Hey, so it isnt a good look for you to refuse to meet the demands of the workers who kept us all alive over the last two years. They arent stealing from you, they have earned everything they are asking for. Do you really need them to go on strike to show you that they run your hospitals and clinics? TAKE CARE OF THE NURSES, PHARMACISTS AND EVERYONE ELSE WHO SACRIFICED TO CARE FOR YOUR PATIENTS.

Terrible experience. Got there at 10pm. Was taken to a make shift room in the middle of the hallway at 1pm. 4am came and I had not seen a doctor yet. Came in to see if my appendix is OK as Im having a lot of pain in that area. I left. Oh and they had to draw blood twice as they some how manage to lose the first batch of blood they took from me. I will just be going to Mexico and have it checked there. I can get it all done within a reasonable time and price. Having insurance is pointless. Frustrating experience, this ER is a joke

I needed a quick series of shots, and they were not my provider. Thee nonpartipant pricing was lower then anyone, and the quality of care was incredible.

In my opinion, DONT GO HERE if you have an immediate emergency! I dont think they have enough beds/treatment rooms for people. No joke, I seriously almost died here last summer after waiting 5 hours in the ER and was struggling to simply breathe oxygen the entire time. They never treated me while I was dying to breathe on the ground. Not even a ventilator because they lacked beds. This is what I get for paying for Kaiser insurance.

The staff are all attentive and nice. For a kaiser, this particular location is new and a lot nicer and cleaner than other kaiser facilities. There is someone going rounds offering blanket and someone giving update on wait times. But seriously, a 5 1/2 hr wait is ridiculous. This is the 2nd time i have to take someone to Kaiser emergency room and both times were over 5 hr wait. Pretty horrible when you are in pain and vomiting your guts out.

The worst place I have ever been. The stuff is vary disrespectful and it’s vary noisy in there I asked them to volume done the TV but they ignored me totally. Don’t go if you have headache or ear pain.

Best experience in an emergency room ever. I hate hospitals I mean really. Its like being in a giant petrie dish. But having said that. I had virtually no wait. All the staff were helpful and made this experience as Painless as posdible. Props toDr John Matthew Edwards.

Kudos to Dr. Jeff Michael laPoint and the team of Kaiser nurses, technicians and assistants at Clairemont mesa ER....They gave me a thorough and expedient examination because they were attentive to my immediate and acute symptoms and pain (in a sea of sick patients); they also provided immediate follow-up with my primary doctor before I checked out...Their personal aaproach and professional service is truly appreciated....m silvas

This is the worst ER I have ever been too!!! If you do have a real Emergency Do Not Come Here!!!!!!

My husband had an abcess on his neck. Went to this E.R. at 12pm. There were about 10 people waiting...not too bad, I thought. (Wrong)They called us in at 3pm. It is almost 8pm and we are still here. Every step takes an hour or more. No one cares. The nurse even says it is a waiting game. They wait. We wait . Everyone waits.No one gives updates to us. Nothing. Just waiting.....😑

Being the newest Hospital in the world theres no. That KP is the number one and customer service and taking care of the patients

Come to the ER if its not a real emergency because you will be in the waiting room for about 3 to 6 hours to see a doctor , would just made a appointment wouldve been soo much faster

Horrible!! Sons pediatric doc sent us to the ER from North County said it was urgent he gets there. We are almost 3 hrs in waiting just to be seen. And the doc called before we arrived.

Vary careless and mean stuff.

Clean rooms and Eugene the Nurse was very professional and kind.
