Customer service was terrible. People were very impatient and rude while trying to schedule an appointment. Parking was a nightmare. Paylot had a sketchy system and no spots Ended up parking on the street and walking a half mile in 100 degree weather to my Cardiology appointment. Thank goodness I didn’t have a heart attack. I will make sure my physician never sends me here again.

Best doctors, nurses and, support staff. I have been with Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group for over 15 years. I have received nothing less than first rate medical care.

Paid out of pocket full expenses at the time of my appontment. Not only have I received a bill stating I owe them for the amount I already paid, I receieved it AGAIN after I called to let them know that I paid which they could see in their system. This is so WRONG as I could see an elderly person thinking they forgot to pay. Been trying to call them to get this sorted but their system says their phone lines are backed up and then hangs up on me. You guys are wasting my time and patience. This should be illegal.

For the most part I have had good experiences with Rees Stealy for my healthcare! Nurses are awesome, doctors pretty good. The challenge is getting a timely appt. What used to take a few weeks at most now can be 2-5 months..which I attribute to Obamacare, since that was when the change came. Its more like socialized medicine for us regular folk.

I recently filed a complaint with Sharp Ree Stealy about receiving unnecessary services because the doctor required it and stuck me with the bill.They looked into it and are deciding to back the doctor and will not admit any wrong doing.I am disgusted with they large conglomerates screwing the little guy and their is no recourse for patients/customers.Do yourself a favor and do NOT have health insurance with this company.

Be careful parking in this lot. I was ticketed, along with EVERY car in the area I parked in. The sign in front of my car said patient parking, Im a patient. I will not be paying the $20.

Came here for an appointment the receptionist was very nice and helpful, very pleasant experience.
