This-shop used to be awesome! Props to Pops on the keyboard making the visit more upbeat!Kedrick is amazing every time too . But generally, Customer service during Covid has gone down drastically though. Newer staff appear to be consistently annoyed and the attitude just gets worse. One particular staff I’ve noticed has a different attitude depending on the skin tone and gender identity of customers.White, fluid customers are openly welcomed enthusiastically while straight appearing Black & Brown customers are often treated with annoyance and indifference. It’s quite blatant and I’m not the only one who’s noticed that. Comparatively, prices are higher here than in several other local shops. I give 2 stars for their great selection and variety. For a positive vibe, I’m pondering other shops now.

Small shop with good vibes. Day time staff seems moody at times. Night time staff seems like a happier group of workers, Marcus is super, Ken the door man is polite and kind. The only problem I have with ponder is their pricing compared to other places. They charge $10-$15 more than others for an 1/8 and that double as you go up in weight. I love Sweet Water Farms but Id never get it from Ponder when its $15 cheaper at Ikes. Bring them prices down and quit over charging!!!

Recently downhill. my experience today wasnt knowledgeable amd helpful, it was allowing me to choose something i had already vocalized not wanting based on packaging. this cart tastes like perfume. sad.

Excellent venue. I try to shop locally, small biz and /or family owned if possible. I try to shop at Ponder vs the larger franchise shops, where a person can often feel like a dollar sign on a conveyor belt. I was reminded this afternoon just how pleasant, and different it is to work with kind solution oriented individuals when problem solving. Calling Ponder and being able to have a conversation; knowing I can make an inquiry with someone who really cares vs someone rolling their eyes on the other on the other end of the phone makes a real difference. Taking time with customers is sometimes important. Ponder really represents at the best in small business values and approach. Please frequent this local small business !!

Went into this location last night and man was it an experience to remember for the rest of my life.. what happened to me at this shop was absolutely rare!! I called and spoke with Marcus.. very very stand up, kind, and caring person as well as he without a doubt is very loyal to this shop!! As I’m I’m in the store all 3 of the employees.. not just 1.. but all 3 of them greeted me, talked to me, and asked how I was doing!!! Whoever was working with Marcus on may 26th just before closing time were awesome as well!! Not very often you get people that care about the customers as much as they care about the place they work at.. I would do whatever is needed to make sure these guys go nowhere!!! These 3 individuals are very rare to the point of almost being “one of a kind” and I met 3 of these kinds of people in 1 building... amazing!!!!!!

He took time to personally coordinate a special one-on-one educational meeting with my father to go over the different products available, how they worked and all of the options available for his needs. He has issues with his lungs and wanted to understand all of the options for his unique situation. A great location in Capitol Hill Seattle and friendly, knowledgeable team. They have a pretty decent selection and the prices are somewhat reasonable. And the staff are pretty cool too.

My husband and I visited from out of town and this place was within walking distance of where we were staying. We went the first night we got in and the staff was very friendly and recommended some great product at fantastic prices. (Way cheaper than I was expecting after being in Colorado.) The next day we visited the larger chain across the street, and were disappointed in the huge step down in atmosphere. In fact, we wanted to restock on some supplies and ended up going back to Ponder because of how impressed we were with them. Absolutely recommend checking them out.

This is my go-to shop. They have the best staff and a wide selection. Happy hour pricing is %15 off!Also they recently updated their reward program which is great because it means I’m getting even more discounts and spending less overall. They have a great top-shelf selection but they also have some super inexpensive options from sustainable growers, which is great around the holidays when I’m strapped for cash. Dog friendly, for friendly dogs, and people friendly for friendly people.

Went straight to Ponder based on the rating. I was amazed at the selection. Also the fact that there are testers to smell the product and choose which one you like the best!! I was able to truly experience the dispensary. Love the Silica Phoenix chocolates!! Absolutely made my vacation!!!

I really enjoy coming here. Nice people, informed about their products, diverse employees who are obviously treated well. I wish their selection were larger, but it is quality over quantity. You dont have to wonder if youre being poisoned by pesticides coming here.

UPDATE 01/24/2019PONDER responded immediately to me, offering me to speak with the director of operations, Charles, and they called me back ASAP.Charles and I talked, and I acknowledge the importance of being compliant + the pressure they must face from the state, but he assured me that was not the customer service they want to be.Went in person, we talked about CD, the closeness of all the rad business, and I am glad to give them another chance, b/c they care about the community the service.Thank you giving me a chance to see what you guys are truly about.

Compact but holds a wide and complete selection only lacking of glassware. For the most part the bud tenders are patient and thoughtful and it always seems the doormen are welcoming. Chill and personal vibe compared to nearby Uncle Ikes. I prefer to stop by and within a couple minutes be out with a low price but high quality herbal remedy. They also hold some higher priced but very well-crafted goods. You can tell they ponder upon these things and they seem happy to help you ponder too.

Great little dispensary, has quality product at reasonable prices. I wouldnt say that they have the lowest prices, and I think have a heart has slightly higher quality product. However, the staff here is really friendly and it has a nice smaller store feel to it. Definitely a place to check out at least once, if only to compare prices and quality of product.

Best herb shop in the city! There are a lot of shops near my house but I make the trip over to ponder because it is always worth it. The budtenders are always super friendly and helpful always willing to take the time to answer any questions you may have and help you find new products that you may like. Pretty good, lines are much shorter than Ikes and prices are reasonable. Selection of quality oils is sometimes lacking unless youre made of money, cheap oils are usually just mediocre except a few brands that are hard to find in stock. I usually go here first and then shop around if I dont find what I want.

Recently, Ponder, listening to their customers, found a way we can pay for weed using our credit cards. Its an app called Can Pay. The con is it takes up to three days before money is taken from your account, but the pro is you get to use your card, avoid those little feeds, dont need your wallet except for I.d. On the way in. The staff is the best although theyve gotten some newbies in there. I dunno... Ponder is the best.

Low quality, high prices and staff that is neither friendly nor knowledgeable. They have nothing to say about their products what makes them good, what bud has what qualities. If You ask for a reccomendation which I have most times I went there the last 3 months, they probably won’t have one for you. You have to know what you want before you go in or you might be in for a really pleasant experience. Also they only have 2 products with grams under 10 dollars and they are not regularly stocked so sometimes you are forced to buy more premium stuff. But that’s also just how it is nowadays.

Truth is, I really come by just to see McKenzie(sp?) and just so happen to buy pot while Im there. I buy pot even if she isnt, just to save some time. But shes really where its at. Super friendly and amazingly helpful - she was instrumental in finding a strain I liked. Thanks to her in-depth product knowledge, she was able to recommend a strain Im just crazy in love with! Made a total believer out of me and I cant praise pot, Ponder, or McKenzie enough!

Man, I wish I was back in the area to have easier access to this shop! The security here is by far the best! They are fun and laid back and seem to remember those who frequent. Daily happy hour is the best, btw,and something I miss. You prices are comparable to others in the area. My only issue is that your staff knows nothing about vape options! I smoke a variety of ways and like to pick up at least one cartridge on my visit. I was asking about brands and battery options and that couple people I have encountered knew nothing about cartridges. Flower was a hit though and was what kept us going back though! Keep being friendly!
