was rude to me while I was asking him for assistance. He spoke to me in a belittling way. I won’t be more specific than that in this format, but I will not be returning.

Been going here for a few months because it’s closest to my house. Perfectly fine dispo, never had any issues with buying a product. However, recently there has been a lot of staff turnover and a drop customer service.

This was probably one of the nicest and most helpful places Ive ever been. Super low pressure, everyone was incredibly friendly, and they had some (non-infused) treats for our dog while she hung out. Great selection, great prices, and Josh, Tony and Marie were amazing!

Every time I come here the staff are really rude and condecending. Especially the woman with a half shaved green head and drawn on eyebrows! Avoid her at all costs! You would think that they would be a little more nice and joyful considering the fact that they have the easiest job ever! All in all this is a really nice store in a great location. It would be great to see the customer service improve. But until then I will not be returning.

This place is great. Every time I walk in I feel welcomed by all the staff. They have a huge variety of products, the store is very neat and well kept, and conveniently placed very close to my house which makes it even better! I spoke with Talia and she was very helpful and patient while I was shopping.

I havent been to another dispensary yet. They are always having deals and they always offer a percent off. I love how helpful they are and how they are very knowledgeable. They keep it real and dont game you just to make you buy the weed.

Great store. Huge selection of items at good prices. Nice folks and good vibe. Only issue I have is selection. Popular strains always seem to be gone and Im stuck trying strains in place of my usual meds that I know work for me. Some are hit n miss but I miss when I could come in and have three strains in mind and walking out with one or two at least. Keep up the sales and member appreciation days-they rock!! Cant remember the name of the young guy workin there, but extremely helpful to the group of us who were visiting Seattle for the weekend. Im sure they get lots of annoying tourists in there, but I think our mutual interest in and appreciation for the product really paved they way for great conversation and wonderful advice/recommendations. The most friendliest crew Ive experienced living in seattle. Thankfully they dont have a crazy amount of stock to bombard you with. Budtenders are super informative and not of a condescending way which Ive experienced with other dispensaries. They even have pop up cannabis companies that come and display their products to offer more information. Neighborhood focused dispensary and I like that.

I used to be a regular customer here. By regular customer I mean I literally didnt shop anywhere else. I live less than a mile from the Fremont store and work 2 blocks from the Belltown location, so until today at least, I was kindly given the locals discount.Well, today I went in for my usual weekly purchase, and was informed that since my zip code doesnt fall under their list for the discount, I wasnt getting it. Even after explaining that Ive been a regular customer for a long time and showing on the map that I live less than a mile away, because I am not in an approved zip code I will no longer be eligible for the discount.I doubt they care, but theyve lost a long time customer today.

THANKS!Went here 2 evenings in a row as a medical patient. The first evening I was initially helped by a redheaded man whose name I dont remember. I looked for a while and eventually he rolled off into the back. Didnt see him again for a while.. Later was helped by Chris, who was very helpful. Unfortunately I give it a three to three-and-a-half because Im a medical patient and these prices are unacceptable for medical patients. I was given what I was told was a large discount and I was still paying $12 a gram!In general recreational shops are very restrictive and many times have dried flower because theyre put in a big puffy pack. This is extremely unfortunate for medical patients who are used to high quality medicine to treat their ailments. The state model shows that once again greed rules their decisions and that they lack human compassion. And so they helps others to suffer. Do unto others...
