This company is misleading. They have high acuity patients and don’t attend to them never answer the phones or patient inquiries. They miss referrals don’t properly manage physicians licenses. They don’t follow through on patients. They claim they submit authorizations and referrals and they don’t I called the insurance company and specialty pharmacy to verify and nothing was done. They sit on referrals for high acuity patients who need treatment with no movement. Their staff is not qualified and don’t care for patient care.
