I have been looking for a good OBGYN office in San Diego for some time. Ive been to two others since being here that made me feel like one of way too many patients (appointment was rushed, not personal, no parking at the offices, etc). I found Suzannes office through my insurance and I feel so lucky that I did! She was so friendly and didnt push anything I wasnt asking about. The staff are very sweet and chatty in a good way (always a plus 😊). I would definitely recommend Suzanne or the office in general if she is not available. I didnt have to wait forever for an annual appointment either! I also had to move up my appointment last minute due to work travel and they were happy and fast to accommodate. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend.

I loved my experience at Womens Health Care. I found their office after going to a family planning clinic and wanting a more intimate office during my pregnancy. My primary doctor was Dr. Iris Arrieta. Both my partner and I loved working with her, she answered all of our questions and we never felt rushed. She definitely made my pregnancy experience a positive one. During the week of my due date, she informed me that she may not be my doctor during delivery, as she was not on call. Dr. McNally was my delivery OB and she was super wonderful. I cant thank these two doctors enough.

Doctor Underwood is amazing, and I actually met with all of the Doctors during my pregnancy in case I had to deliver with someone else (Due right between Christmas and New Years!). They were all very helpful and careful to give informed advice while still leaving choices in my hands. I deliberated a lot between VBAC and a C-section and they were respectful and supportive during the whole decision making process. Nurses and other staff were always helpful and pleasant.

I called to book an appointment, she took all of the insurance information and she told me she will check the insurance coverage then will confirm the appointment. After few days, she told me their group is covered by the insurance and confirmed the appointment. Today when I went to my appointment, one in the reception staff told me we are not covered by this insurance any more! So why you checked the insurance by phone and confirmed the appointment!! She asked I dont know who talked to you and she doesnt want even to try to contract the insurance again!! After waiting 10 days for the appointment, it is simply canceled, just a bad and suck clinic

Ive been going to Dr. Brahmbhatt for many years, although as an older adult I thought she was too young. I am impressed with her professionalism and high standards. She always takes the time to answer my questions and is also kind and considerate. Dr. Brahmblatt has saved my life. For the negative experience one of the reviewers had, I think its the exception and not the norm.

Dr. Underwood is the sweetest, most compassionate OBGYN I have ever met in my life. I am sick and miserable and pregnant and she has made all the difference between hope and despair. I would recommend her to any woman who is looking for a doctor who has brain as well as heart! Two thumbs way, way up!

What a terrible office to work with! I was a patient of Womens Health when the office was located on Frost street and Dr. McNally was my doctor during both of my pregnancies. My recent experience with the staff at the new location was unacceptable. I had an appointment with Dr. Hoover who went over an issue with me and when I called to follow up after not receiving a prescription that was discussed, I got completely different information. In additional to that the person who called me back was rude and completely unsympathetic to the fact that I had received such poor care and service. But, what did she care, she was just the messenger. Dont waste your time here.

We went recently in hopes of looking into PCOS my wife has been dealing with and it ended up being a horrific experience. This woman was surprised that my wife had such good vitals while heavily pushing for lap-band surgery for over 20 minutes, while also telling my wife that if we tried to have a child through IVF we would be wasting our money because she would miscarry. Absolutely unprofessional and abusive behavior the entire time. Never addressed her medical history, dismissed her pcos symptoms and experiences, never even mentioned how her exam was going, just berated my wife about her weight and pushed for invasive surgery.

Very poor customer service. With this being my first pregnancy I was excited to find my first OBGYN. Having a rocky medical background many questions were being asked. After being called a liar multiple times regarding my medical history I left quite baffled and shocked wondering why Id have a reason to LIE. While calling today to ask for a Dr. Note for work and they once again questioned if I was even as sick as Ive claimed considering I hadnt been to the hospital in 5 days. They claimed I was a liar about a medicine I was prescribed at the HOSPITAL saying Dr. Would not prescribe this medicine Im early pregnancyI have lost 8lbs within 5days while this medication is not ideal, if Im able to keep one meal down then its been a successful day. I am very unhappy with the entire situation. I Was due to go back for my 12 week scan but will be finding a more professional office to continue on with my pregnancy.

Dr. Underwood and her MA are awesome. Unfortunately, the support staff, including the office manager arent so stellar. The front desk staff and billing coordinator were short with me on more than one occasion when trying to schedule and get an error on my bill fixed, and the office manager is unreachable. And as other reviewers have noted, CHECK YOUR BILLS AND KNOW YOUR BENEFITS!!! They are questionable in their billing practices--Im a biller myself and have checked with colleagues as well. It has been like pulling teeth to get them to correct their error and months later, I am still dealing with it. Both I and my insurance provider have left multiple unreturned messages for the office manager, who everyone refers you to speak to in order to get corrections made...unfortunately for Dr. Underwood, their lack of customer service has driven me away.

Terrible. Everyone here acts like they are doing you some great favor by doing their job. Theyll treat you like your an idiot for not knowing the way quest diagnostics returns their test results. The front desk is ghetto and the nurses are the rudest people Ive ever worked with. Seriously go anywhere but here in San Diego

My second pregnancy with them and I must say dr. Arrieta and Wendy her M.A are great. They always have a smile on their face. And are always there to help

Love Dr. McNally, she is a great doctor.But I am not impressed with the support staff at all. Very rude and never returned voicemails! Its not my problem your office only has one person answering calls/voicemails. Also, 24 hours to return calls is a joke. Left a voicemail and nothing for a week. Called again, answering service faxed my request to be called back and still nothing. A private practice should have better staff and procedures for contacting their patients.Not worth the hassle of dealing with the office staff, not having the courtesy to return calls...medical and billing questions. This office has lost my trust and now I need to find a new obgyn.

I think the medical care has been very good. This is for customer service. I had an appointment which they couldnt find at first with Dr. Arrietta. They then found an appointment. When I went to go in, Dr. Reagan came in. This is someone Ive never met to do a colonoscopy. No one told me I was switching doctors.

Womens Health Care in San Diego urgent care facility got me in right away and was very clean. Will definitely go back.

Had two pregnancies with dr. Arrieta, she’s great. Also dr. underwood is really nice i love this place. I recommend this clinic staff are great couldn’t ask for a better service.

Teresa at the desk is a liar. She told me that i had to pay almost 150 bucks toward my deductiable knowing good and well i didnt have one. She argued with me till i payed. I called BCBS and they confimred. Saw the dr in Jan and its almost April and i still have not gotten my money back and they will not return my call. DO NOT SEE THIS PLACE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS,

Dr. Arietta is phenomenal, she is very caring and respectful. However, as much as I love my doctor the staff is very unprofessional and extremely rude. Dr. Arietta took out one of my ovaries due to some complications and when I went for a follow up her staff had prepared for a staple removal for a delivery op.. I did not have any stitches or a baby.. It was very awkward. Other times they mixed my appointment times and days with me and refused to see me.

Great experience going on third pregnancy and have come here for all of them!

Im reading the reviews and Im actually really surprised! I had a wonderful experience with my last 2 pregnancies! Everybody from the receptionists, nursesto the doctors were so nice and helped every step of the way.In 2006 I was pregnant with my second child. My doctor was McNally. I had a lot of complications throughout the pregnancy. It was a really rough time, but they were all very helpful. My due date was January 7 but my daughter was born early, Christmas morning 2 am and Dr. McNally was there coaching the whole time.6 years later, Im pregnant with my 3rd and I was lucky enough to have Dr. McNally again! The whole experience was great and helpful as before and 2 days after Christmas 2012 she helped us deliver baby #3!The reason Im posting so late is because a dear friend of mine is now pregnant with her first and I recommended this clinic. I saw all the reviews and the wad not at all my experience. I feel all these wonderful women belief me through a beautiful but stressful time in my life. I definitely need to post something positive since people are so quick to put something negative. I want to day thank you to these lovely ladies!!!!! Worse doctors office EVER .Who forgets to have certain test on on time . And there wait time is ridiculous!!! I come early and they still take forever to even get you in the room , once your in the room they take even longer !!!!And the doctors , seriously terrible the nurses seem like they care about their job more than the docs im one week passed due and my doctor doesnt wanna induce me until i reach 42 weeks this is so annoying my body hasnt made progress , and yet the doctor is being annoying. Would not recommend mcnally shes soooooo rude and doesnt care what you have to say . . I definitely wont be going back for my postpartum visit .
